Try go up to Insanity or higher and you might get the Demon ability almost immediately

The monkey activity wish does increase its chance, it’s not like a music boc or voodoo doll where you force the hunt.

if you are playing solo, there is another way to check for banshee.

go to a far away spot. place a cruci, some salt, EMF, and motion sensor.

if it suddenly goes near you, no EMF reading, disturbed salt, that's a banshee,

e.g. ghost fave room is Hospital Room 3, you camp main door. it roams there and the thing above happened. that's a banshee

Just had a random idea for a new ghost type, and am wondering if anyone has ever suggested this.
The ghost would be blind and couldn’t home in on the player with line of sight during a hunt.
However, it has full perception of electronics and audio cues and could also detect the shoulder light at really close range to score a kill.
To offset this disadvantage it could either be very stealthy like a phantom/myling mix or have a high chance of checking hiding spots.
What do you all think?

Then when we weren't getting anything else, we began searching the house for bone ev and cursed object. Almost as soon as we found the bone ev, it began hunting. We knew that from the front door closing. But we never saw the ghost until the very end where it charged at us through the T3 salt and never activated it. That was how we discovered it's room was in the basement and gained our three evidences to determine it was a revenant.

Spirit Box

The Spirit Box is one of the main evidence pieces in Phasmophobia. The purpose is to communicate with the Ghost, and aid in the investigation. Activate it by using your Right Click button (default).

How to use the Spirit Box is as follows:

Functions

1. Activate the Spirit Box and walk around in a dark room. While pressing either local or global voice chat, ask it questions.

2. The Spirit Box's responses are represented through icons and dots; if the X icon or red dot lights up, no response - If the Ghost icon lights up or white dot, the Ghost is speaking.

3. Try asking it questions like, "Where are you?" or "How old are you?" Icons lighting up during a Hunt does not count toward its evidence.

How do you open the notebook on playstation?

you use the place button. do the training, it tells you how to do all items and the buttons associated to them

can't join multiplayer but can advise
turn eye adaptation on if your device can handle it
first run in dump a sound sensor in the upstairs hall and the downstairs hall
then listen from the truck to figure which floor the ghost is on - big sound spikes that sound like ghost activity rather than house creaking and match the timing of activity on the chart
take your time over it, give the ghost time to make a mess in its area while your sanity is staying up
when you find the room place thermo and writing book first, again, you can wait in the truck for it to use them
take sanity pills if needed, they're free for weeklies
use both DOTS projectors pointing in opposite directions for best coverage
overall barely harder than professional even if you don't do hunts like me

for T2 and T3 i can slack for some reason and it just hears me perfectly idk why
