okay at first i don't see problem on the output, but like @stoic reef said, you need to update your gpu drivers. so after you update them try again

still one thing that could be causing issues is that your nvidia GPU is low on VRAM so if you are playing on a high resolution/settings/new map is going to have some issues, you could try to run the game on your igpu so its going to use your RAM as VRAM

i recommend you not to compare games, first they have completly different dev teams, and 2nd this game is more vfx heavy so can make your device need to work harder
and the game is not really optimized right now, I expected that tbh, all the games I have played that have updated the engine end up with a bad performance at launch and slowly reach a good point

at least for what i play, old stuff is working better that before in my pc that is mid specs, new maps can have fps drops (especially the "mall") but on my phone that is below specs, crash almost every time, and old stuff work worse that before

but yeah they probably still have coop but only events but not for the main game, like the chibi event that is running right now

most of the stuff like lighting/shadows of the new maps are now available on the old ones (sadly that made some look bad ), so you are not going to see much difference at first sight,
but stuff like volumetric lights, ambient oclussion, like slothy said some shaders, etc. you will only see them on apho2 and later maps... and those need better specs to work correctly

Not being detected by anything? Could be anything then yeah from bad battery to bad drivers, in guessing you've tried restarting? Might also check for Windows updates and install those if there's any pending and try restarting again

I did tried to restart PC a lot of time and tried to "remove device" on my list of devices for readding the detected receiver there. But all these still can't make it work at all.

I try and press hold the power button and the controller cannot pair with my PC at all although the receiver been connected into the PC USB

I have thought it has things to do with drivers behind. But I no idea how or what things of drivers behind to do.

Therefore, currently I straight using wiring. If using wire, then easy as wire can straight connect without pairing at all. Easy if wire but harder a bit only as need move here and there.

Tbh I had a similar issue with my USB paired wireless controller until I reinstalled Windows, it was conflicting with the built in Bluetooth but I don't casually just tell people to reinstall Windows

Maybe customer support knows about this and has a solution so that's why I suggested at least trying them too

One thing that might help if it's just a Bluetooth controller is getting a dedicated USB Bluetooth receiver (instead of using the one that came with it) would let it pair well again, but you might wanna test it first to see if it can connect to like a laptop via Bluetooth without using the USB reciever at all to see if it'll do that

you can try this:

from the start menu type "graphics settings" and then in there click browse and go to your honkai installation folder (by default its C:\program files\honkai impact 3rd\games) and select bh3.exe and make sure that its set to power saving (your intel UHD graphics). then restart and try running honkai without opening any other program and see if that helps. if not then go back into graphics settings and remove bh3.exe and at that point your only option is to run honkai in windowed mode since the issue seems to be your graphics card is running out of video ram (vram) and crashing since your laptop is below

the main issue is that your laptop is below the minimum requirements so keep in mind that nothing is guaranteed to work sadly

i know, its not far below the minimum so crashes and stuff are going to come and go but it is still below the minimum so i cant guarantee permanent working if that makes sense

biggest issue is that your gpu has 2GB of vram, game asks for 2-4 now (it used to be 2) so when your gpu runs out of available vram it just gives up. Making your game resolution smaller will help with this which i why i also suggested running the game in windowed mode (like 720p or something) since that uses less VRAM and might work

i tested with 2 hardware similar configuration
1.nvidia geforce MX250 (downclocked MX330) with i7-10510U , 16GB of RAM DDR4-2933MHz in dual channel mode at low settings 1280x720 fullscreen resolution
2.nvidia geforce MX350 (GTX 1050 with 64bit bus width and 2GB VRAM) with i3-1115G4 , 12GB of RAM DDR4-3200MHz Flex mode at 1280x720 fullscreen resolution

the VRAM usage is around 400~500MB in the Menu and going to settings
after i entered the Open world its around 1.5~1.7GB stable at that usage , i ithink the issue is not the VRAM and the results is going around in open world for 30 minutes (CN Client)

hmm, so tbh your phone is below the minimum requirements so no guarantees but heres some stuff you can try to improve performance, and keep in mind that the part 2 area is performing way worse than most other parts of the game and they might optimize it in the near-ish future.

• turn battery saver off, it actually makes the game perform worse compared to when its on.
• keep all the graphics as low as possible, in fact after setting it to the lowest preset, double check each one to make sure its the lowest setting. i forget if it acutally sets them all as low as possible or if it leaves one or two settings on medium.
• set fps to 30 if its higher than that.
• as a last resort, you can go into your phone settings and lower the screen resolution of your phone which will make the game run smoother because lower resolution

steam wont work, it uses steamID so cant use hoyoverse, but whats happening is a connection issue is corrupting your download. I'd recommend either one of the custom launchers in the 2nd pin or try manually updating and try a mirror thats not the hoyoverse one

what is your question to be exactly? in short render accuracy change the render resolution, high is x1 so your screen native resolution, but very high is like x2 iirc, so can look better, but its going to be more heavy for the GPU

Iirc it refers to the texture resolution so like for instance high would be 100% and very high would be 200% but from experience very high is crazy demanding on GPUs so like most captains can't even run it. It wouldn't surprise me if there was some uncommon bug with it breaking when the texture resolution gets too high but no one's noticed it yet. My GPU would sound like it's going to space if I put it on very high

Hello, I need some help with audio issues, I'm having an error where whenever there is a CG cutscene in the story, the audio will start really loud for a split second then stabilize, but after that when the CG cutscene ends there will be no audio until I finish that chapter. Is there any solution for this?, I've looked everywhere in Google and have found nothing useful so far

For that I would recommend running repair (if on PC you can do it in the launcher or if on mobile it's the red repair icon in the bottom left of the login screen)

If that doesn't help I'd recommend going to AI Chan phone > resources and delete the chapters audio and cg resources and redownload that if possible. Oh and if this just started recently then restarting your device can help too

I gotcha, which that makes sense since the issue is that your gpu is both below the minimum requirements for part 2 and has outdated drivers. What I'd recommend is installing or opening Nvidia GeForce experience and updating your graphics drivers. Let me know if it says they're already up to date btw. After that then putting the game in windowed mode at a lower resolution, like 1260x720. If you're using the official launcher you can do this by holding shift and clicking launch and then continue holding shift for about 10 seconds until the settings window pops up and then put it in windowed mode at that resolution. That should let your card run the game\new stuff most likely

For the short term future. It's usually your ISP routing your connection poorly. It usually gets cleared up within a day to a few weeks so I'd recommend just trying it without the VPN and then if it doesn't work then using the VPN for the day until it goes away.

but does installation also depend on the processor? because I think it would affect running the game more. i am not sure why the version isn't getting updated, because i downloaded the SEA version from the official website.

steam version purchases won't work, this a known issue or some? cant pinpoint if its on my side or not cuz i don't know a single person that uses this client
