Enemy Mechs fall off the map in some occasions, today I had around 4 or 5 Mech fall off the map while playing the Dirac Sea Challenge. It seems to occur when they charge into the map's border

I got the hang of it, seems like there is a move that relocates the mech at a fixed distance in front of it's target. Like this

This relocation seems to be the cause. I have been able to reproduce this bug consistently multiple times.

The steps would be:

1. Get a mech against a wall/combat area border
2. Keep a close distance to it
3. Position your character in a way that its looking at the mech and the wall/combat area border
4. Let it attack until the attack that repositions the mech is triggered

The in game support contact form it's completely broken on PC. The mouse cursor moves when pressing WASD, it's impossible to delete text if you have the backspace key bound to something else. You can't use line breaks, I don't know if it's not allowed or the key bindings are broken. You can't copy/paste text either.

I have found one thing (I'm not entirely sure if it's a bug or feature). Basically when I tried to replay mission from 27th chapter "Chess Piece" (final battle Durandal VS Otto) in third phase when Otto starts this replica of Abyss Flower and you have to destroy one of four pillars in 10 seconds it's quite impossible to break them because countdown cancels and this attack starts immediately. Although you can counter it by using Ultimate+Weapon Skill.
Again, if I'm wrong and it's just a feature of game, feel free to correct me.

You can get stuck in Bronyas aim mode in the new Stargate. It makes it fly really slow, and the flying direction and the camera control both move at the same time making it pretty hard to get through.
I think it happened because I hit the ride button while aiming. It did fix itself when I eventually made it to one of the platforms and got off.

The Anima never spawns and it keeps me stuck in this room as if I am continuously in battle. I can't progress through the story beyond this point. I have tried repairing, reloading the launcher, reinstalled the game, checked firewalls, made sure graphics, sound and all that is up to date.
I was then told that if none of these steps worked, I should report it as a bug. Some help would be appreciated aswell if anyone has any other recommendations. (I play on PC)

Edit: It seems to have to do with the Bronya Anima model. It does not want to load in on the sunken area either.

I just made the same bug happen again. I think it is related to how Kolosten map spawns works for Valkryies. If you jumped out to water in Kolosten you will be spawned back. In this fight arena if you ultimate with PE close to wall you will fall under map and this cause you to spawn back at the Kolosten map start.

Not sure why this is happening as the area was fine beforehand but now every time I reach the place this happens. If I start from there I'm already stuck/the game "freezes" as I can only forcibly exit using alt+F4. Restarting the game/pc doesn't help.

Edit: This was related to either the task Purge - Emperor or Purge - Chariot as removing them or getting them complete with the coupon solved the issue.

I was fighting against Lucheni from "A Post Honkai Odyssey 2" when I entered the second phase, I automatically fall off after the animated scene. I reappear on a platform but I can't fight him and the camera is glitchy.

1. Please, close both game and launcher.
2. Press Windows + R, input regedit.
3. In the opened window, please locate \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3 and delete it.
4. Repeat step 2, and input %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow\miHoYo\ in the opened window. Delete all the files in the Honkai Impact 3/3rd folder.
5. Restart your PC.

Do note that doing this will require you to login again. Linking account is highly recommended.

ok, so this happened. it already started before i activated the mech. but i'm pretty sure it was a privious mech activation attempt that caused it. i pressed the assist button when it had the mech logo, but nothing happened (i then entered this "softlock"). I can't reproduce it though. i think it might have something to do with ai chan trying to launch the finisher beam, and activating the mech at the same time. thus inflicting death on the ennemy, but not depleting his HP because i activated the mech at the same time

Hi, hello all, I'm Honkai Impact player, my issue come with Palatinus Equinox in Elysian Realm, when I use the Ultimate randomly the scenery disappear and I begin to fall forever, it happens random, sometimes happens when I do the charged attack in the horse.

the bug make me fall forever and there is no way to exit or recover from this, forced to exit of the game.

I play in a PC with Windows 10.

You can quit and retry the stage. Don't worry about replaying the whole boss fight, it will continue where you left off
