they're not annoying, they are one of the easiest ghost types. Smudge him and if he hunts again after less than 90 seconds, its a demon.

They can hunt normally at 70% sanity instead of the standard 50%, but also have an ability to hunt at any sanity they like

banshee works off of its targets sanity, which is chosen at the start of a contract and doesnt change until the target dies. You can have the target at 50% in the truck, and the banshee will still initiate hunts in the house with 3 team members at 100% sanity

Cause you can mark off Revenant, Moroi, Deogen and the Thaye as these ghosts do not move at normal speed

Take out your phone, prep a timer with 3 minutes. Smudge it and immediately hide and start the timer. If it hunts after less than 90 seconds, it's a demon. If it doesnt hunt for the entire 3 minutes, it is likely to be a Spirit (given that you are already low on sanity)
