Theresa is actually one of the more affordable ones where her main benefit is early at S, but it's been some time since her release at this point that you may not mileage from her as much. your first FWS dps cycle is already kinda non standard to me. is there anything you can explain about it?

Normally you QTE in > Weapon active for linked damage i think > ult which should finish off the first wave. Hold CA at the end of the ult animation to skip the basic into the CA on to the second wave.

since the SD mobs on waves 3 and 4 are tanky, you kinda want more of your FWS' outburst damage there. I think this might be unreasonable at low ranks so maybe the first hit can go to the second wave, but the second drum hit and the snake should prob be happening on the third wave?
If you're still struggling with damage then maybe try using another FDD move, or QTE to XDC instead of FDD and use her ult. idk.

Mobs each have their own hp. You don't want to waste too much of your big damage overkilling the weaker ones.

as flashy as a second shift may be, keep in mind it still costs time to cast the shift. The score gain and time save may not be as great as it may seem. I think damage wise for some LoA teams, teri op is more around 10% overall but in some cases, you may not even find the opportunity to appreciate that second shift.

that particular mob gains high damage reduction when its arm is formed. It can only be broken early (it does go away eventually when you wait long enough) if you apply ignite to it. Lantern may be fire but she doesn't really apply ignite on her own.

as for other mobs, lantern should be ok but she's also one of the older fire astral ring valks so she isn't as strong as newer ones loosely speaking

what does your lantern team look like? how are you playing her?

the matching tag to wheel of destiny is harmonized shadow star which is what you'll want for her supports

don't worry about elements. As long as the valk matches, they generally boosts all kinds of damage nowadays.

you can see the score increase in RL tier isn't very much compared to the default dreamseeker. Again this can vary by scenario but unless you're in nirvana, this is usually what it is and therefore not recommended.

as for gameplay, maybe you can loosely (i don't expect you to copy it 1 for 1) refer to these to get an idea of how lantern can be played or what she can do.

during outburst where your weapon swapping is more rapid, one big idea to keep in mind is her crossbow weapon is her weakest. Whenever you swap to it, you generally want to substitute that time with another action such as calling a support phantom, or doing a hold full meter attack when possible

Edit: also whenever you're on shotgun during outburst, you generally don't want to wait for the third shot since it takes too long and slows your swapping. So evade cancel after the second shot

the ice pillar on the field is more from some other mob spawning in and getting frozen. I don't know how you're skipping that. Perhaps it spawned and ganesha bumped into it when you didn't notice?

usually this spike isn't something you primarily focus on. If the opportunity presents itself then you can take advantage of it

but the main danger is when enough time passes and you deal enough damage for ganesha to bring up the stick from the ground. Ganesha can really hurt during this phase

my main advice is to use a dps/team that can constantly keep ganesha's movement slowed down such as FDD dps. PAWS helia can also paralyze it

but for the most part you can just be defensive and evasive and eventually get through it

I am using Luna-HLE-Badum.

When I do:

Luna start on SO.
Then, Badum QTE -> burst directly,
Then, HLE QTE -> burst directly,
Then, back to Luna.
When I would want to cast the finisher on Luna, I only have 2 facets.

When I insert a Badum special weap on Badum

(so, badum QTE -> badum special weap -> burst)
That's when I have 3 facets.

Any recomms that you guys may suggest to change?

Honestly, one of the two teams will be cooked either way and with no World Star leader you can't really fit VBs anywhere even as a cope.

You can probably still beat boss 2 regardless but it has to be 2/3 ring with either vbm or vbs as a cope. Maybe nerfing HLE's team on the SD boss is alright to do since you technically kill that one very quickly anyway if you evade it's attacks properly and can meet the hitcount criteria at phase 2 start.

hle's SO rotation will be reduced to using finisher without switching into supports, due to her SP deficits

but it might be enough already, mobius is honestly the much tankier boss here

I figured that as a no Chenxue-haver, that provides additional 300 Shining trace,
I can't really skip the Badum's Special Weap, because that gives SP,
which is necessary in order for Luna to do one more in the name of protection in SO that consumes 300 SP,
that activates the last facet.

How i wish Luna can have like negative SP also, similar to HLE.
I record a video, and saw that w/o Badum special, weap, i am at like 211 SP left.

If Luna can have that same mechanic where you can go negative,
so, you will "consume" 300 SP, leaving you to a -89 SP,
which then gives you shining trace because you "consume" that SP.

I can then have my score improved from 833 to like 841 (cuz badum's special weap cost 8 pts)- 😭

Weap -> charge ult.
That gives freeze trauma.
The mech mobs are frozen below the arena.
So, i can't do the weap act or CA, they are still below the arena, or maybe i am wrong- XD
the only way i thought, is then, the special weap.
It kinda targetted them, and link them too (cuz you see the gray numbers).
it is also like consistent that i am killing all the mobs at 953.

and her ult is in cd.

let me tell you why.
i think HLE weap provides some decrease elemental resist, i suppose, when it "hits"?
When I start 1000/999 with HLE, weap doesn't consider a hit, so the mobs didn't have shred.
When I start 998, it hit the mobs, and that's where i do more dmg.
And i can badum combo on fu hua phase instead.

only stellar key that i have is luna’s. i have hofi, horb, and hohe no stellar key, all on 4/4 old equip. i have a dawei card, so that can be changed for one of those 3 valks. i also got pretty lucky with early s-rank and pulled HLE, but she has 0 equipment and i imagine its gonna suck trying to play her weaponless

basically, i have xentinel, FDD, coralie with all stigs but no weapon, and JDS. that’s… about it.

it basically depends on what else you need your asterite for

VBm's syncs are very roughly like 1% team overall damage each

which isn't a big amount but as you get higher, maybe it can be the difference between you and someone else for trophies

if you're still using VBm as filler or RoO support when you finish all other higher asterite priorities (including time capsule right now), then sure go ahead. It's weekly gated and asterite isn't really as high valued anymore

at a high whale level, technically VBm can still be better than gacha options

but otherwise if you have 3 gacha RoOs, and plenty of other p2 valks to fill in proper support roles, and/or you need your asterite for other things, then it's fine to put it off or even skip entirely
