Sorry man it's a hard call. It's the same dilemma I had on my apoc run that won. To be absolutely certain I would recommend placing salt piles and hoping for the best.

I don't see the ghost in your photo but again... I couldn't see mine either and it was a wraith in the end. And the only reason I know is I placed a motion sensor and salt piles at the entrance

The only way to tell Mimic orbs from regular is to get 1 more evidence then you would normally on your difficulty settings

I thought so too because the shoe box will lift you up but it wouldn't let me get on the bed. We had to crouch from the side and spam pickup to actually grab it. I honestly didn't even know it was a bone spot until yesterday so I overlooked it a few times and almost let it be. What's awesome about the mannequin is if you see it teleported to another place, you can find out where in the house it originally was and the ghost will be around that original area, because it has to interact with it to be able to teleport it. it's a fun little way to find the ghost room.
