This is entirely from my experience with salt and UV. I don't know if it says it anywhere, but even when UV is guaranteed, the ghost will not leave UV footprints if you don't hear multiple footsteps

I could not really find a place to post suggestions to the devs so I will put it here.
Suggestion: Please add navigating the journal with keyboard controls.
The bare minimum I would like is A and D to flip the journal pages left and right, the same as clicking the left and right arrows with your mouse. A nice bonus would be Q and E to navigate by bookmarks. I believe console already has this functionality. This would make the journal so much faster and easier to navigate, particularly now that we have the video media page that does not have a dedicated bookmark.

I haven’t known anyone mention it specifically. They can put it in #bug-reports if they feel that it is a bug. The only thing I ever changed the keybind of was swapping through inventory so I’ve not tried changing that one. Wonder what they changed it to.

Voice chat and voice rec are different systems. "Voice" is Vosk, and "System Voice" is Windows. I prefer the latter personally, but whatever works. A good test besides the Ouija is to just pick up a spirit box and see if you get a red blink asking questions. If you get that, your voice rec is working.

Seems likely. I've been doing apoc 3 challenges and went afk about 20 minutes into one run. Left the recorder on pretty much the whole time. So about 45 minutes in real time. Battery indicator was flashing at the bottom right. Checked again on a fresh run and the recorder indicator is showing "full"

2 or lower evidence the ghost throwing the books just means it could be hiding it so you cannot rule out ghost writing ghosts.

The ghost events really need to last longer, same with DOTS. I just played a few games and the new media system has made matches take way longer. The ghost almost never stays on DOTS long enough to get a recording, even if you're watching DOTS with the record button held down. The sound recorder should also tell you what the sound is you're hearing before you record, right now it's too easy to get duplicates because you can't really tell what the sound is before it's too late, and even if you stop recording because you realize it's a duplicate, the game still puts it in the slot so you have to delete it. There's also a bug sometimes where it counts the fire extinguished sound as paranormal talking.

Yurei or a mimic being a Yurei can close the front door without an event, all the other ghosts need an event

Really wish Prestiging gave us more custom difficulty saves, because I don't really ever need/use the extra loadouts we get. It'd also be nice if you could pick a specific ghost to hunt in the 'Ghost' section of the custom difficulty. It could give a 0 multiplier like 'Friendly Ghost' but it would be nice to be able to test things/show friends specific ghost abilities/hunt behaviors.
