So you can just reroll stigma 1 looking for better lines and lock stigma 3 line 1 while rerolling line 2, assuming you have the mats available

And then if you have locks spare once you do that you could lock the 21.4 attack line and reset the other one

So it looks to me like you could do one more basic attack -> WA -> ult with buffs up before and 1 less after and come out ahead

The reason that the gene limits don’t scale well is that they stack additively with other fire and elemental damage buffs and you probably already have like >100% elemental damage
