does anyone know why my honkai sometimes has these visual bugs? this is the only visual bug i've seen so far but i don't know if other things are also affected
for example in the first photo, you can see some blue/green/red visual artifacts while on the right there isn't (one way i found to remove it temporarily is to alt-tab from and back into the game)

it basically lets you play the iOS version of the game on your mac

with native performance

hello, sea player here, the game can't seem to run smoothly on my laptop yet it's fine on my phone. the loading time is terrible, i have to wait around 2-3 minutes after start-up before i can enter any game mode in the attack tab since the loading icon just keeps on showing up. just now i've taken up around 5-10 minutes just for completing a new gear plan since selecting stigma and weapons don't register because of the loading issue. any fixes for this? been experiencing this issue since around 1-2 patches ago

thats an understandable frustration but steam is very different than the hoyoverse accounts as far as what customer support has the ability to help with. With hoyoverse accounts if you have your UID then they can do pretty much everything as long as you are the genuine account owner

nothing official no, but it seems to be ISP instability thats just affecting large regions in general. I dont think theres anything wrong on the server's side because everytime theres an issue i can log into my alt EU account with no issues (im in the USA so ISP instability for EU regions wouldnt affect me)

Sorry, it turns out that there are no problems on my part, the login data is correct, but then what happened? Hoyoverse support didn't even ask for confirmation that the account was via steam, and verbal confirmations turned out to be enough. After that, they sent it to Steam support, but the servers are not serviced by Steam, but are serviced by Hoyoverse, which means that only Hoyoverse has access to information on nah, and Steam is just a launcher no more

No, steam provide the login server, the "gameplay" ones are the same HYV ones

so just a quick question, did steam already tell you they cant do anything or are you assuming they cant help? because they would have access to your steamID history and stuff like that, Steam sends its login info to hoyoverse servers so steam support would need to get involved. Hoyoverse support probably knew that you were on steam from the description of your problem and since they cant access your steam account data they made a ticket with steam support to help.

Hello everyone!
There is a problem my gf has, she is logged in on honkai on her current phone, but she's going to change phones soon. The thing is, she remembers the password to her honkai account, but not to her mail that account is attached to. Hence, if she tries to log in on another device, she can't complete the two step verification, cause she can't log on her email. If she switches phones, she wouldn't have access to her honkai account.

Any ideas what should we do? Would writing to mihoyo about that help? Could they perhaps change the mail for the honkai account? And if we were to write to them, what are the things we should include in the mail? I've heard that they are demanding for proofs of ownerships of the account, but what exactly are they?

if she doesnt have access to the email anymore, contact cs ( #how-to-contact-cs ) and tell them that is having issues to get the code because of that, giving the UID of the account
after that they will send back a form to fill with info only the owner will know (like date of creation/device used/country...) and then if the info is correct will give the steps to change the email (iirc they do the change now, but i could be wrong)
