HoRb nowadays is niche and not worth trying to build, but she's still a gacha only unit that's the most exclusive in the shop and has potential (not guaranteed) to get updates in the future. So she's still viable to consider.

Also sasoosa considering you're relatively new, you prob shouldn't try to offer help for now, or at least have some specific source to point to when giving help (e.g. forward a message, or link a video/guide).

Depends what you mean by clear, if you want the most rewards possible the ideal thing to do is follow meta for a bit then go casual to help solidify your crystal income

If your definition of clearing content is story and events, then you dont need to pull units to do so

There's always the option of going about it casually, rolling for the units you like but I'd keep in mind kits are locked behind weapons and a substantial damage loss, so if you roll, preferably try to get the weapon as well

for who you would use your crystals on would be the battlesuit and equipment supply, you can try for fws (fourth pic) and if you get her then get the pistol in the equipment supply, if you do some pulls and get nothing then just save the crystals in the future

This early on you'd be recommended to do story while you get a handle on the game since there is quite a lost of stuff you get thrown off into the deep end of.

Another consideration, if this is an old account and doesn't have the starter manual (green book in the bottom middle of the bridge screen) I would suggest a restart i.e making a new account to take advantage of the event unless you have some specific reasons like wanting to keep it on a hoyo account with your other games or something

keep story as the main focus, and when you wanna take a break you can consider doing events/abyss (though i'd highly suggest completing abyss when possible since its the main crystal income)

Just tested it LITE is different, collecting your first ego signet always counts,( edit you still need to go to the next floor)* but everything after that you need to beat the boss. Also no need to finish floor 2 when you do a normal run

• Just picking Signets on Floor 1 on normal run or Floor 7 for LITE run is NOT enough for Signets to be recognized as collected. Going to the next floor is required, beating it is NOT necessary in both normal and LITE.
• For time efficiency, do either normal run with Thorny Crown for 2 signets or LITE with Elysia Active for 3 signets. Neither change the behavior of collection counting signets (Yes I tested every possible combination non-lite and lite).
• General Flamechaser signets work the exact same way and this strategy should also works for them.
• The point score gained between normal and LITE is identical, so for Valk XP farming LITE is generally more efficient.

I’m trying to calculate how many days it takes to get 22k exp, I calculated we get 11k per week just from the BP missions but dunno the stamina exp gain

start the fight with FWS' CA to trigger QTEs. You can precast this before the boss actually spawns.

Then to get team buffs: QTE in hohe > weapon (resets FWS swap cooldown) > QTE JDS

Can do JDS CA for damage at this time too but i don't know if it's worth it.

• There's a trick called fish skip with JDS CA but it's prob difficult to perform. If you're interested I can point you to a post

Then QTE back to FWS. Make sure she marks all mobs. Keep in mind the weapon tap gathers them. Fill up her meter and spend it on the big attack. If the boss isn't finished yet then alternate between FWS and HoHE until it is.

I would imagine you would outburst through phase 2

sorry i made you do this early. So revisit the fight with what i've told you above.

For FWS ult use it to cancel the last basic attack of her mashing sequence (you can look at the meter to know when to use it as it fills)

Make absolutely sure the boss and enemies are bundled together since kiana links enemies. You're missing a lot of damage at 0:45

Don't stay on kiana afterwards. She gets a merriment state when QTEing in and that only last for one bar. You want to swap out to someone else, do their big attack (hohe is fastest but boss is also ice immune. Still prob worth it) to reset kiana, then repeat

make sure to not miss any parry attacks. You can generally attack after each flash from the boss. Then evade in between and move a bit to reset your attacking.

No need to keep attacking as kiana at the start of phase 2. Just use outburst at the timing i told you and select kiana first.

Hm i think i would rather pick one fastest support to use the stellar shift to get back to kiana quickly.

This is the last carnival rotation of this version, so if you don't use the ticket within the next 6 days it's gone.
HoHe would need her Dkey to actually perform good with thelema so getting her old weapon is not really recommended.
Getting Kiana could be a bit tight so try to stay above 16.8k crystals while pulling her so that you can guarantee the weapon.
Also could you elaborate who you actually mean with orange haired because u can't think of anyone that has orange hair and is good with Kiana.

Even though Sonque is a good support for kiana backpulling her at this point is not reccomended. In general you dont want to backpull as a f2p but rather focus new releases because your crystals are very limited

I Suppose you mean Astral ring ? Short answer the Leader is the DPS and you want valks that can support the Astral ring type of the leader, Each AR type has its own support tag valks with this specific support tag can support the valk. RoO is an universal option which will perfom a bit worse but will gets its job done

sparkle as main dps still has her places esp in abyss like tona or kosma

teri gets dropped there since you don't need to overload that hard on qua stuff, and sparkle has the low hp execute in some cases

and in the case of kosma, it's fire up so sparkle is more relevant

but she's niche overall. moreso than other valks i would argue which was why she was overall not recommended at the time
