When I was new, I learned to stop grabbing head lamps because I would forget to turn them off and they'd get me killed. I'd also drop flashlights when a hunt started so that if I panic, I wont accidentally bring the ghost to me. It's kinda silly but it worked for me. Now I barely use flashlights and just try to have them turned on while on the ground near where I'd hide if it hunts so I can see but it doesn't draw the ghost to it

It was rough because I’ve played Phas since it came out when the head cam didn’t count as electronic, so the only thing that saved me when the Ascension update changed that was that I play on max FOV and could see the light on my head cam indicating that it was on haha

Like after I enter the house a few times, I try to make sure I have a smudge. Also, upon entering a house, the first thing I'm looking for is hiding spots. I leave hiding spots that are usable open so we can run in and just shut the door. Really dunno why some people want open hiding closed before a hunt

A tip, if it helps. When you enter in check for closets and given hiding spots (like next to the crib in Tanglewood or in the basement behind the wood panels) while you are checking for temps to find the ghost room. Then depending on where the ghost is you can have a plan for where you’d head when a hunt starts.

But also, a ghost can flip the breaker or touch the panel and that would create EMF too, right? Idk what levels they'd do respectively

soap dispenser bug; willow street's soap dispenser in the bathroom. if you pick it up, you can not set it down. you also lose access to that hand slot, and it will visually always be in your hand. So as a ghost you can't drop it or do anything now. as a character, you're down to 2 out of your 3 slots.

There's 25s safe period after each hunt if you didn't incense it.
