toothpaste = 100 slow mat + 100 fast mat = 100 gold (base)
speaker = 200 slow mat + 200 fast mat = 200 gold (base)

so the cost to produce speaker is literally the same as toothpaste since it's the same.

but I believe with your crystallums you have you can seek to buy past divine keys as they are adding little account-wide atk boost ! they are very rare to obtain so might as well buy them from the reserve works, I think that was the general advice for new players/returning players

either a world star dps for the weather but you dont have a support for the hitcount phase so either a sparkle dps or sena dps
or you run your best option regardless of weather so you can add someone for the hitcount phase so something like ps dps, just not mech valks because of type down
the boss also takes more damage if affected by ignite/rime (i dont remember if bleed does too)

old characters arent useless by any means but theres like an invisible timer on them until they get replaced
usually we have new characters every patch but this patch is an exception, we have new equipment for an old valk that makes her meta but no new character

Just to add - in part 2 teams the leader of the team is the dps (determines what type of Astral Ring is active, such as World Star ) and the other 2 teammates are supports

There are some exceptions to this at higher level especially in MA but that's generally how it works

Hello I'm not really a beginner but this isn't gameplay related. I've got 31k xtals saved, and I have a S Rank battlesuit crate that can give me Silver wing Bronya. So I could easily pull her weapon. Problem is I don't know if it's worth it. My Valks are not crazy optimum. New super Helia, Elysia SSS with her astral ring weapon, Coralie, Lantern, but that's basically it. I do have Lunar Lov almost maxed so been waiting for her astral ring weapon to come back around.

Any opinions on if Silver wing is worth it I don't really have the best calls to synergize her astral ring

I do have a lot of other Valks just not P2 astral ring ones. Been holding onto xtals for the perfect pull

Youyun is what is known as an astral op. This is an optional support that goes on a team of three characters to buff them. Youyun can technically go on any team, but she's only really an upgrade over dreamseeker (the free astral op) for World Star and Wheel of Destiny teams. As a new player, the ways you can get one of those are Silverwing's Dkey or Sparkle (not reccomended), though there will be more options over time (like the free sena this patch)

She's best for WS and WOD teams that include either silverwing NEX or Miss Espionage but can work for any WS or WoD team

Elysia has multiple battlesuits. Miss Pink elf is old and not useful. Herrscher of Human Ego is moderately old, but has an astral ring dkey that activates Wheel of Destiny. Meta wise her dkey isnt reccomended to pull for but its hardly useless. She would use Youyun. The third elysia is Hi Love Elf. She is a grail battlesuit, and so wants symbiosis supports, but can be on a team with Youyun if she's supporting a WoD or WS dps

the way teams work is you pick a dps that matches the stage you're facing (for instance, fire dps if there's a weather than buffs fire, mecha dps if the enemy is Bio, etc), make them the leader, and then two supports that work with the dps. For modern characters whether they're a supp or dps is determined by team slot, anyone can be both. You find two characters whose support tags match the ring of the leader and then you have a team

equip -> stigmata -> salvage to get prisms back from excess prism stigs

Do note that stigs from gacha are locked after you get them so you need to unlock them and wait 24 h before you can salvage them.

For an explanation of the different supplies. The battlesuit supply is not recommended as it is a rerun of a old valk and event supply is not recommended as its main purpose is getting ranks on old valks.

You're prob recommended to start a new one for more crystals unless the old one has something no longer obtainable that you care about.

Please also note astral ops are NOT units you can control directly in battle. They are a passive fourth member. (You can still swap and control them in story overworlds though but this is a very small segment of the game. also default advice in this channel are meta focused because being meta and being more competitive than other players is how you get more crystals from abyss later. Crystals from abyss can be as much as half of your weekly regular (non event) income so this is quite major.

Gacha astral ops are generally NOT recommended for their cost and benefits in the meta. They are only considered if the person already has a well built account and wants to go to the highest parts of the meta (the benefits of this is very low).

Reasons:

• Dreamseeker is good enough despite being free.
• Too expensive, especially if they need SS (~20-30k).
  • AstralOps have the same cost as a gacha weapon, therefore pulling one may result in being unable to afford a Valkyrie's weapon down the line (for meta players, this means skipping said Valkyrie entirely).
• The damage and score increase they provide in Redlotus and below is often minimal and not needed to retain.

But overall it does get to a point where you only have so much and must prioritize where to spend it. Just because you have an astral ring valk doesn't mean you must build her. Build the ones you plan to use alot in the foreseeable future. Prioritize 3pc effects before upgrades too. Ask us if you need a more detailed evaluation of your current situation

if you're f2p you are expected to skip a new release every now and then. In such times you can expect to accumulate more prisms.

Gacha wise, it does boil down to luck whether you get plenty of dupes, or on the other end of things get the weapon early. Overall it's not recommended to roll further since you can always risk getting a not so efficient dupe. In the case of spending events (last patch) or of a dkey banner (now) it can be a bit more arguable, but even then considering f2p already struggle to keep up with getting as much new releases as widely as possible, it's not recommended.

For that I can only tell you Finality isn't high value in the meta atm and you can always play her with her tutorial trials. I think you're also a bp buyer with plenty of orbs so maybe you can consider her from reserve works shop too.
