most is restricted by burst mode that horb just doesn't have. elysia sucks because most buffs are only for ranged

still more general buffs, but listen to asumara here. it's not worth forging for her

55 tdm, 50 phys, 15 crit dmg for Elysia set, Dirac only gives 55 tdm when all buffs are triggered...

unless you have SS chenxue you need to do one of the two, the general idea is that you need to do 3/4 SP regen moves. 1 of those always being a chars ult in HLE case it differentiates between her finisher and her normal ultimate and those 2 are her 2 SP regen moves and for RS the other one is her charged attack.

that same idea applies to the paws/fws/ps team, since you only needed 3/4 SP regen moves you skipped FWS WA because it just takes too long

no, you always want to ult on every single support since the first ult in stellar outburst from symbioses supports provides the team with SP and Shining trace ( at a certain amount this provides you with more buffs), then on top of those ults you need to do 1 other attack on one of your supports that regenerates SP again since paws would not have enough SP to ult 3 times otherwise.
in HLE case this additional move is just any ult but a lot of people opt to do WA -> WA -> ult since the ult then has tfd and deals more damage ( you can just press her ult once if you don't need the damage)
for RS that other move is her charged attack
an example rotation could look something like this

• ca
• hle qte
• ult
• WA x2 -> ult
• rs qte
• ult
• paws qte and finish her sequence

3 year old battlesuits with their bis team in their BiS weather can often retain A3 or even sometimes RL depending

But if you don’t have exactly the premium team for them with their best supports and gear and max ranks it’ll be hopeless and you could still get a bad bracket or one of the weathers that’s shilling some specific P2 battlesuit

If it’s like a 5 or 6 year old battlesuits it’s going to be hopeless in abyss (but can maybe still do side stages)

Lots of of battlesuits still have use in SS memorial arena as zero second comps though

Obviously it also depends on the battlesuit too

Some are better for their time than others

Or have held up better with more modern supports or as supports for more modern battlesuits

Or got new gear and are this more like a battlesuit from whatever year they got it

I don't really know what to do cause I do have HoHE's old signature weapon but obviously the new one is better cause it unlocks the Astral Ring so I'm just really confused

None of those are particularly useful, assuming you mean the free versions of kiana and mei (they have a lot of battlesuits so we use battlesuit name and not character name). You will want to get Valkyrie Blastmetal (asterite shop or part 2 story) and reverist calico (starter manual and asterite shop) as the best free supports if you plan to try to pull Hi Love Elf before her banner goes away; if you don't, then Valkyrie Boltstorm (asterite shop) is probably your #2 priority
