As far as I'm aware ping is your connection speed to the region you select so I believe the further away you are to that region the higher your ping

Don't say things like this because based off your wording you have no idea what ping actually is. Ping measures the round trip time for an input such as a left click or other thing that you would use to control your character in zombs that is sent from the originating host to a destination computer that are echoed back to the source. So if you are far away from said server you get a very high ping and therefore a long delay between a control and a response, if you are very close to that server you get a lower ping which would be a shorter time for response from an input. This is not a thing that zombs royale or end game can fix unless they just make more regions which would be rather expensive. Final words, stop complaining about ping and just use the region closest to you for the lowest ping.
