The point is, as I have said before but seemingly ignored; Your evidence is anecdotal and proof of nothing that changed with the game's actual luck %. My rolls throughout P2 has been overall, no different than p1; Except I'm able to save more and spend much less to max gear valks.

I've pulled and 4/4 every valk since 7.3. This isn't something I would'e been able to do if we still had the p1 gacha system (without whaling)

This new system is cheaper, 90 pity is lower than 100. p2 Stigmata has high drop chance and is farmable, weapon is 60 max pity (vs 200 max pity for all this in p1)

You don't count the fact that in P1 you could skip the ENTIRE patch if there was released an Sp valk and getting her full gear within 20 pulls was real. In P2 you HAVE TO save at least 100 pulls every patch. P2 is not f2p or low spender friendly. Furthermore, nirvana enjoyers complain that the full functionality of new P2 valks are hidden in ranks, so they have to pull them too.

We can skip in P2 too, for example some skipped Songque and Lantern. What does it mean.

If only some people do calculating instead of basing off the gacha from their gacha experience. But then again, most Honkai players (including me) can't read.

P1: S rank costs 100 pulls, equipment supply go over 200, 50 for each pieces. A rank: 120 pulls. 300+120 pulls= 420 pulls. (And no, WT valks don't count).

Let's cut them down to half. Regardless 50% less pulls, it is still 50 for S rank and 100 for equipment supply if you are getting decent luck. Plus A rank equipment being cut to half for 60, it's 210 pulls.

Now, you would imagine spending that amount of pulls.

And that's even not counting about covering all basic type like physical, ice, fire and lightning. And please don't get me start on even counting SD, IMG, QUA.

Look at P2. More expensive on WHAT? Pull pity is now 100-10 and drop down to 90 on S rank banner. Equipment supply is now 60 for full guaranteed. It's 150 pulls. Want to count A rank too? Only 60 pulls for equipment supply.

Cut them down to half if they're being lucky, too. 45 for S rank and 30 for equipment supply. It's 75 pulls. A rank is 30.

Assuming pulls amount from valk+equipment being cut to half from P1 and P2- and that's IF you get lucky: P1 takes 150 for S rank and 60 for A rank- while P2 takes 75 pulls for S rank and 30 for A rank. And not even counting that most P2 S rank valks now can do both DPS+support roles.

The funny thing is that all S rank on P2 can be both DPS+ support now. Don't get me started on what we usually get from a bad equipment supply pull on P1, too. Coins. COINS.

I say that P2 supply is 50% cheaper and more effective, no matter how bad the luck is. It's a gacha game, and luck is different for everyone- but that doesn't change that P1 gacha sucks
