yeah if you check the first pin theres an ongoing issue with the EU server so if you havent please report it to customer support but the short reason why genshin and HSR work fine is because they're on different servers so your connection is physically going to different places if that makes sense for those games

yes it will. you can change the linked email for your hoyoverse account thereby freeing up the email you want but that would affect both your genshin and HSR account. and your honkai account would still be on that same hoyoverse account so you'd have to make a new hoyoverse account with that email. but theres no option to just restart a games progress or anything

ok yup that means that your downloaded files got corrupted (its usually due to an unstable connection that lost some of the data and its just one file so if any gets lost it'll corrupt the whole thing). I'd recommend trying these steps and if your download is going to take longer than around 2 hours then i'd also recommend trying a download manager like IDM or something that is a lot more reliable on slow/unstable downloads

Ah I see, yeah iOS version doesn't have Google account option like how android doesn't have Apple login. What you can do though is in Safari or Chrome go to account.hoyoverse.com and then log in with your Google account (that website shows all login options)

Once logged in you can go to account security settings and link your Apple account. After doing that you can log into the game with your Apple account (note that the website might also ask you to link an email address if you haven't done that yet)

I gotcha, you won't be able to get the exact login date under lvl 60 iirc. The login emblem in the AI Chan phone doesn't unlock before that but if you created the account accidentally the other day you should be able to get the date pretty close

Plus it would only show the date. I'd recommend guiding the time around return you think it is and location is just your city and country

mhmm, the stuff in the pins is about as official as you can get without it coming from hoyo itself. with that being said though if you do have issues with the launcher and go to official customer support about it they can rightly refuse to help while you're using not their launcher if that makes sense

What does "Rendering Accuracy" do in the game settings?

It mostly increases the sampling rate which in general it's fine to put it wherever you want except don't put it at very high since that's 2.5 sampling which is ludicrous and takes like a 4070 or somewhere around there to stay above 60fps for the more graphic intensive parts like open world maps, etc

But if you do the recommend settings and then leave that setting in particular where it's at is usually fine

so it caused the account to be in a limbo state without the beginner or returnee bonus according to beginner help

for example, one noticeable difference between this account and a new account i made on NA is 3d character model interaction

Ah that one. Yes someone refreshed my memory, 3d model interaction is only available on sea and not on glb

Which also explains why it didn't work when I was testing it on my glb installation

There was no reason given so any answer I could try to give would be a guess. And also tbh even on sea it's only for the older characters, it hasn't been a thing for any new characters in years

yeah, and randomly in certain animation sets

the game will crash in those specific scenarios

Well idk about the other animation sets but the 3d bridge interaction I know what it is. It was a pretty well known thing back in the day they if you touched them a lot it would kick you out of the game to the elevator as a get away kind of thing.

But for the other stuff I'd need to see the output log to take a guess as to why it crashed

hmm you can try again, some people took 4 tries before it got approved. but if you were by any chance putting info from multiple accounts (like for instance your old mihoyo account and a new accidental account) then that wouldnt make them reject it. but yeah you can try again but unfortunately we cant really help with that unless you dont understand what a question is asking since all the answers are only stuff the genuine owner would know. i have some tips like for stuff like when you started the game you could do like remember what version/character was releasing when you started and then put a date close to when that version released. but either way im sorry it got rejected

It doesn't freeze freeze, it's just that one menu that either doesn't register my inputs on keyboard or controller (unless I mash the button for a solid 10 secs I've just found)

Even the rest of the event is still working fine, it's only the Valkyries screen that's bugged

I think there might've been something like a 17mb update when I first logged in today, maybe a hotfix introduced an issue?

Well, I have good news and bad news

The good news is the file verification did find 1 bad file and auto-downloaded it, the bad news is I think it's a bugged file because the problem is still present and 3-4 more file verifications keep finding that 1 bad file

Sadly it doesn't, Steam's verification process just says it'll take care of it

yeah i couldnt remember if it did or not but hmm, it might be steam having issues too with the reacquiring the file, that or you're just the first one to have issues with it in here. if you want/have the internet for it you can try reinstalling the game entirely

Hi, i convinced my friend to play the game recently, and he loves it. Only thing that make the experience not so good is that he cant connect his controller to the game which force him to use the keyboard, which personally, I dont think is a great way to experience the gameplay. Any solutions to this problem?
He uses a nintendo pro controller, and it works for other games so kinda bummed that this one doesnt :(
