If you're ever having trouble getting sound evidence for a perfect game some of the easiest sounds to record are EMF reading, blowing out the candle, and spiritbox OR crucifix burning. (If you're getting unlucky with finding/catching the new sounds)

To clarify, sound and video can be recorded while it's burning, the photo can be taken for as long as it's glowing

Aside from that, Writing can also give all three media, video and sound while it's writing, and a photo anytime afterwards

some interactions;
the rocking chair is video and audio (for video, you need to keep some distance)
dirty water is video and audio while the sink is filling up, once filled up, only photo still works
(note; the tap usually keeps running, but the audio only works while it's still fillin up)

DOTs barefily if ever work for anything, photos don't register 95% of the time, and the DOT ghost model doesn't last long enough in most rooms to take a video, so unless you're a in a huge room with 2x T3 DOT projectors, just forget about DOT media altogether

mares will never turn on a light and are more likely to do the light breaking event, jinn will never turn off the breaker(the breaker can be overloaded so be careful), the shade will move around to wherever the player isn't so try leaving to a diff area and see if it does anything, goryo will never change rooms or long roam so motion sensors are a must, yurei will never softly close a door and has the ability to close the front door without hunt or event

Picture the Paramic as a cone that picks up sound on the radius you aim it at. The wiki had details on how wide and large this is, so you can easily count where the ghost is. Prison also has some unique sounds like the cell doors, which can easily tell you the location on top of the side.

T3 Paramic takes this further with a full panel telling you the range and how close/far it is. Like T2, it's a cone but if you point it up/down it can pick up sounds between floors.

So instead of walking around all 100+ rooms on big maps, you just sit in the entryway and scan the directions for paranormal noises. Ghost sounds, doors opening, items being thrown.
