helia's playstyle is relatively flexible that you're not really going to find a strict rotation

which covers a few examples, although i don't think it would cover if you lack symbiosis supports but star already covered what to do about that

so more specifically speaking after doing the first three ults and hold attack in outburst, do basic attacks and weapon actives until you restore enough sp for more ults

I haven't actually checked if you have enough time to reach a second hold attack though

Be mindful HoR even at her full potential is vastly outdated at this point. She is not recommended to invest in. If you're looking for beginner teams to use for now I can bring up an faq with budget compositions that are usable and cheap while you save up for new gacha releases in the future.

if you really want to focus on HoR anyway then tell me how new you are. Starter event nowadays would give a jade knight (sushang) to support ice teams

normally we encourage players to focus on the meta since you get more crystals from abyss that way, and crystals from abyss are as much as half of your weekly usual income

if you still want to be meta you may even want to restart completely. You can still work on non meta things on the side but expect to keep it cheap and the progress will be slow.

but nothing wrong with ignoring meta, or maybe you can settle for having worse performance in abyss for less but not zero crystals

Just make sure you understand the kind of balance you want in the game and what you'll get out of it

but if you still want to consider HoR then tell me more of what extent you want to build her team. I already covered a beginner/cheap approach slightly and can go more into detail about it

you would want to get 3 stacks of hammering feel with coralie then i think vbs is just qte weapon, pew pew until the blue line and weapon again
then paws is burst when its available and use weapon and basic attacks in between until the bar is full then hold attack
normally for paws its qte, ult, weapon, ult, 4 basics, ult, hold attack but you won't have enough sp so you would be using more basic attacks to farm them

otherwise im not sure if you'll be able to use the finisher if you used a normal rotation

you can reach helia's second outburst CA without symbiosis but make sure to prioritize weapon actives when you can, and maybe make use of this to rush attacks in farming more sp

actually come to think of it i tested this on a mob stage but hitting multiple mobs generates more sp. I need to retest this

i do try this method : farm until 3 stack ult, and make sure got full SP so enough for 2 ult -> enter SO -> ult 3 time -> CA -> ult
but sometime the stack are gone when i enter SO, but one time i test it works, i can do special CA with it

hm against a single target boss i had to farm alot more for the third ult to reach my first CA. So i can only get one CA in that one outburst overall.

EDIT:

• my VBS (boltstorm helia) has her signature stigmatas which are craftable but not recommended due to her not being in the meta anymore. Main change is you don't need to weapon active to 30 stacks (i did this before outburst) if you don't have it.
• coralie did not need to swap back in to refresh support effects when you're about to outburst. Outburst refreshes her effects. So me doing it was wasting time.
• i reached the finisher ult in that video but i realized i was getting extra sp from the boss. I think normally this is not possible.
• my PAWS in this video doesn't have all her skills unlocked so you may notice i'm not paralyzing as quickly or healing. You can disregard this. I was being conservative but there's no detriment to unlocking those skills currently afaik.

some advanced tech. minor for beginners. don't stress over them for now. (the evasions in my own video are probably too slow so check the ones here)

• reaching her main buff (fascination) requires and extra action if you lack her signature weapon making her quite slow
• one of her big benefits is debuffing the enemy when the team paralyzes them but this is only at her highest rank which takes alot of asterite and time to farm for
• she's already outdated so heavy investment isn't recommended

if you want something cheap to use, consider coralie and fischl. Maybe farmable helia too (boltstorm)

fischl has a sizable lightning debuff (32% or so) that's available immediately upon unlocking her. It's triggered relatively quickly and simply via QTE. She can easily trigger that on her own with her aim weapon shot

• this video fully expects the person watching to understand the various ways VBM and VBS provide buffs and debuffs. It probably doesn't apply to you so you'll have to read through skill descriptions. Feel free to ask and we can try to streamline or elaborate more but please do try to give some reading on your own too. It's quite essential if you want to improve highly in the game.
  • mainly focus on coralie's passive and combo attack sections. For boltstorm, mainly focus on her combo attack and her ultimate sections. Historically boltstorm's ultimate actually isn't worth the time to cast for most cases, but i think i found it worthwhile for this case.
  • Beware PAWS dps leader makes this team a Grail ring type team. Meanwhile boltstorm helia has some effects that are exclusive to world star that do not apply to this team (such as refreshing buffs and debuffs on outburst. This is why i had to manually refresh them before starting outburst)
• Some actions in the video are because vbm and vbs have their stigmatas which have additional trigger conditions. If you don't have them then you can skip...
  • for coralie you can skip spending two dots of her meter at the start. This was to extend her 3pc effect to 30 seconds
  • for boltstorm helia you can skip using weapon active right before outbursting with paws helia. This was to get 30 stacks (can see above the hp bar) for the 3pc effect.
• i cannot guarantee this video is truly optimal. This sort of thing is quite unexplored overall
  • it can also depend on scenario. if the enemy is lower in hp then you may be able to cut down on some actions
  • i haven't read through PAWS skills fully yet either so it's possible there's something i'm missing

actually now that i think about it, i prob could've just let coralie's effects expired before outburst and not spend time setting them up (e.g. at 0:41). Outburst would've applied them
