Shadow pokemon deal 20% more damage (and receive 20% more damage as well). This stats, most of the time (both in PvP and especially in raids) make shadow pokemon be way stronger than their normal counterparts. So strong, in fact, that a 0% shado mon deals more damage than a 100% nomral mon if both were of the same level
Also how do you change the frustration moveset?
Every few months we get a new Rocket Takeover Event (where rocket grunts appear more frequently, rocket leaders change their mons and a Giovanni research appears for a shadow legendary). During these events you can get rid of frustration by using any charged tm on the shadow mon

Anyone have any clue why exclusively turtonator raids are giving me “Cannot join raid group (36).” Literally any other raid works fine and this has been an issue spanning several raids and multiple days. I literally have not been able to get into a turtonator raid. Joining slowly does nothing, reopening the app does nothing, logging out does nothing, resetting phone does nothing.
