Just the way it is at the moment. As long as it says the connection is good on the phasmo side, it should be good to go. If your timer isn't going up, ensure you are watching an official kinetic partner that has drops enabled.

Long time fan of phasmo and Kinetic Games.

Coming today in hopes of chatting with a moderator/ developer/ or experienced player on a potential copyright infringement issue.

There is a game called “Horror Simulator” published on the Meta Quest store that uses Kinetic’s trademarked IP and is essentially a phasmo clone. This studio even bills itself as being a phasmo clone in the game’s official description on the quest store.

The studio behind this is called EG Projects. I’ve made attempts to contact them, but they have ignored each of my requests.

Does this studio have a partnership with Kinetic?

If anyone has info to share, please reply. Or point me to a better channel to discuss this.

To add more context to this, Rempods are these lil devices who have a magnetic field, if the field gets disturbed and the ghosts gets very close it starts beeping and flickering the light at the direction the disruption is! Ghosts and humans alike can trigger it

Yeah, basically what it is, is that when you move your mouse, it's running at 240 FPS, but when you move your character, the objects and world movement are capped at 60 FPS. And when you combine the two, it feels pretty bad.

It's likely capped for a very good reason, and it likely has to do with getting the game at a stable framerate for consoles

I know Skyrim is capped to 60 because it’s tied to the physics simulation and if you uncap it without correcting the physics everything goes very whacky

Yurei: door slams can be accompanies with sanity loss, that’s Yurei (or mimic) only.. other ghosts will not have sanity loss with door slams.

Yurei or a mimic being a Yurei can close the front door without an event, all the other ghosts needs an event

so players used it
but it made something glitchy(idr wht it was)
so rather than ixing tht glitch devs decided to completely remove that feature
now u cant do it and wait for 2 sec before swapping

Yureis double touch the doors as they close them

Yureis are also the only ghost to close the front door

Yureis have to fully open or close doors. If the the door partially swings open or closed you can eliminate Yurei entirely.
