Once when I was playing with a few of my friends, we couldn't find the ghost room due to little activity, so I asked if I could use the voodoo doll in the room we thought the ghost might be in. The one smart friend in my group said that I shouldn't use it in case I pull the heart pin, but I said that it would be fine because of the low chance to pull the heart pin. I had found a voodoo doll earlier, but didn't plan to use it unless my team and I actually needed it to help find the ghost room because the ghost wasn't doing shit that round. After a while we started to suspect a potential room that it could be in, so my dumbass suggested that I go in the room and use the voodoo doll to see if something in the room moves. Before I went in, my logical friend warned me not to use the doll in case I pressed the heart pin. While I understood the risk, I decided to take it because I had high sanity and the chance of the heart pin being pulled is super low. Let's just say that the ghost was definitely in there.
