Don't test it like that if you want simmalar results test it like I did started 75 but like the videos the proof I got killed by a Thaye doing demon runs.

dw, this was checked not by one person and not only on one map, we checked by lowering through the board or by setting 75% of sanity. Without a full clip, it is impossible to say specifically what happened to you

They just do that when eventing. Nothing unusual. The area of an event is like 15m I think and the ghost can teleport to your location to do it, sometimes showing its ghost model prematurely like this case

yes it is, it shouldve burnt the crucifix after that last candle blowout, this happens often to me with onyro, sometimes it works properly sometimes its broken

The onryo is required to hunt after every 3rd candle blow, that blowout wasnt the 3rd one meaning it didnt hunt, its very important to keep track of how much times candles have been blown out to prevent errors like that

I’ll explain:
Yes, onryo can blow out the same fire source within 20 seconds AT 41% and higher sanity ONLY if you provoked the ghost to use it’s ability: if there are already >2 extinguishings, then the ability will be applied.
||(“>2” because onryo can use an ability even after 4th, 5th and etc blow outs but in one condition)||
So if you manage to fire THAT fire source that the ghost blow out "third" before it starts a hunt, then you can stop the attempt to start a hunt (ghost will blow out it, it will count as 1st blow out in new cycle) - this is the only way where he can put out the same fire source in less than 20 seconds with a sanity above 40!
Why 40? Because onryo has 2 thresholds:
- 60 normally if there’s no fire source in 4m range from ghost
- 40 if there’s any fire source in 4m range from ghost.
And here we come to what Justly and Leona were talking about: at <40% sanity onryo will start normal hunts, but the player can interfere by constantly lighting a fire source. In this case, you will be getting extinguished in less than 20 seconds, not only from the ability, but from frequent attempts to start a hunt

Doors dont always open when the ghost comes to you, they just kinda phase through. I think after they fixed the tent glitch to make themselves unkillable, they may have left open a pathing spot where the ghost can kind of peek into the tent and see you

They don't always enter the DOTs staye where the DOTs is placed. You can probbaly adjust placement and maybe get longer DOTs and more often
