either, they're just different. try one, if it doesn't work, try the other.
I hear Voice is more reliable, but System Voice will also be more lenient with accents and will mishear what you say in your favor, so you can get away with more silly questions more often.

However whenever using system voice before you use a cursed item or tool that requires voice double press the windows key just get into the habit of doing that because sometimes windows voice recognization can lose focus and that's a Windows bug as old as time
