No, predownload only works on the official launcher, and you download the base game again for every update really, so like 10gb approx

some users for example accidentally create a hyv account using their gmail, when they in game create the account using Google account option (same company, different services)

The account retrieval option in-game is only for old users to link their miHoYo account to HYV

If you lose access by any reasons (not getting 2FA code, email delete/lost ,hacked account,etc.)you need to contact CS #how-to-contact-cs

That is the only way, and of course you need to fill a form to show that you are the owner, you can try again if is rejected many times as you want but they will not tell you what is causing the rejection

Did you check what energy plans are enable for the PC when is charging?
The option you selected it's just going to change only for the state where you PC was (probably you change the setting when it was running on battery).
And on the power plans, in their advance settings you can have options for when it's charging or not, like limiting cpu power for example

hey i recently started playing again and i noticed the in game cutscenes are really low quality. at chapter 13 and i can sometimes barely see what's going on. i have hd assests downloaded and it seems to only be a problem with older cutscenes. is this just how the game is? this is on pc btw

update files are automatically put in the right folder that they need to be in. if you're talking about the delta patch feature then theres separate instructions for that although its not ready yet

those cant be changed actually. they're at a fixed quality and the older ones are the worst but they're all at a fixed resolution and cant be changed regardless of settings, etc. its honestly set for phone resolutions so on the larger pc screens its really noticeable but thats just how it is. It gets better with the newer ones though

it all very much depends on your device hardware and what part of the game you're playing as newer stuff is more graphically demanding than the older stuff. I'd guess just start with low or mid level of the preset that works (should be like the second one) and then gradually turn it up more. I'd use apho2 as a good testing area or new astra open map if you've done that

it takes as much as the regular update. its downloading the exact same thing as if you waited, just early so you have time to download + less strain on the servers on patch day.

hello, i tried moving honkai from my D disk to my C disk and kinda cancelled the process mid way, now some of the files are in the C disk while the others are in the D disk so i just cut all the files that were in my C disk in paste it back in my D disk but now the files arent in their proper folder and the game wont run, (not too much files were transferred only about 3% of it was moved) so some help would be nice!

hmm, if your files are all messed up like that and if you havent closed the folder window yet you can try hitting ctrl+Z to undo the cut/paste from your C to your D drive

otherwise i'd recommend reinstalling for a clean installation if possible, or just moving the whole thing over and repairing in teh launcher settings

well checking for updates is it just kind of verifying your files. its not actually downloading anything as far as i know.

to be perfectly honest if your internet is fine with it I recommend just completely uninstalling the game and reinstalling it for a clean install.

tbh you dont have to uninstall first, can leave your installation on your D drive and try just installing on C:. you can do multiple installations. but first go to the 3rd pin and use the VPN there or some of the other suggestions to get the get game thing to work with the launcher

and after thats done, just move your games folder and nothing else to your C drive somewhere and then update the launcher location, that way you dont have to reinstall anything.

assuming all the folders are right and stuff

and actually, you can test if the folders are right with your games folder by manually opening bh3.exe in your games folder

if the game runs then all is good, if it doesnt run then yeah your copy/paste got messed up

5.Go to Display Adapter and Click the Intel UHD Graphics

VPN fixes 95% of connection issues, your speed isnt the issue, the issue is that your ISP is routing you through an unstable route to honkai servers

and VPN puts you on a different route

the free VPN in the pin is the best free one so it shouldn't affect your speed much

Yep, it's Collapse issue.
But the issue wasn't with the Collapse launcher itself.
2-3 weeks ago while 6.4 is still going, miHoYo dropped a minor update to the block files. Meaning that the block files aren't the same one as the origin one
