the problem is that S0 AOs doesn't have astral ring regen, so in practice, dreamseeker is more or less in line with S0 AOs. the difference is minimal, but its usually enough if your target is jumping between RL and nirvana.

SS AOs is where the difference shows, because of faster AR generation, which results to more DPS, since you can do multiple AR activation.

• want to jump between RL and Nirvana (basically consistent top 3 in RL)? S-specific AOs is kinda required, since single digit scores dictate if you get that +100 or not, especially on very sweaty rooms
• want to retent nirvana? SS AO-specific minimum. at S0 +1 with SS AO, you might get 8th-10th, depending on how sweaty your room is

but then when that didn't do much, I tried getting any well leveled valkyrie with ice dmg (Pardofelis, Rita:AK Artemis, Bronya:Haxxor Bunny)
and even that didnt do anything.
I have old stuff because I stopped playing the game a while ago and came back to it, so I'm pretty underleveled.

SS > SS1 is an awkward spot for nearly all of them with only minor improvements. Only Sparkle has a noticeable improvement on resonance mark triggers. However, she isn't a valk that you'd have to whale a lot of ranks for to perform well on her weathers.
