you might try switching between Voice and System Voice. whichever yours is set on, try the other one.
I hear Voice is more consistent and System Voice is more forgiving with pronunciation and silliness, but can also misunderstand you more.

• Complete all Optional Objectives
• Get a Ghost photo
• Have a required Custom Difficulty multiplier
• 6x Multiplier+ for Bronze
• 10x Multiplier+ for Silver
• 15x Multiplier for Gold

Note: Earning a higher level trophy will reward the lower level trophy

Yeah. If you don't have an EMF reader or photo camera with you, you can pick up the thrown prop, stow it in your pocket, take it outside, then place it down and use your EMF reader or photo camera to get a reading or photo

it's the same issue with CS:GO before. using an NVIDIA filter can show the silhoutte of enemy players through the smoke.
