There is some really bad overkill past transition, no reason to wait with SO you can just do it right away. Technically SO + phantom can clear the balls but WA + ULT from HLE is safer and easier to do so I would stick with that and switch to ME and do immediate SO after that and then press ult + WA when you can kill to save time.

in other teams u will sometimes need the binding equipment(s) for max effect. summer splash team need THREE binding items (rita only give 2 so u have to roll for the binding artifact of summer splash team).
bcs of this u can pick bronya main piece to build ur team level quickly. durandal and rita main are slower.
the 3 main pieces i said is the one that u pick after round 1 (durandal, rita, bronya)

some cases u can even freeze the atk/projectile of enemy with her ult and spam evade of it

I'm coming back to HI3 after a long hiatus and have very few P2 Valks. The only limited ones I have are actually Miss Espionage and HLE. Do any P1 Valks work in the 3rd slot of a team with those two chars, or does this kinda team only work with three P2 Valkyries?

p1 start u don't need to do anything other than just be stay on hle and do weap ult is what i mean, the weap ult can prob done bit sooner, as long as weap hits and you get 150 sp and damage is dealt then rotate as you normally would, but seeing its not actually better than your old p1, maybe getting out of pink hp sooner don't matter or something

p2 i mean before enter the door, so after the evades and hitting the ball, don't enter left door immediately but instead run very far back and press weap, the thing is i don't know if your weap would be up, but looks doable,
reason to run really far back then do weap is using weapon would drag you across, then you want to hold ult using mouse, holding ult would then pull you into the door

Biggest reason is that around 2 years ago they did a rework of how teambuilding works and general design which means that anything before that don't interact with any valk from after that point as a baseline

So I got demoted to RL and I have 150 trophies to get to Nirv. I don't have HLE so the HLE shills are deadly to me. I do have the valks for the rest of the bosses ||(Rita for this Friday, dk seele for next Monday, Thel for the 16th)|| and so if I lose trophies, I should end up in Nirv right when ||the 2nd hle shill|| shows up. What I might do is slack off on this abyss so I can avoid fighting HLE shills in RL. Is that smart?
I have 24.7K gems rn so I'm not really concerned about missing out on next valk.

just also my recommendation, you approximate your self just near but not too much near the left door, then, weap active cuz the door would pull you automatically, and while the door is pulling you, hold your ult.

It would less your score by 3-4. So if you are in the doors phase by 861 , you would be charging the ult by 857. ~

Personally if there’s a boss I’m definitely going to -100 on I try to Nirv for it because +100 RL -200 Nirv is same trophies as +0 RL -100 RL but you get some free crystals

If so there really isn't a next best, it's rita or go home. You could try trio, or some WOD dps with Dudu support, or HoO dps, but they're all gonna score bad

There's really 3 mechanics to consider when making teams for Marut:

• Damage reduction that scales with valk switches
• IMG core execution for the blobs and Marut
• IMG core penetration through the shell

You either get it done fastest with your strongest WoD team or IMG valks that can kill/execute all of the blobs at once or in quick succession. GD and RC would be good examples for this although neither being part 2 means you will need to run either with HoO and HoFi

the third bullet point is only also possible with RS, but her main astral ring is based on switching valks which... bricks her damage hard

you can use her as a WoD support though

next patch is CNY which is somewhat more anticipated (although this can be entirely meaningless especially when p2 valks are more balanced nowadays)

for example, events may seem chunky, but they take alot of time to do

and events are all different. Some may just be absolute misery to some people that they may not want to bother at all for only less than 2 rolls

ideally you keep up with 100% of the missables since even at that point a f2p won't expect to get every new release, and keeping up with as much as possible can still achieve stable RL retain or even dipping into nirv

but from a different angle, if you can't already get everything anyway, then maybe that's less FOMO to worry about and you can settle for less and focus more on favorites. Plenty of players are fine with agony 3 for example

as much as meta is important, it can be a trap that isn't fun for people. The game is very capable of being too much to the point of burning players out too. So do assess yourself with the game

Should I Pull AstralOps?

NOO CAPTAIN!

If you are a f2p meta player, you should not pull gacha AstralOps - only players who are retaining or trying to retain Nirvana should consider it if they have the funds (unlikely for f2p players).

Reasons:

• Dreamseeker is good enough despite being free.
• Too expensive, especially if they need SS (~20-30k).
  • AstralOps have the same cost as a gacha weapon, therefore pulling one may result in being unable to afford a Valkyrie's weapon down the line (for meta players, this means skipping said Valkyrie entirely).
• The damage and score increase they provide in Redlotus and below is often minimal and not needed to retain.

in terms of abyss, next cycle is a new imaginary pig enemy so you can mileage from her if you get her for that cycle but

missing a few cycle is small in the grand scheme of things (this is pretty opposite to what i said earlier to trying to get 100% mileage on a valk. it's overall more up to you)

and again you currently dont' have enough to afford her safely it seems (dunno how many other crystals you can still get)

if you want my personal recommendation, since you don't seem strongly meta but rather partially and may more lean towards rita out of personal sentiments... i think you can hold off for now and wait for next patch's valk news in CN for now

once we know more info of the next patch's valk but before ME's banner goes away, and assuming you can get enough crystals, then you may assess if you still want ME

ATK generally either IMG or Scythe since these have better numbers, but affixes are small enough that it doesn't really matter unless you are trying to push into nirvana

for new players, the biggest source (one time only) of crystals would be from story and elysian realm (level 50+) yeah, for more developed players it’s elysian realm (weekly crystals) and abyss (qmanifold for level 80 and under players, superstring for level 81+ players), abyss is a general term for those 2

abyss runs twice a week

and assuming you’re just the avg player who doesnt brick their account for a random valk then its 1k crystals per week

could be abit less if your account is not developed enough to retain redlotus (abyss rank) consistently
