I mean tripods are good for big rooms but say in tanglewood or any bathroom you can't get tripods placement without it floating in midair and cutting half the screen off so you can't get a full visual or if you place it near the door you risk the door opening by ghosts and or other players and losing visual it's like we have a spirit box and a voice recorder 2 similar things but can use them in unison

Agree with this, there are plenty of good unofficial spots in SM - Female wing doesn't really have any, Restricted has the office at the end of the corridor, plus the dividers at the end of the corridor itself. Hospital has the one behind the bed in the first room. Piano in the chapel, just to name a few

I do wish for female wing they had instead pulled the stretcher further away from the wall to make it a looping spot.

hi guys, im new to phasmo so sorry if silly/repeat question. i had 1 spot left in my photo book so i was trying to get a ghost photo for my last one. i started a hunt (cursed hunt so not sure if relevant) my plan was to snap the photo then smudge and run. as the ghost walked towards me, i was tapping the camera button and it wouldnt take a photo so i just ended up dying 😂 is this a mechanic im unsure of or a potential bug? on ps5. tier 1 photocam. thanks

I think it's hard to explain but there's different sounds for it, I think it's just muscle memory at some point

I can tell if it's a hunt or event based on the sound

You can also listen if the front door slams shut if you're on a smaller map and or nearby

Door can still slam shut during an event but it wont click and lock

Aside from getting all 3 evidences: When you get spirit box from Moroi, you are cursed, and your sanity will drain just standing around in the light. You can check your sanity in the van, stand in the light for a couple minutes, then check again. If it's gone down, you have a Moroi.

Parabolic microphone is one of your best friends make sure to smudge before you take the picture you don't have to try to loop the ghost the whole time or something and try to time the hunt with a stopwatch or an app like the cheat sheet to try to go for the photo and like the last eight seconds

What about kicking someone in the game? It’s not a bug but if a player is glitched out and left but they’re in a place they can’t die so you can’t leave it ruins a game. So IE, I played a match and it was fairly easy round but one of the people got glitched inside a wall and left the match, however their body stayed and the ghost couldn’t kill it even after we would lead it to his one hand being left in the room. We also couldn’t leave due to his body still existing.

Not in my experience. A common occurrence is that users might not realize a headgear is turned on or they’re open mic so the ghost finds them that way, but if that doesn’t apply, you can always submit a #bug-reports ticket for it.

been a seasoned player so yeah I was on Insanity. no head gear, no mic, happened to me twice, once a few days ago, the ghost spawned directly in front of the hidding spot and got me, and just right now I incenced the ghost, at the door, ran to the hidding spot and came directly onto me
