I can see that are still 0/9 valk here? Also if you only did Shallow Sequence, their minimum level is only 8. If you level them up thru repeating Deep Sequence LITE Shroud F8, then you'll be able to get 150 crystals (+20 crystals if you get their core signets too) at most for each valk.
