I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because my account (TheWolfGod#3704) was recently banned, and I’d really appreciate any help or advice on what I can do to get it unbanned.

Someone reported me for cheating and teaming, but I just want to say that I’ve never used cheats. I play on a school laptop, which has a lot of restrictions, so I couldn’t even install anything like that. I always try to play fair and follow the rules, so this caught me off guard.

hi, my game works great everywhere on all regions except for us west. everytime i go into a west game, my ping goes to constant 250 and higher, and its not lag, the game itself is clean, its just the ping goes insanely high as if im in asia. I dont have this problem on any other regions except for west. I've tried both deleting and reinstalling the launcher file and rebooting my computer, and none have fixed it. and its also not a wifi problem either because then it would affect all regions, not just only west. is there any way to fix it?

Now when u go into superpowers, and you have, say 130 hp, the small shield still only gives you 25 shield points, and same with the big pot

so what do you mean instantly. i can play some matches, it comes and goes in waves i wont be able to play like 30 or some games in a row then be able to play 30 games in a row with no problem (or its very random and ill even get kicked out with only 2 ppl left or before i even land on the ground). i can play on browser (all using same acc) and itll be fine and i can play normaly. ive reinstaled and repaired the luancher i dont usualy get more than 30 - 50 ish ms/ping and 40-150 fps
