Banshee Only bases its hunting threshold off of targets sanity. It can hunt when target is outside of house. When target is not in house during a hunt it will kill like any other ghost.
This is just how the banshee works

I agree, tbh I wouldn't have minded the changeover as much if they had been more upfront about it. The events took a lot of time and manpower away from other features/fixes the game needs, which is understandable. But they gave us this half-baked thing and acted like it was new and fun.

Nothing new or special like shooting snowmen or finding eggs

There were special things you had to do on several maps per event, usually some kind of scavenger hunt, and when you were done you were done.

they were really creative and fun outside of the normal gameplay loop

I'm trying to remain hopeful that by Easter they have the annoyances worked out and maybe some individual incentives added, so at least we won't be dreading the events

This is how I did it (rolling for deogen). Sorry for the essay btw

Step 1: Bring the parabolic tier 3 and listen for the ghost. You’ll know its a Deogen very quickly because it will go light speed directly towards your position. Every other ghost will be opening doors and wondering around.

Step 2: Loop the Deogen in the first room to the left (desk and chair). If you’re lucky your secondary objectives won’t require going near the ghost room (incense, ghost photo, motion sensor, etc.).. I recommend trying to get the ghost photo before anything else since its mandatory anyways. So if you fail to do so you don’t waste time.

Advice - Don’t look for the bone. Its a waste of time and not a requirement. You also do not need maxed out photos or 3 star photos.

Deogens walk extremely slow when close to you, but are extremely fast when far away or if you’re hiding. (Also you cannot hide from a Deogen. They always know where you are)
