nono not the hoyoverse login, try to not login to the hoyoverse button at the main login screen until you know whats happening with your old account. in the account retreival button there should be a google play option, did you try that yet?

could be many things, connection issues, outdated app/webview, corrupted cache,etc...
try clear the app cache first, then try changing network/use a vpn, use a browser, and last option reinstall the app, if after all of that you still are unable to enter, contact HoYoLAB support [e-mail]

So I've been trying to dl the CN CGs again after replacing the Version.txt file, still asks to redownload assets. I've also tried using some of the other Version.txt files uploaded earlier for android but it still asks to redownload ;-;

cuz if its keyboard + mouse then using the mouse should control the camera, not a cursor and so if its set to that when you go to use the mouse it wont do the cursor since its controlling the camera, though you can hold ctrl i think to show the cursor

yes those are the only two areas when the configuration of KB+M it is a little janky and thats because its not a menu, its a playable area with a menu slapped on top of it but since its a playable area the mouse is used for camera control when walking around and stuff

it should have changed with 7.3, and its been like that since 7.3 released and they added the KB+M configuration. if you had it set to KB+M before and it wasnt doing that with the mouse then the only explanation i can offer is that it was bugging out and not working as intended. but you can always set it back to the way it was by pressing right alt to switch to KB only mode which will give you a cursor like you're used to

and then if you want to use KB+M again just press right alt again to switch it to KB+M mode

at least its very fast to toggle it from one configuration to the other, just gotta hit right alt and it switches it without needing to go into the settings

Why do they need the Genshin and HSR UIDs if I only want to unbind the HI3 account from my Hoyoverse. Aren't they gonna unbind all right ?

its both to verify account ownership (if you're the owner you should know that info for the other games) and while they normally unbind all that may not be their default scenario, like what if a hacker hacked your hoyoverse and created a genshin on it or something? you'd only want the hi3 back and not be stuck with some random hackers genshin account with no option to make a genshin in the future on that hoyoverse account

i never said that they were only going to verify, i only offered some ideas as to why they ask for that info, iirc a lot of people get all the accounts on the hoyoverse it very highly depends on their situation and why they're asking for that. no one here works for them though so im just guessing based off of what most people needing account help have said what the customer support people said.

if you have a genshin and a HSR on that account that you want to keep then you will need to give the UID's otherwise you might not have access to them once they do their thing, i have heard rumors that there is no such thing as an "unbind" and what they really do is delete the hoyoverse account and for the case of HSR and genshin they migrate it to a hoyoverse account you own so if that is true and y ou dont specify then you might lose them entirely

but sorry, i should have clarified in my initial reply that i think thats why they ask, but for all i know its just a policy that someone thought was good and has no bigger purpose than that

hello, can I edit the output_log to be stored on a drive other than D:\?

I tried clean installing windows and removing all storage until I had only drive C:\ but the output_log file always kept the _Mdb_Unity file on drive D:\ even though there was no such drive.

now my game is installed on drive E:\, it still has the _Mdb_Unity file on drive D:\

still most of the "idle" voicelines are part of the interaction ones iirc, so could be that is intentional(?

if its teh same as other regions, you'd need to create an appleID account with its location set to CN otherwise you wont get the right server in the app store

but i havent heard of anyone trying it on iphone so im not sure, i do know for android or the PC version you can just directly download the CN client, for pc even the custom launchers like the better launcher you can just change the server to CN to download the client for it

Yeah, I have the client directly downloaded from bilibili on my pc but my pc is too potato to handle it

I switched my appleID to China mainland and downloaded the bilibili app but there’s no option for downloading anything

the CN HI3 app only seems to have mihoyo account portals and no other servers unlike some other Chinese games I’ve played

But maybe im missing a button or something

I do know the CN client for HI3 only has CN, no other servers or anything, kind of like the SEA, TW and all their other clients other than GLB tbh and the company is still just mihoyo there, the hoyoverse branding is more of a global thing

you can try to do an update, but there is a chance the official apk is not going to be able to update because of the differences in the packages, so if that is the case the only option is to reinstall... and if you use a 3rd party store to install it before, disable the automatic updates or they can reinstall the unofficial ver. again

still, remember that CS/devs don't work 24/7 so can take a little more time depending on when people started sending tickets,

tbh your phone is not stonka, the gpu (adreno 619) was not stonks as old as 2 years ago even so that is gonna really limit what it can do, i'd recommend as a staring point setting the rendering accuracy lower since thats the setting that determines the texture resolution size and has one of the biggest impacts on performance, though it will make everything look more pixellated. keeping battery saver off is good since that is not good for performance. but if rendering accuracy lowered keeps making it horrible you might have to bear with it and just lower everything that you can. i have no idea why it recommends normal since the snapdragon 695 is below the minimum requirements officially released for part 2

Yes and no, I don't recommend using any tbh (+ you can trigger the anticheat)
The "real" ones just do what you can do manually on your PC/Phone/game (changing settings/closing programs/etc.), so you can get a little boost but no more of what your device can do
But most of the ones you find on internet are malware or don't do anything.

I recommend you manually lower your in-game settings, checking your device power options, update the drivers and closing any heavy app/program that is running on the background. That is the only stuff you can do without having to get a better specs device

you could double check your in game settings, maybe they got defaulted or you could also check your graphics drivers if you're on pc, if those are outdated then updating them might help too. if all that checks out then even though it would be a big download you could delete and redownload all of the assets with the red repair icon in the bottom left of the login menu. But i dont think the game models have lowered in quality recently

if you dont have access then let customer support know that and they'll start the account recovery process to recover your account, but thats the only way unless you can somehow get access to that twitter account

might need to reinstall the bluetooth and/or controller drivers or if you have one, connecting with a USB cable would fix most of those issues since usb cable has always been wayyyy more stable than over bluetooth with hi3. if that doesnt help then if your internet can handle it reinstalling the game would help too. as a last resort there is also always customer support, they might have something different to try and fix it

ah yeah that option isnt there anymore since the UI auto adjusts based on your resolution. the ultrawide compatability was mainly to stretch the UI out to the sides iirc on ultrawide resolutions but thats done automatically now

thats probably why then, it should have a 2560x1080 at least fullscreen, mines set to that right now and that explains the bars. if the graphics menu doesnt have the resolution your monitor is set to you can either try holding shift while clicking on launch to open the unity graphics menu which might have the correct resolution setting.

if none of that works for some reason then you can also manually set it by
press windows key + r and type regedit and hit enter and once you're in the registry editor go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3\GENERAL_DATA_V2_ScreenSettingData and you can change the resolution there

i see, i do know that the difference between you and youtubers is probably your GPU, since it cant handle rendering accuracy (the setting that determines texture resolution size) at more than high at most. as for the difference i honestly havent noticed anything but i also run everything on medium for performance. did you send CS the video of the models before and after the update?

might try again with videos or images of a model from before the update and the same scene and model after the update if you can so they can see the difference, but if you've reinstalled your drivers, the game and you didn't change any graphics settings in the meantime then the only explanation is that they changed something that either only really affects your gpu model, or its a subtle difference but they dont do changelogs for the updates so only CS could answer if anything has changed on their end

Does the game run if you go to the games installation folder and open the bh3.exe file? If it doesn't then try spam opening it, like 30 times. But unless if you manually disabled the windows one there is windows antivirus that's on by default. Might wanna check that too

But if that doesn't help try clearing the cache like this pin shows and\or contacting CS since clearing the cache or spam opening it is the main things we know of to try. Might be a Windows thing too #🔌technical-help message

maybe also try setting rendering accuracy lower since that can lag it too (tbh with that video they didnt account for ping, main menu right after elevator can lag pretty bad if you have an unstable internet connection since its trying to pull up announcements and so on but i havent tested if the part 2 mall area lags due to internet since in general inside of stages ping doesnt matter)

but rendering accuracy is a big performance tank, same with not having your drivers updated if on pc, can check those too

yes that pc is why at a first glance, HI3 needs a minimum of 2GB of VRAM but your GPU only has 1GB, its probably trying to use the CPU's integrated GPU (iGPU) which needs more than 8GB of ram to do the trick, honestly with your pc's hardware i'd recommend running the game in 720p windowed mode to ease up the burden on your hardware since its below the minimum

for that you can try deleting the bh3_data folder in your games installation folder (honestly about 95% of the game files) and have it auto redownload when you next open the game, or reinstall the game.
