You're reading the graph wrong, one of the interactions ended, then another happened. If you were in the room and heard interactions coming from different directions then you could say that was a twinteraction. However, I wouldn't rely on the activity view, which is usually not available in higher difficulties

I'm pretty confident. I've grown very used to playing on 5.5x casually. Pretty much every setting is as hard as it can be while still having all 3 evidence. And I've been playing long enough that I can guess a fair bit of ghosts with no evidence :3
