tbh i'm more against taking her weapon from the BP
first of all if you aren't aware you need to buy 1 of the two premium battle pass tiers to be able to buy lanterns weapon

lantern herself works fine without the weapon as a support and from looking at the weapon it only provides

• 35% elemental damage dealt, 18% more physical damge dealt for WoD, the elemental buff also increases with the level of the weapon and i'd rather have you save your resources since they can be bottle necking especially at the beginning
• 28% more elemental damge dealt 40%, more physical damage dealt for WS
• 3% more total damage taken ( independent)
  the buffs may sound rather huge but elemental damage deal is one of the more common buffs, since those buffs would just add onto each other instead of multiplying with each other you'll end up with a ~10% team damage loss according to an older test done by wyverein
  note that this test is done with a different team and DPS so it won't match your situation excactly but can be used as a rough estimate

you'll also have to consider that her personal damage is also part of that so the actual damage loss from your DPS is probably even smoller
i do acknowledge that 10% can make quite a difference but i'd rather have you spend your crystallum on divine keys that'll provide you with an +10 atk bonus for your whole account
or if you're a long term BP buyer even save up for some new battlesuits in the BP that may have a bit more meta relevancy than lantern
also judging from your account you aren't playing that regularly so i can only emphasize to spend responsible and not buy BP without thinking about if it's actually wort it for the game

also as QT already mentioned Lantern's bosses run once in a blue moon and she's starting to fade out of meta more and more
buying the weapon would give you a fire DPS for brute forcing but if you're sparkle already has her weapon i'd say it isn't that much of an upgrade
both sparkle and lantern aren't really well known to be strong brute forces and unless you really want fire damage on that specific boss you're better off brute forcing with your rita

• Tranquil Arias on HFS/VD
• AF on PE
• Hekate on SI
• most recently 7T on HoO

P2 still has a bit of close alternatives though. Or at least Senadina didn't lose too much from using another Drive Core (but still significant of a loss for high tiers). I think Teri with Thelema weapon isn't too far either(?) but obviously you still need to work with other ways to gain meter.

500-600 should be possible with DS, I’m at 504 myself but I’m not capped (Rita HLE Thelema)

What I do is instant HLE wa ult, go Rita, ewa combo ewa evade wa combo ewa into normal sequence, SO as soon as I can, have my finisher kill them, and then in transition do HLE stellar drain, then in ohase 2 Rita full dps in ARC + Stellar until I’m at full surplus and then stellar outburst to just barely kill

But I’m pretty damage gated

Yes. Every gacha astral op has a particular ring type they primarily benefit. Theresa is for Law of Ascension which is Kiana's ring type here

There can be rare slight exceptions depending on the scenario though (e.g. HoRb is World Star, but still uses Sera who normally benefits Wheel of Destiny ring type because Sera provides better physical benefits iirc)

generally, what AO you use is based on what ring is the leader. there are situations where one AO is better, but that's the general guideline. if you don't have the specific AO for that ring type, just use DS.

depends on the situation an what dps you are using, s sera lacks elemental buffs but is still good for songque since she's physical and appreciates the crit conversion

songque being a WS aop also does not really matter for her WoD buffs since most of her S buffs are univeral elemental dmg buffs

in the end it depends on if she'd threaten your funds for 8.7 since that is CNY and said patch is normally bigger than others

in regards to how good rita is she is a decent IMG lightning DPS, she has her bosses but on IMG weathers a geared trio (6S afaik ) can come really close or even score better than her. Though hoyo kinda noticed that and started to run more WoD/lightning weathers for her bosses

as a WoD support she's pretty good, she has an AR overflow mechanic called stellar surplus state as ram already mentioned and provides some pretty good buffs with that state, a decent portion of her value lies in that WoD supportive capability so that also influences your pulling decision whether you have some WoD chars she could support

as a LoA support she only really is notable for RS because she amplifies the dmg dealt to img enemies and can execute IMG enemies below a certain HP threshold

in regards to if she's still wort it even if you already have RS, imo yes if she does not threaten your 8.7 funds as already mentioned, her and RS cover relatively different bosses since a lot of rita weathers are wod/lightning and dudu also has a few phys weather bosses. in the end rita will rather be an upgrade for your dudu which does not seem insignificant at a higher competetive level

you should still be able to retain, i myself only have vita and no sera but i'm scoring relatively fine and i should be able to retain, in the end it depends on your bracket though.

Generally no BiS DPS is a death setence most of the time though there have also been cases like with img bull a week ago where trio still scored even if not better than rita depending on the rank you had on rita and trio.
for supports it depends, often times you can substitute some supports with another decent support option though sometimes a boss could have a mechanic like HC or something similar that makes not owning the right support a nightmare as well

The spy Rita event has achievements that require maxing out one type of units. For swordsman, there are 8 actual swordsman units but the achievement wants 9. In which stage/game mode can ensure you get to pick Rita with a swordsman item?

you might need an item that lets you give the swordsman trait to someone who doesn't normally have it. The semilast stages in the non story section may make this easier since you get a chicken that gives you alot of coins to hunt for the actual units at least.

but also keep in mind the achievement is only for extra asterite iirc

The only way seems to be to keep rerolling the stage where you get to pick Rita, and hope the trait is swordsman... this kind of thing isn't doable in multiplayer mode.

No, no it doesn't require multiplayer. You'd just get KO'ed before you can complete the set.
I also just doing it for OCD. I completed a few others (those also require trait items, but they have an appropriate stage), so I figured I'll continue.
For swordsman it looks like I need to reroll stage 6/9 until Rita has swordsman.

Go for 3 money trait from the start, don't expand until the cost is low, don't raise level to lose some early fights, that should be the way to go about it.

keep in mind expanding increases the rarity rates in the shop. I don't think early expanding really matters if you do it earlier or later since you're just moving the 10 cost on the previous or new upgrade around.

What's important is the timing of you reach the upgrade point where you're willing to reroll the shop.

6/9 Rita's option seems to be heavily biased... keep getting the resort island/waltz instead of swordsman. In multiplay mode you get 1 reroll on which type it is. I guess it really isn't designed to be doable. 100% doable in previous run, but it wasn't adjusted for the new mechanisms.

My Rita's stigmatas aren't fully maxed cuz i dont have enough of the cubes what are the ways to get them? cuz i just might've missed a few sources but im not too sure. The reason why I dont have enough cubes in the first place is I wasn't expecting to her and her weap fairly early anyway so uhhhh this might affect my abyss scote if i try to clear with unmaxed rita stigs

keep in mind the cost of upgrading a piece is 1 > 2 > 4 so you may opt to push all stigs to 45 first rather than specific ones to 50. It depends on the effects of each individual stig though so do consult the wiki or use #wiki-consult to know the max values

each stig needs 7 total to max out

And then reroll at each time trying to fish for the Himeko brocade + swordsman binding

I’m currently Herrscher (20k points plus) and that’s how I cleared all of them

I tend to go for a low investment assault / summer splash setup early game

For Haxxor

And then pivot once I either get one of the good items to whatever item I have or commit to full 8x assault if I don’t get anything

It’s pretty cheap to pivot course as long as you don’t invest too much gold into ranking up the battlesuits

And Haxxor is very compatable with this strategy because you can instead spend the gold expanding your battle box and going wide

yeah you can think of hp as just a resource. Can use early game to lose some hp so you can accelerate into a strong build late game

hmmmm, gunslinger build is the most consistent in the auto-chess im, since it has a lot of options. if you start gunslinger, here are the options:

• honkai beast buff
• gunslinger buff

Yes its 5 times, the last domain resonance mark consumes 2 qme you are correct about that

that gives you one drain at least

then u can do eva weaps on the rest it and see if it gets you second drain

so you kinda try both and find middle ground

a normal transition takes 49 points

from the time p1 finishes until the very end when pig is about to smash down

this is just a basic thing for you since you’re still quite new
