The delicious delight state is what changes your weapon active actions, but also this state is also augmented ascension state which lets you benefit from stellar outburst specific effects.

thelema is really nice for HoHe since she can take over the role of the DPS outside of SO since HoHe dps is kinda shit outside SO and help her generate more ARI through ultimate evasions,
lantern is some weird recommendation by hoyo since both HoHe and lantern psy but that isnt really BiS on anything, and teri also isnt really used with HoHe.

Also keep in mind valk releases close to each other tend to support each other.

Overall taking large breaks would leave you with little income even with returnee bonuses to keep up with new releases, and leave you with large gaps in your roster that may lead to awkward team builds.

Nothing wrong with this approach as long as you're well aware and don't expect to reach too high in abyss.

oh sorry i completely misread

the 3* ones are mainly used to upgrade lower rarity gear. If you ever want to rush a bunch of collection progress for crystal milestones in a pinch, it's easy to consume a bunch that way

otherwise they're mainly used in armada commissions too. Some nodes would want you to submit 9 at once for 10 contribution or something

note that each equipment (weapon or stigs) qualify for two points in the collection menu. Once upon obtaining and second for reaching its final upgrade stage (no need to max it out with exp afterwards)

anyway it costs 42 of them to max upgrade a single stig piece

so you can get a rough idea how much you cna upgrade with your current amount

ofc keep in mind other resources are consumed too so make sure to not go short on anything else when doing this. Collection isn't a high priority

And also how important are weapons like in comparison to hsr or genshin?

Starter Banner is not recommended for various reasons:

• pity does not carry over (so if you start committing on pulling, then you have to go all the way)
• you won’t get the gear
• both Valkyries are considered old -ish by now
  obviously if you like either of ’em then you can still pull, but that’s the things to keep in mind if you chose to do so
  some people also reroll the account until you get the Valk within the first ten pulls, you can do this if you care enough about it, but it will take some time

signature gear is rather important in comparison to other HoYo games, you can go without it, but it’ll be like having a half of a Valkyrie, especially true for newer units who have their Stigmata tailored specifically for them

Go for songque, get more prism cubes and use it on her stigmatas. Get 150 AE for her 5 star weapon. If you don't want to use prism cubes you can go for Marco polo stigmata set.

As a new account, depending on your start time you can pull on the patch you started and the one after with the amount of beginner crystals you get.

On avg people save for 1-2 patches depending on how much rng their pulls took

Don't waste crystals, Captain!

Short answer:

• Brand new Valkyries to be prioritised over old ones (see [!faq backpull](#👶beginner-help message)).
• The discounted 10x does not make it good. Only do the 1 single pull that gets refunded anyway.
• In most cases, you will not have the infrastructure to make a good team with either of these Valkyries.
• Your crystals are better spent on new Valkyries: the value of a Valkyrie peaks on her release.
• This banner is only recommended for people willing to reroll accounts until they get a Valkyrie in the first 10x. Ask us what to do if you are interested in rerolling, it is very dependant on the patch contents.

I remember someone saying income is ≈ 0.7 Valks per patch, but patches have gotten longer since then and I didn’t double-check the math and it depends on vairous parameters (like your rank in Abyss and whether or not you still have perma-crystals from story and stuff)

if it helps, unlocking valks one by one is part of the farming process. The reason is mostly because of an account-wide stats buff you get from Dorm

on top of that, there is a gamemode where you can get more crystals out of a few older valks even when not geared at all (Elysian Realm)

as for AstralOP… they are cool and technically have more long-term value than Valks, but they are dependent on the Astral Ring you use ’em with… Valkyries (and their gear!) should be prioritized though especially if you don’t have that many yet
