you can try with the account retrieval thing (dont try it for logging into the game) if you dont mind having a seperate email for honkai specifically. its quick to try which is why I suggest it in my guide in the pin i mentioned earlier

I have a gmail specifically for honkai, but like i said if you dont think you've done the account retreival before at all in the last 2 years then it only takes like 10 minutes or so to make a gmail if you want to try that then you can try it, just make sure to not use it to actually log into the game unless your account has been successfully bound to it in the account retreival part

How do I completely uninstall the game?

1. remove Honkai Impact 3 via settings (search 'remove programs' in the start menu to bring up the deletion screen, then look for honkai impact 3 to uninstall it from your computer)
2. open File Explorer, then in the address bar, put in %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\miHoYo then delete the Honkai Impact 3 folder if it's still there (btw you can hold shift while clicking the delete button — either on your keyboard or the button in file explorer — to permenantly delete it rather than move it to the recycling bin)

but you can delete the streaming assets folder from your game install, it takes up the majority of space and shouldnt break anything iirc so the game will still open fine and will just need to redownload stuff

though it would go a lot smoother if you used a custom launcher like collapse or betterhi3launcher to use their full repair options to have the launcher itself download the missing files since the official launcher wont do that

Hello, I have previously played this game and wants to play it again but on PC. I have logged in using google play account before, but since i'm using a PC, I need to know which appropriate way i should install the game to get the data from my old account that is kept on my google play games

apart from steam, all the versions of the game are "the same", what changes is the Top-up "Merchants".
What you need to look, is that you download the correct client to play in the correct server. your role says you play in SEA so you should download the SEA launcher.

yes it's possible! on your iphone, launch the game > go to the bridge > tap your in-game username at the top left > open the user center and link an email to that hoyoverse account

after doing that, you use your newly attached credentials to login on your android device

The epic overlay is causing that problem, you can contact cs and send them the file so the devs can take a look at it, probably epic update something and just cause problems

If you want you can delete the file mentioned in the error and you are not going to get the error again, but some stuff on egs can stop working

this could be why as the speed differences between an hdd and an sdd are extreme — i'd suggest you have the game open with task manager to see what spikes are causing the lags at the performance tab

if you don't see any apparent lags, it's likely not a problem related to your hardware (which it shouldn't as ur specs seem great), but it's a good idea to make sure anyways

after you check that your account is there, login the same way on account.hoyoverse.com and link an email if you dont have one already, after that you can login on apple using the HYV account with the email you link there

• if you see that an email is already link to the account and is the same that you used on iOS, probably you just login on the wrong server.

it could either be a windows update or a corrupt graphics driver needing to be reinstalled. those are two different things entirely. but most likely your graphics driver needs to be totally uninstalled and then reinstalled

yes the 2nd picture says that your amd graphics is disabled/corrupted so it defaulted to the default windows driver so in essense your computer isnt using its graphics card at all

might need to restart your pc too but if its still not opening then you might need to download DDU, restart your computer into safe mode and then uninstall all your graphics with DDU and also uninstall the AMD adrenalin then restart your computer normally and then install the amd adrenalin and let it install your graphics driver

i'll be going to bed though in like 10 minutes so if you cant figure those steps out or arent comfortable them maybe someone IRL can help out with doing those steps
