Burn time isnt the same as the blind timer as well. Just cause its still burning doesnt mean it cant hurt you. You only get 5 seconds from the time the smudge touches the ghost

Did you know that monitors can have screen tear when you're getting too much fps for their actual capability

That's why vsync even exists so that people with monitors like 60 HZ or 144 HZ it caps the FPS so that your screen doesn't look horrible

That is a known bug something to do with the cctv in the truck and players video cameras on the map happens on console and pc and it’s not map specific either there is another one where if you pick up someone else’s media like the sound recorder or the video recorder it will not record until you throw it back on the ground and pick it back up I’ve have the same issues with using a spirit box someone else has brought in didn’t work till I threw it down and picked it back up

Only ghosts that don't have LOS speed up are thaye, Hantu, deogen and obviously mimic for those ghosts.

Revenant has LOS speed but they instantly go to 3.0m/s instead of having the slow build up for speed.

Yokai is easier to test in Apoc. Key up your radio when the ghost is hunting and sorta nearby. You get static at 10m, Polter will hear it from 9m. Yokai can't hear until it's only 2.5m away.

I've been trying to get the 'doom slayed' achievement (get killed by demon using its ability in the first minute). No matter how many times I just go into a house and wait for one minute, it doesn't happen. Even when the debriefing says there's been a demon, its not hunted since I've started to specifically try.

Does it require you go in with 100% sanity? Because when I tried a series starting with 0% sanity pretty much all ghosts hunted immediately including the demon(s) but still the demons just don't use their 'ability' on me.

try the CWW method, 75% starting sanity, no sanity drain speed, activity high, 150% speed both ghost and player, forced monkey paw. set a 1 minute timer as you open the door, run to the monkey poor and wish for knowledge, if it doesnt do nowt then reset and go again. (you could also turn on 3 evi and check for orbs before you enter to do a quick reset if you want as demon doesnt have orbs)

Early hunter. 20 second min hunt cool down. Smudge hunt prevention lasts 60s minimum

Hunt Threshold:
Demon can hunt at 70% naturally, with a rare chance to hunt at any sanity

Unique/Hidden Abilities/Descriptions:
Demon minimum cooldown between hunts is 20 seconds compared to the 25 second cooldown for all other ghosts. Smudging a demon outside of a hunt will only prevent it from hunting for 60 seconds compared to the usual 90 seconds for other ghosts (180 for spirit). Crucifix has a 50% increase to range for all tiers of crucifix.

so far ive only managed to get to lvl 36 which is 8 runs on a 15x multi

I have no where to put this but i have an idea:
So my idea is to have a new piece of equipment and that would be an Aztec Death whistle. When you blow on the death whistle, It can work similar to an incence but only protects that person for a short while, unless the ghost is a Demon or a Yokai it will anger it because the Yokai is sensitive to voices it will lower your sanity by 25%. During a hunt, using it will cause the ghost turn around the opposite direction and hunt someone else, but if you are on your own or your team mates are dead or outside the building it will run back to the ghost room. Higher Tiers offer better range and longer protection but you have to blow into it for longer

Laptop GPU chip is not being recognized by the system either because of a fried chip or a fried fuse. According to specs the APU is equivalent to a 1650 mobile chip but I'm not sure what setting to change to allow the game to still play while I figure out if it is a simple fix or if I have to replace the entire board.

Assuming you're using a PC version of the game, Steam's minimum specs state that you need a dedicated graphics card (specifically Nvidia GTX 970 or better). You're probably going to want to look at repairing your laptop.

I don't know much about application development for mobile platforms, but my guess is the mobile version of the game probably is incompatible with PC hardware and vice versa.
