i see the issue its mainly that your computer is below the minimum requirements with the RAM (you have 4GB and the minimum is 8GB) and your CPU is below the minimum too. and your graphics drivers are 8 years old by now. you can try updating your graphics drivers (google intel pentium g2020 graphics drivers) if anyone still has ones for that cpu that are more up to date but i cannot guarantee that'll work since it is below the minimum requirements in multiple categories

i gotcha, genshin is a different game though with different minimum requirements (though it has 8GB minimum too) and stuff but the reason its black screen is most likely due to your iGPU just not handling the cg that plays during the download, genshin doesnt do stuff like that. you could in theory let it sit at that screen for a long time to see if it downloads and all that even though its a black screen but the short answer is that your computer has half the minimum ram required and a weaker CPU so other than maybe trying to update your graphic drivers to a newer version if they exist theres not much else you can try

you can do coop stages that you havent activated if the team leader does it but you wont get rewards. on the weeks where there is two choices i've done one and teamed doing the other (edit: its been a long time since i've done this so maybe its changed )

unfortunately once a honkai account is bound to a hoyoverse you cant transfer it to a different hoyoverse account or delete just the honkai account. you can delete the hoyoverse account itself but that'll get rid of all the games connected to it. Now if you cannot access the account at all like it was hacked or you forgot all the logins then customer support can help with that but you cant do it on your own

Sadly you can't do that when you are playing on steam/Huawei store, so that achievement is impossible to get on those ver.
In any other ver. you need a hyv account to play so that is unlock when you start playing

If you haven't tried again then please use an Internet download manager and try the manual download process again (downloading the file with the download manager) with any launcher and if that still isn't working please contact customer support and provide all of the info in the 2nd pin so they can see what the connection issue is

Also let me know how long it takes to download the update file. I'd it's more then 2 hours that's actually probably why, long downloads with a single file like that have a high chance of corrupting so honestly that might be why

but most probably is your ISP giving you a bad routing, so you need to contact them

but for this update the basic install got smaller compared to last ver. (-2gb on mobile), full install is "the same" as 6.8

if doesn't work, go to your honkai folder and on \BH3_Data\Native\ delete the userassembly.dll file, then in the launcher use the repair option

and a recommendation: select on discord the role of the server where you play, so if you need help (like you need a file) we can know what ver. of the game you play

in the meantime i recommend installing honkai on your C: since it doesnt seem to be faulty right now, if you do the basic asset install that should take about 23GB which is a large percentage of your C: but might not be all of your free space.

so today i was downloaded the 6.9 data on my workplace to save my net quota by using wifi there with my phone

this afternoon i patch the 6.9 file into my pc at home by transfering 6.9 data using my phone

but later while pacthing and downloading minimum asset data inside there was a strange indonesian voice while the 6.9 PV while playing on my pc

i find it so strange

then i restart my pc after i downloaded all the data asset but after my pc booting there was a blink of eye CMD appear and when i open my browser some of the websites are asking my username and password

Yeah the verifying is it reading from your hard drive to make sure the download is not corrupted, its closing because it can't read your hard drive all the way because the hard drive is failing

As long as you get the same server then no you won't lose anything. If you installed the sea server for instance then that would start a new account in the sea server and you'd have to get the global (na\EU) server to log into your EU account

So just make sure you're still getting the right server

to see what other logins you've connected it to you can go to account.hoyoverse.com and login with your apple account and then go to account security settings.

to see what games are connected to that hoyoverse account you can go to hoyolab.com and log in with your apple account, then go to the different games battle chronicles (for honkai its called battle chronicles for other games it might be called something else) and then it'll show you the account for that game connected to it and you can use the drop down menu at the top to change the server to see other servers accounts if you have multiple accounts on different servers

no they dont give out the game sound files so cant be done. keep in mind that any upload/extract of the sound files was gotten via datamining and is against ToS and can result in account ban so i wouldnt touch it, your best bet is to record the gameplay with other audio muted and use that

the integrated graphics + discrete graphics should work , but i recommend to uninstall your current display drivers and use directly from your discrete graphics since that configuration (Nvidia Optimus) is for Power saving (usually for Mobile devices)

Been reading some articles too that it's fine to leave the two just plug the cable to the GPU and not in the motherboard though some said turn off the Integrated Graphics in the BIOS and some said it's not needed

Honestly it sounds like a Windows issue if the game isn't even initializing. Like even if it crashes a nano second after initializing you'll still get a output log but I'm not awake enough to know what that might be, maybe unity isn't able to call to windows because defender or other aggressive AV is quarantining it before a file scan or Windows event handler is on vacation
