My PC just crashed during open world Shicksal HQ.
The screen went black and all coolers went crazy roaring. As if the temperature suddenly soared up.

i recommend you to update your gpu drivers, try the 551.52 not the last one because is a little bugged for some cards
and run a repair check on the launcher and game (login screen)
then test the game, if you get a crash again, play other modes and check if you still get the same issue, if that is the case record a video and tell the issue to CS #how-to-contact-cs

Mihoyosdk is normal, so is the fact you don't have a honkai folder in the registry (because you reinstalled, the honkai folder gets created when you load the game)

Alright, after updating driver and double repair check it stopped crashing at 60 fps.
But it still crashes at 120 fps. Not a big deal i guess, i can play the game at 60.

you can change the login like the email but that would affect all games on that hoyoverse account, and 1 email cannot be used for 2 hoyoverse accounts so its not possible what you're wanting

but yeah if you ask customer support to move your honkai from one account to the other they wont do it since you can just use a different login and still access the game just fine

if you cant login because you lost access to the account then they can help with that, but thats recovering the entire hoyoverse account, not just 1 game account

steam accounts are linked to your steamID. you'd have to log into steam as a different user for it to give you another account, there isnt another way (personally i highly recommend the non steam version as you can do hoyoverse account event stuffs) and for the ultrawide compatible, it isnt there anymore since with the UI changes its compatible now by default

sorry about that, remembering multiple logins can get annoying for sure but theres no way around that. though do keep in mind if you do make a new account to start over with, the game will remember that login and auto log you in and as long as you have it written down somewhere so you dont forget about it entirely then you'll have to actually only log in and type that other email maybe a few times a year

if none of that works and you do contact customer support I would also love it if you could come back and report on the solution if they get it working since i am stumped why this is happening

that means that even manually downloading the file it got corrupted due to a connection issue.

i'd recommend using one of the custom launchers in the first pin, they handle updating the game much better and might download that chonky file better. If you dont wanna use those then i'd recommend doing the manual download again but this time download the big file with an internet download manager (IDM) to improve download stability

well hi3 is a very graphics heavy game. every patch the graphics go up a little bit and this last one it went up a lot, the Poco F4 has a good GPU but has heat dissapation issue (tbh the majority of phones do) so it overheats easily

even on low graphics it'll overheat, just kind of the nature of graphics/CPU heavy stuff on smartphones

hmm, what are the graphics set to? for your device it should be low for your specs, if the settings are already on low then try repairing your assets at the login screen (red repair icon in the bottom left). hopefully that will fix it but if not then youll need to contact customer support #how-to-contact-cs. your phone is right around the minimum requirements for part 2 and its IMG BXM-8-256 GPU is a not a common one so they may need to optimize for your GPU

For those who use our launcher and have problem with it, please do the following:

If you have trouble when updating Honkai Impact 3rd for example not being able to run the game or the game is giving out errors while trying to update the in-game data, please do the following:

1. Update Collapse to the latest version 1.73.4
2. Go to Game Repair
3. Do a Quick Repair first, finish everything, and then right after do Full Repair then finish that as well
   If you notice error regarding "File Not Found" in Collapse error panel, please try to restart Collapse and try again, if that did not fix it, please restart your computer and try again.

If you have any problem using it and need help, please don't hesitate to ping me directly (DM is not working because I don't know how to deactivate Message Request on Discord )
