Yes, asura raids always are replaced when "blockade" happened, but that event doesn't exist anymore and was replace for other 2 event, the current one is Hot on the Trail the next one I think should be chip space (I don't remember right now), but in the time between those 2, asura raid will show again

for that you can try restarting the game and clicking the red repair icon at the login screen and verifying/repairing game assets but that sometimes doesnt work so you might have to reinstall

well checking for windows update is just good housekeeping, restarting is important to try since its an I/O error

oh and since the IO error is 23 (data redundancy error) when you have some free time please open a command prompt and run chkdsk /r to check your harddrive for bad sectors and attempt to repair it as a precaution

yeah, the internet plan speeds is in megabits per second. when downloading something the download speed is shown in megabytes per second. 8 bits = 1 byte so 80mbps internet speed would mean that the max possible download speed (assuming its using 100% of your plan and nothing else on your pc is using the bandwidth and windows is like sure program you can use 100% of your possible bandwidth) would be 10MB/s

and normally you dont get the full potential cuz theres things like other devices on the same network, other apps/programs using it. windows normally not letting a single thing take the entire bandwidth, isp throttling during peak hours, cable/modem degredation. long story short you'll rarely get the advertised speed if you do a speed test

• for marketing (ISP mostly) is better to use the higher looking number, most people doesn't know the difference, so looks better telling you that you play for 100mbps instead of 12MB/s

using a VPN while downloading helps, its having verification issues (usually) due to connection issues corrupting the files. the 5th pin has a good free one to use if you dont have one (use the usa country for best results). but there are some other reasons that can cause verification errors so if that doesnt fix it you can send a screenshot of it to us.

Download through launcher is the same, but it still goes on even if the download was interrupted. That leads to corrupted file, therefore you'd need to download again. Most often due to slow download speeds.

Yeah it’s the wrong info, but for some reason my Genshin info is correct

is because genshin release with HYV account already, HI3 only got that ~1 year after genshin release so if you didnt link it to the account its not going to show

the problems is that you dont remember the login info of your old account, and you dont know your UID

with those 2 missing its going to be impossible to get it back,
try to remember how did you login before, check in the game the account retrieval option and see if you can see your account with login info you remember
or see if by any chance you have a img or video where you can see your UID, or if you know someone that have you as a friend in game to go and see your UID

the issue, is that you have 2 hyv accounts, one that have your HI3 data, while the other GI-HSR
sadly you cant merge HYV accounts, you can only change login info, but the game account stay on the HYV where it is
but you can still use tools/get rewards, you only need to login to HoYoLab using the HI3 login info

The problem that you have is that the download got corrupted so you have to download it again, what you got in the msg before is the step to do a [manual download](#🔌technical-help message) of the files
If you want you can try to use a custom launcher to install/download ( [check the 1st pin](#🔌technical-help message) 📌 )

But if you connection is not stable enough, is normal to the file to get corrupted

The advantage of 3rd-party launchers is a more flexible customization (custom screen resolution, custom FPS) and repair separate files of the game client instead a full reinstall.

Usually that is a driver problem, I'd make sure your driver's are up to date and if you use an integrated graphics then you'll have to go to your laptops manufacturer site to get the up to date version. If you're using an Nvidia graphics card then the July drivers had some issues for some captains, you might have to do it back to one from earlier this year like in April

If all that fails then try checking for corrupted assets with the red repair icon at the login screen

That yellow spinny circle is usually due to a connection issue, if it's still happening then I'd recommend the stuff in this pin #🔌technical-help message (if you use the VPN just connect to USA it has a good connection)

On a side note the other issues earlier only seemed to be affecting the EU server, no one from NA had it so it's likely a normal connection issue problem

could be many causes, but the most common is losing connection (even for a short time) in the middle of a download

Account sharing is against TOS and can potentially result in the account being banned, please don't bring it up again. For that error that usually means there's too many login attempts on that network and to try again later. I'd say normal to contact CS but they won't help you since you're not the account owner so just wait and try again later
