if i remember there is folder called StreamingAssets but if you delete the video it will ask you to re-download the video again

basic assets ~21gb on pc... (~19 is for mobile) although put like +2-4gb (iirc) that you need to enter most of the weekly/event stages
you have to download cg for some story (mostly the newer ones like the OW ones where you cant replay missions, and remember that the cg will be lock on the "gallery" if you skip them)
and yeah you need to do a fresh install to lower the size

Ive heard that re-installing honkai can free up some space.
Asking just cuz my honkai on adroid take almost 27gb while other friends have kike 19-23gb

Downloaded the game january last year and kept since

you have around a full asset install, if you reinstalled it would be around 19GB with the minimal asset download but it'll get bigger as you download more stage resources and stuff

sadly not, honkai isnt designed to work on SD cards and the main reason for that is that in testing due to the random read speed of SD cards loading time for stages, especially open world stuff is measured in minutes so its not been implemented yet and probably never will

yeah mostly cg's if you have an SD option (only really shows up on lower end devices iirc) it'll be a lower resolution option for all cg's so your phone doesnt crash on them hopefully

well this is not really about hi3 but rather a star rail issue but idk where else to ask. So basically i just installed star rail and been waiting for it to finish downloading the game resources. And what ive noticed is that every single time i finishes the download, it then goes to the next phases and after it finishes the verifying process, it just redownloads the whole thing again, from scratch. Its been going like this for 5 times and i dont wanna waste anymore time cuz it takes me 30 minutes on average to download it i need help

but after chapter 11 it will be struggle to run the game (newer chapter and open world game mode will mostlikely will be below 30fps at 1366x768 resolution)

Because you're entire issue here is that you've just forgotten what hoyoverse account your honkai is on. That's it. You have just forgotten what to use to log in with

So once customer support tells you what the login is, you just login with it and you'll be in your main account.

Every issue has to start sometime... Like it works until it doesn't but it's not adding the games to the windows app list, not letting you uninstall some games, doesn't even register other games as installed. That very much sounds like an issue with the epic launcher but either way manually running the uninstall.exe will remove the game from your computer

#2 they dont do this a bunch of times per account. just once per account.
#3 it can take up to a week to process once you fill it out.
#4 dont try to log in until this is done.

You can't unlink the game account from it's hoyoverse but for hoyolab you can just log out and log back in with the right email address to see your honkai account

I'd double check that your on the right server, try manually typing your email and password (don't copy paste\auto fill), try forgot password. If it's still not working what's the error message and when was the last time you logged in?

then yeah you can try contacting customer support but most likely it just didnt save your progress before you quit and reinstalled, any stamina used and stuff should not be used so you should be able to redo it all. #how-to-contact-cs

you can but if its showing your old account on your phone then just continue with the account retreival. when it gets to the hoyoverse login just do register now and register the email you want to make a new hoyoverse account to link it to. if it says link success at the end then go ahead and login like that. if it says link failed then send a screenshot of the error message

Yes, I was trying not to lose all the stuff I did on HI3, because all of that is linked to my Twitter. And when I tried to link on "account and Password" it said "Email already exists." And I couldn't move forward.

then you will first need to remove the email thats being used for whatever hoyoverse account its on. assuming you already have the extra throwaway email account you'll need to first log into account.hoyoverse.com with the email address that you want to use and do modify link to change it to the dummy one

if you've already done that then log into account.hoyoverse.com with your twitter and see if it has link email or something like that in account security settings

from ago 2021 - jun 2022 is a 50/50 chance that is from the old login or the new one
from jun 2022 onwards is just HYV account (new system)

and if you ask for a deletion from your hyv account cancel it if you have data from other games like genshin - tears - etc and dont want to lose it

it should work fine, but keep in mind that gmail login and google login are two seperate things entirely. if you want to link your google account you'll need to go in the game but otherwise you can keep using gmail to log in

Hi so my problem is that when I enter in game I cannot enter stages for example Mirage or Memorial Arena or even Story Chapters as I am just met with the loading symbol, and then it disappears but doesn't let me enter the stage.

It could be my bad internet but I just want to make sure if there is no known bug right now to cause that. After all I can play every other game except HI3 right now just fine. Also, I already tried repair, reinstall, PC restart, and internet reset.
