The last stages/valk are more demanding so even if you have a good device if you limit your cpu/gpu power (what most phone battery saver do) the performance is going to be bad

If you only play the game then don't worry, in the game everything is from hyv so you can't get DMCA... unless you put yourself licenced music as background (autobot- DMCA/mute).
the only thing that can make you get a "ban" is using the wrong game/tags too often, if you are playing honkai you have to select the game on the stream option for example, and in tags for example you can't put for example vtuber if you are not one (the tag one is mostly reported by users)

Well you can't get the CN client easily, you have to make a cn account which requires a CN ID to make and stuff. I think the reason the first chapters cgs aren't included is because they're not with the rest of them in the files. I study couldn't find where they're stored at

ok so honkai is being very annoying and wont let me test things to see which file exactly controls that but im 99% sure its the Honkai Impact 3rd glb\Games\BH3_Data\StreamingAssets\Audio\GeneratedSoundBanks\Windows\AUDIO_BGM_Default.pck which unfortunately is the biggest one, about a 1gb download since it has ALL bgm audio in it. but its still better than reinstalling teh whole game so i'd make sure you're connected to the VPN, use the netherlands node to connect to and then delete that 1 file and then reopen the game. it'll redownload it and hopefully since you're on the VPN it'll do it correctly this time, the VPN usually fixes most unstable download issues so it should work for any future issues too

thats one of the reasons they went with .usm files. for ages pc players .srt files were broke and a lot of cg's just didnt have any subtitles at all and so they went with .usm files in part because the subtiles and audio and all that is baked right into the video so that longstanding issue just disappeared overnight

I've personally had like over 200 people tell me they helped them when i directed them to the customer support for account recovery. simply put they're denying your request because your information is not correct enough. all they're doing is matching what you tell them with your account history/data and if its not close enough they cant officially say as a company that you're the genuine owner of the account.

heres some tips after helping literal hundreds with that form.

payments: send screenshots of all of them, or at least a dozen if you're a big spender.
account creation date: most people have no idea but look for account registration emails, if started on mobile/google play then look up your app installation history in that, try to remember the first event/version/valk released when you started and look up the pv trailer date on their youtube. but its still very important to be as accurate as possible with it.
account creation location: dont just put country, like dont put put usa, put like chicago illanois USA. address is even better.
pc specs: what they're looking for is your computers model if a prebuilt laptop but if its a custom build then your motherboard model

but try to be as accurate as possible because they're simply comparing what you tell them with whats showing on the account and its not close enough to officially say you're the owner and give you teh account

1. Hoyoverse accounts are dramatically more secure, they have 2fa, they can link to twitch, hoyolab, etc for web events. It's also one account for all your hoyoverse games.

2. Honkai was the only game in hoyoverses roster that wasn't on hoyoverse accounts and captains had been asking then to migrate honkai to the new account system for over a year before they did. They also had a 6 month long linking event before forcing the change over.

There's a few others but basically you just need to stop trying to guess your old username and stuff and just email customer support like I've said twice now and just ask them to help you and they will help you get your account back. It's pretty clear that you've forgotten if you've linked it, or even what your old login info was so let them look it up for you and tell you (even if we take the hoyoverse account thing out of the equation you're still not using the right username\email or whatever so you still would have been stuck)

Windows just says that wherever something tries to access a memory address in the RAM that is not allowed to since the CPU gives every program a range of memory address in RAM for programs to use.

If the dll was bugging out and tried to access 0000000 instead of idk, 143378ab then windows would be like "nuh uh" and spit out an access violation error and kill the process (or just denies it, I forget but even if it denies it then programs don't really know what to do when they are denied something like that lol)

Do that to find your UID in the registry editor and then pull up the customer support form\email behind the registry editor and screenshot the whole thing so that you can see both your UID in the registry and the email that you're replying to (even better if your reply is half written already). Put that screenshot in there and also explain in your essay in case the cs person is new that this is photographic evidence that you have logged into your account in the past on this same computer you're emailing them with so it's clearly your account

That evidence cannot be faked unless it's photoshopped by someone who knows all the registry keys a honkai registry folder would have and they know your UID and stuff so basically it's not easily faked or anything. It's pretty decent evidence

hey so i've been deep diving and i did find a different tool to convert the .usm files to a usable .mp4 file with audio and video but its not grabbing the subtitles which is the big thing so i'll update you if i can figure that out. and i did actually stumble across the iconic opening cg. its apparently just called start.usm

no. its actually impossible to delete a game account. the only way to "do" that is to delete the linked hoyoverse account but once you start that it takes 30 days before it actually does it but the game account still exists, just unlinked to a hoyoverse account. but it also takes 30 days lol so yeah be patient and due to logging into the game on a new device they cant consume any equipment for a week

i guess teh worst thing they could do is do 10 pulls or something but if that happens you can ask cs to do something about it

i gotcha, the valk selection screen is no holds barred max textures, the battle is very optimized for peformance and so you dont notice the low res from how small the characters are, i think this dialogue is the middle ground between the two. you can always play around with some of the settings to see if it helps. rendering accuracy will make the most difference iirc as well as anti aliasing

its possible, thats the customer support route. dont touch the beginner honkai account except to maybe log in and get its UID but email customer support and ask them to unlink the beginner honkai account so that you can link your old one to the same hoyoverse as your genshin and then give them the UID of your old honkai account, your accident one, your genshin UID and your hoyoverse ID (found by going to account.hoyoverse.com)

but mostly i think is people trying to get things to boost their FPS, get free gatcha money. usually its tied to genshin somehow. you share on facebook that you just played for 300 days or something and then if its a public facing post they'll be able to see that and can possibly get your email address and try a few things to get access to it and then from there its as simple as doing forgot password, deleting the verification code email before you notice it and then changing the email login to your hoyoverse account

honestly with how many things use your email. i very strongly recommend changing its password every 30 days or so

and also settings up 2FA with your email

yeah I already did and that fixes the problem, but I wouldn't like to reinstall around 30 gbs every update

can you try this real quick? go to Games\BH3_Data\StreamingAssets\Audio\GeneratedSoundBanks\Windows and put this file in there (overwrite the current one)
