Can anyone help me unlink my email from my acc? I recently redownloaded Honkai and tried to log in with my hoyoverse account, it made me start a new game and go through the tutorials. My old acc pops up on account recovery but doesn’t let me log in because the new account is now linked to my hoyoverse account. Anyone know how to fix that? 😖

those are locked if you skipped that conversation in the story (sometimes it'll start with some normal dialogue and then go to cg and then go to post cg dialogue). the only way to unlock those is to replay the chapter and not skip anything

so you can follow one of this steps:

• retry the download

the problem is that like i said the file got corrupted so is unable to install, so could be that your connection is getting drop for some time or that your isp is getting a bad routing to the server so the file is not getting downloaded correctly

if you dont want a vpn you could just retry the download or use the manual install steps or use a custom launcher

no, those are video files, and the quality is fixed, most of the first cg are in bad quality if you play on a larger screen, on the most recent ones the quality is better

~~and the difference on the type of drive/speed mostly affect just how fast can read the files, so in terms of "quality" will only help to reduce the time you see the low quality textures on games afaik, but still depend on the other components ~~

But I did something. I managed to relink the old HI3 (first account, failed roll) to my one, real email (the one that was always linked to my HSR/Genshin accounts).

I did not sign out on HSR/Genshin so I did not have to relog in there.

pausing the download partway through has a chance to corrupt the download which looks like what happened. I'd recommend either just retrying it or you can use one of the community made launchers in the first pin, they're a lot more forgiving with the download part

Game won't update on mobile, until connected via WiFi, at random time or some magical way (leaving game opened in background for 20-30min) will somehow update, but rarely I can do it intentionally

I'd recommend first try clearing the cache (settings >apps > hi3 > clear cache, don't touch the delete data)

that might be why then, japan pretty consistently has connection issues if you connect to it with a VPN, I'd try north america and see if that helps

if that doesnt help then the only thing left that i can think of that you havent tried is using the better honkai launcher in the first pin and after it detects your game that you do download cache and repair game files. that should in theory download all or most of it outside the game which might help

and if that doesnt work either then you might have to go to customer support #how-to-contact-cs

Like Silver already mention, you can just play on another server that way you keep the HYV account and the email, if you don't mind having different server times, or use a new account with a new email.
The other option is to change the email from the current HYV account so you can use it to create a new account, but keep in mind, if you played GI-HSR-TOT, their data will stay on the "old account", and can't be transfer to the new one

I just checked on my end, its in english too. considering its the browser based form it could be running off of your devices language, in game language, device region, etc. I'd recommend checking anything language related and maybe trying a different device and that should help

I'm glad its working, if it starts acting up again that yellow circle is a connection issue contacting the HI3 server, the 3rd pin has stuff that usually fixes it (if you end up using a VPN, just make sure to not connect to japan, it has a lot of connection issues if you're not on the JP server)

yeah the issue is your phone, was on the min specs some yrs ago, so its not going to run the game properly, especially on new stuff

You can use any folder tbh on both, but iirc better automatically detect the files if you place it on the game folder

That is how the other launchers make the download, at the end it's going to "merge them" on the same one 7z file, and yeah don't worry once the update it's installed it's not going to ask you to update again for this ver., just be sure to do the download with just 1 launcher at the time,

But if you're super worried, you could rent out a post box if thats a thing for your country and setup a mail forwarding service with it before you move and just tell hoyo that address. then after its forwarded your package just remotely cancel it if possible

in your case unless the drivers are pretty out of date i think the most likely culprit is the rendering accuracy setting in graphics settings. people with high end graphics cards max that out but that setting is very unoptimized at the highest setting specifically and imo doesnt add too much that you can notice. I'd first check your graphics settings and if rendering accuracy is set to the highest i'd turn that down by one level

So far as I know, the game has AI that auto-detect your device system performance. If u are using mobile device, it will auto-set "max" at 60 fps only or the default at 30. However, if u are using higher end machine/device such as PC or laptop, then the max fps will has options such as 90 or 120 fps. 🙂 correct this if any wrong (120 usually not appear in mobile device although if that smartphone can support up to 120 MHz fps, unless the mobile device is very high-class performance mobile device)

Why I said so, because the game really has AI that auto detecting your behaviours of playing and your connecting devices. Based on my own thinking 🙂 and how I reviewing the login system of HoYoLAB 🙂 that's how the security of hoyoverse want u to be. You can try and login to your hoyoverse account and then go check there. Is real ~

This is example of the page for checking devices connected with your account before. If you found any weird or unknown device connected to your account, then you must quickly suspect there is "hacker" already. Quickly report to ai-Chan to block that device if u feel any suspected "hacker's" device attempt to connect your HoYoVerse account. That's the reason why they allow you (as the owner) to see all these info.

2. Press Windows + R, input regedit.
3. In the opened window, please locate \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3 and delete it.
4. Press Windows + R, and input %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow\miHoYo\ in the opened window. Delete all the files in the Honkai Impact 3/3rd folder.
5. Restart your PC.

Do note that doing this will require you to login again. Linking account is highly recommended.
