if you want a definitive answer on what to pull, its always best to wait for more info on a future patch, but that comes with the risk of missing weathers dedicated towards the valk in abyss

but generally speaking paws is a good first valk to pull (along with her weapon)

based on my experience, I'll suggest you not to think about pulling until at least u struggle in abyss

• while she was very solid for LoA support, songque bugs really made her not stand out as a best for a majority of situations

summarizing the above, i feel i would only truly appreciate sparkle if

• you were a fossil with FoV and Sirin built
• skipped teri (or maybe even have her since there were like one or two cases they were appreciated together, but not as often as people think)
• adamantly refused to do songque bugs or skipped her

so you're not asking how to play her solo you're asking how to play her with non-gacha supports

With just new Helia the team is valkyrie boltstorm (VBs, og helia) and coralie (valkyrie blastmetal)

The rotation will be something like this:
Start -> Switch to Coralie -> Jump -> WA x2
Switch to VBs -> Press WA -> When charge bar reaches threshold press WA again
Switch to PAWS -> regular rot

The main consideration is to keep coralie's buffs up at least which you do by jump WAx2 (also VBs's buffs like above ideally)

You'll have to sp farm on PAWS in SO but this is the gist of it

Coralie and Helia (VBs) are available through asterite shop with coralie's weapon obtainable for free from early in the first chapter of p2

if you really were referring to orbs, then first of all keep in mind they no longer expire. You don't have to spend them if nothing really stands out to you.

All the stuff you can get with orbs in the bp are going to be premium but also greatly dated things that have aged to be niche in the meta (and we usually focus our advice on meta because that gets you more crystals from abyss)

As far as the most relevant thing you can currently get, you may consider senadina valk and weapon. However please bear in mind she only really is used in world star and wheel of destiny astral ring teams which don't see common use anymore. I can elaborate more on her features if you want to consider her further.

However overall if you plan to buy another bp in the future, i may more consider holding the orbs to spend on a different valk added to the bp later. (maybe we can expect thelema soon?)

• you may want to run the math if you can just get both too, as senadina can be a top support for thelema. If you already own vita then i wouldn't bother with sena though. Both cover the primary role of giving the team elemental breach state to ignore a portion of enemy res stats.

a solid start but currently as a grail ring type, she wants symbiosis tagged teammates which aren't farmable. She needs these to greatly recover her sp for a second cycle of attacks in outburst. You'll mainly work with her the best you can for now but later look to rolling symbiosis units in the future (preferably new releases rather than reruns, regardless of how recent). This talk can lead to a separate can of worms tbh.

you can also consider divine key weapons in reserve works shop for permanent global passive +10 atk to all your valks. however these are permanently available and only really matter at the highest competition of the game so no need to rush for them.

these are just temporary cheap but effective use cases for now

for pardo look at her skills > special attack at top right > plan b

basically it's an all damage type debuff that last a decent while

so expect to swap off helia more quickly than what you would normally see in other videos

once you start dropping part 1 supports for part 2 then you can stay on helia longer. effects from part 2 are generally 25s long

to which you may consider coralie and farmable helia to support new helia too

although i would refrain from investing from farmable helia too much. she's completely dropped from the top meta now

and has very limited use cases

(only primarily/properly supports world star. Granted we're using her to support grail ring type of new helia in this case but we won't be able to take complete advantage of it)

You generally never do her enhanced WA just CA -> ult if you need Steller drain ( or Swap CD reset in LoA ) if you don't need either of these you can just use ult and swap out in GoI and in LoA you can technically also use ult if available but buffs are already applied by qte
