banshees target one person until they are dead. if you're in multiplayer it has a chance for you to be the target but if you aren't and you're the only person in the map it can still hunt you. just won't spawn on top of you is what i discovered

in singleplayer you're always the target

Still I think that both Browstone, Sunny and maybe even Prison have symetrical layouts. Asylum was so asymetrical that it was trully a maze and getting lost was very easy

Yes, you can. I have done it before and it is a great way to farm photos without ever being at risk of a hunt. Note that it still can hunt if someone uses a cursed possession, however.

Depending on the map, yokai test is very easy. Crouch loop something that blocks los with your flashlight on and if it loses you it's a yokai

A lot of people who think that the ghost hunted right on top of them if you have a Grace time or you're usually panicking to see where the ghost is mean you're moving around you can walk right into the ghost if you don't have a Grace timer then by the time you locate that ghost it's already had a few seconds to walk at you and it only needs like one to get inside that crucifix range

The layout of prison definitely feels like a large map but they have to have medium maps I don't know maybe they'll finally get some better medium maps in the future we don't know we've only had the announcement for another small map

If you truly do have a potato laptop there's a file in #common-tech-fixes that will set the game to its lowest resolutions and settings to help with that if it doesn't start and let you do yer self

Prison was only medium in the first place because of how huge Asylum was. Since SM is a lot smaller, and Brownstone was updated to large, it makes sense to at least make Prison a large map too.

Woodwind is such a small map the ghost is always wandering in any map so especially that map it can be hard to identify it straight down

HS/SM to Huge, Prison and Maple to Large, Bleasdale, PH, SM:R as Mediums would work for me

For the 50 completions of any maps you can do any difficulty you want so technically you could if your high enough level make it a friendly ghost or something like that as long as you get the ghost right

To give Phasmo devs some credit, their game is more optimised and runs better than their competitors like Demo, Devour and other others similar

The one thing you got to remember when doing high School is there is a couple of ways to approach it you can put the sound sensors in the four corners or you can run and close all the doors and then go and look for open doors again if you got a candle
