Even if you do own gacha astral ops, they usually are associated with a specific ring type so you may still consider ELFs or DS if you lack the gacha op for a specific ring type

Yes, they're called "ranks"

These ranks can be brought all the way up to SSS (which would be C6/E6 in GI/HSR (I have no clue how that's called in ZZZ))

For gacha S-ranks the standard is just to keep them at S

A-ranks you wanna get to SSS if you aren't using them as placeholders (A-rank ranks are farmable)

it shouldn't be stuck there. i'm at 66%. 1% of 2k is 20 so have you cleared a normal stage 20 times that actually qualifies towards it? There's a few that cost zero stamina (some ex stage in the arc city chapters with VG iirc)

kolosten does have one mission where you can just skip a cutscene for a stage but it's been changed to cost 10 stamina (overview > chapter 26 > preparation)

sounds like to me you don't know what 4* kiana elf does over 3*

the idea of focusing on a particular element doesn't really apply well to hi3's late game when abyss weathers constantly shift too. Are you talking about astral ring teams too when you say that?

anyway, kiana 4* improves total damage very slightly. Again the pin has a link to where you can see that in the general section

her existing effects up to 3* does make her more focused on fire and lightning (edit: so i can see why you thought that but it's a bit of an exaggerative conclusion and neglecting other benefits)

To resummarize, kiana 4* improvement is not much. It can be important if you have a highly specific scenario so you can still keep it in mind but don't expect anything massive generally.

She is mainly for fire and lightning dps teams but you may still...

• consider her for non fire/lightning part 1 teams if you don't have other elves, and desire other things from her like gather/swap cd reduction
• consider dreamseeker. mainly for initial astral ring energy. DS also has better non outburst damage but usually outburst damage is what you care about most.

The choice between better non-SO or SO dmg depends usually on the fight length and how many SOs you need. If you feel you spend a lot more time outside SO you should consider Dreamseeker over any elfs

Main way is to craft pledge of sakura from the foundry

you do want the other weapon eventually. Judah can be obtained from the exchange shop, but the way you get currency from that is farming for bounty weapons and converting them (except for the dkey ones which are abyss and pinions). Cheapest one is 3rd sacred relic although you may consider others for collection entries.

• sakura is also available in exchange shop but ofc this is less efficient if you're going to be crafting your way to it anyway

you can also obtain these from reserve bp shop but that arguably isn't worth it compared to these other methods. There's more exclusive dkeys in reserve shop to have higher priority over the lightning dmg dkeys

the b valks are the free valks that you get from progressing and everyone have them, there's the a ranks that you can get in different ways with the most consistent one is buying them from the shop, s ranks are a bit mixed but new ones are locked to gacha, the old ones are in permanent shops (there's battlepass and war treasury) and sometimes some s ranks are free (you'll get herrscher of the void for free from log in) and there's cases where events can give a free s rank

the important thing for you is to use what you have for now to progress the story, you'll get herrscher of the void that is too old for the meta but is good for early game and you can have fun with her, other than that you want to slowly progress so you can eventually start making a proper team to help you outside of story, in a minute ill link a message to some characters in the asterite shop that you can get and will help you, aside from that there's a character called coralie that you would want to get (at least if you get to level 30 because that will unlock "part 2" where you can get her and her weapon which will help you a lot, you can also get her and rank her from the asterite shop
other than that you'll get "crystals" which are the main currency for the gache of the game, for now don't use this currency, you'll need it next version

oh i forgot to mention something about the ranking system, i would not suggest thinking too much about it, this game operates on having new characters to deal with the difficult part of the game with ease (you're far away from that right now but its still worth noting) for beginners the enemies are pretty weak so any character can do as long as their level and equipment are leveled up, for now what you have will give you some assistance for early game but you'll get more soon, for characters that you should focus on, check the messages i linked, eventually you'll get new characters (don't pull now, you can do the a single pull for the beginner supply task and that's it) for now just keep the crystals and supply cards until the new version!
ideally the new character coming next patch would be your pulling goal, there are a lot of supplies but don't pull on them for now
the dorm supply have a purple and white ticket, you can use these whenever you want on that supply, just don't use crystals in that supply

MA rewards are fairly insignificant anyway for casual players so if you don't plan to spend much time on the game I would cut MA out tbh, so much effort for a reward that doesn't really matter for casual players and in terms of crystals its 100 a week, 140 in exalted. It adds up of course but MA can be very time consuming to the point where it's not really worth doing for casuals unless they enjoy it

10k in 2 weeks doesn't sound too bad if you've not been playing a lot

do remember that if you do it once most of MA can be autocleared the following week though

Well, how many do you have rn? Keep in mind you wanna have ~30k+ of them when trying to get a valk + weap

The income per patch without any one-time sources will probs be ~20k per patch (9 weeks) in your case

There sometimes are double releases in certain patches, where you could get more than just valk + weap in 1 patch (ofc this costs more, but it does let you catch up faster if you can afford it)
