You can change the linked email by going to account.hoyoverse.com and going to the account security settings

That's a connection issue, the 3rd pin has stuff to fix it. If you're internet is fine then that just means the issue isn't at your house

Nice! And we'll you have decent internet then, there's some people that it takes 20+ hours to install lol. But yeah it was either a file got corrupted or the game glitched it, you had already done the stuff to fix the latter so it was the former but I'm glad you can play again!

i need some help, basically i started playing the game on pc, and wanted to play it on my phone, but when i try to login to my acc, its like my progress isnt there
is there a way to see exactly what email is linked? i might just be using the wrong one
hmm, first double check that you're logging into the right server but other than guessing some different emails the only way to look it up is if you know your UID you can email customer support and give them your UID and tell them that you dont remember what hoyoverse account its on and they'll tell you #how-to-contact-cs

if you have access to the game on PC you can go to your profile / account / user center and there you can see part of your account info like username-email-phone (censored for security reasons)

the only option is to start a new account on hyv
again you got 2 options, either do remote play or just install epic/official one so you can use your hoyoverse account
the good thing on hyv account is that you can use the same account bewteen HYV games and that you can crossplay in various platforms
oh then tbh it will save you a lot of headache if you start over with either on mobile or the official pc client which supports cross play
with the steam only version, you dont have a hoyoverse account so cant do like twitch drops, stuff like that so if its not too much trouble i'd recommend starting over on mobile or official pc client so you can do all the things and play on phone/pc (whichever you want) in the future

also if you play genshin, just use the same login info to log into honkai. it'll make a new honkai account and link it to the same hoyoverse account

if you use the same email to ask for unbind forms, you are not going to get the one for the accidental one
because they only do 1 request at a time... any other email is not received if is not part of the current email thread

in my case never had that problem on my internet and i play in my main glb account from the release (just 1 year i wasn't able to play), but some users have problems because of their isp routing causing problems with the cache download (like luna said there are some fixes on the pins)

So I just noticed that I haven't been playing in windows exclusive mode so my inputs were slightly delayed. Figured out how to get it to go through exclusive mode, but I feel like now the image sort of waves every once in a while. There any way to get no delay + no picture?

there is one way and thats ask them to unlink the one in your "current" one and the rerolled can be linked instead but usually they turn it down especially if you are neither the true owner (the one who made it) or its a reroll that you do specifically for this shit

oh yeah thats different, i thought you were talking about windows exclusive mode which is a different thing entirely but from what i recall the game is by default in exclusive fullscreen mode since it is either windowed or fullscreen. it should be exclusive fullscreen since fullscreen is either exclusive fullscreen or borderless fullscreen and since borderless fullscreen mode isnt possible it has to be in exclusive fullscreen, thats also why it has to minimize when you click on a different monitor.
by default genshin is in fullscreen borderless mode which makes your GPU still work on things in the background so you do get better performance by forcing it in fullscreen exclusive since the GPU is only working on genshin and nothing else. probably trying to force honkai into the mode that its already in is whats confusing your graphics card/might be fighting with windows and hence the graphical issue. for doing less input delay it depends on what you're using to play. keyboard would have least delay, wired controller the same and bluetooth controller would have lag due to bluetooth. if you're using a bluetooth controller i'd recommend trying wired

i believe you, but theres no way for them to verify that you havent streamed, either way they dont accept video evidence of you playing the game as perfect proof. you can try it but from last i heard they dont accept it. and no, if htye never purchased anything then theyd just say they didnt. all customer service is doing is comparing things that only the account creator would know with the details in the account. so if there wasnt purchase history then if the account owner said they didnt purchase anythign then it would match

From mid 2022 you need a hyv account to access the game, if you were able to play after that you account already use the new login system (works with hyv games and hoyolab)
so your honkai account has always been linked to hoyoverse/hoyolab. it was required as of july last year. so i think you might have been using the wrong account

hoyolab and hoyoverse accounts are the same thing, were you able to log in before today/linking to hoyolab?
then how exactly did you link it to hoyolab, are you talking about logging into hoyolab and like setting up the profile for it? cuz thats different. but either way once you sign in with the right account it'll be back in your old account. can always ask customer support what account its on if you give them your UID

oh, thats just coincidence. your in game nickname is not your honkai username. if you set the username in hoyolab account management as the same as your in game nickname then that was just coincidence

no, you cant unlink anyways. only customer support can and they would need at the least your UID to even start that process
then in your case you could either just start over, only lose 2 days of progress but thats that. or you can check any email you have for a hoyoverse registration email (not the one you were trying earlier) and see if you set your honkai to anything like that. can also try google play login instead of email

I think you just are login incorrectly, if on the user center you didn't have a username set it's because you use a third party to register (like Google account/Facebook/apple/etc.)

so you're either logging into the wrong server or the wrong acocunt. its actually impossible to have 2 honkai accounts per server, you can have 1 na/eu/sea account per hoyoverse account but not 2

please double check that you're in the right server (in your case there will not be a server selection in the top right of the login page) and also make sure that you're using the right account

yup, max preset is doable with a decent card, like a 1080 or better can do ok with it on a 1k resolution but not 2k resolution. but the only setting it doesnt turn all the way is the rendering accuracy. turn that from high (max preset) to very high and all of a sudden you need a 3080 or better to get reliable 60fps or better cuz it is veeeery unoptimized

@odd wedge for whenever you see this, i did some testing and the google play pc version does not automatically overwrite the default pc install location (if you dont change the install location from the first launcher install screen where you click advanced and change the folder path then yeah it would probably overwrite it) and it does make you authorize it with your google account first (before you can try to login it'll make you click a yellow authorize button which redirects to a browser window) and then it grabs your stored login info from the registry like normal and then when you top up it redirects to a google play browser window to pay for it. same price as pc version (at least here in america)

Yeah it should be showing more than that. You can try restarting your device and or clearing your app cache, this will log you out and make you type your login info again so make sure you know how to log in.

If it's not too much trouble I know reinstalling the game will fix that, if you can do that make sure you use the uninstall if on PC to properly uninstall it first.
If you don't wanna reinstall the you can try running the red repair tool at the bottom left of the login screen to try and fix it.

yeah thats it and no, impossible to delete account. you have two options.
1: can get you into the game in like less than 10 minutes.... create a new hoyoverse account (make a new email or something) and link your old honkai to that and then write down somewhere what hoyoverse account you made so in case if you have to manually log in again in the future you will know which account to use.
2: will take about 2-4 days but will let you use the hoyoverse you were trying to link to before... email customer support and give them the UID shown in that screenshot you just sent me and explain that you are returning and accidentally made a new account and ask them to unlink it. you'll probably get a form to fill out to prove you're the genuine owner of the account and stuff.

ive been getting erroe 10033 on the loading screen and can't for the love of god get past it no matter if i reinstall, check my internet, reset the modem , check files etc.
i saw that deleting and re downloading the cache for the game might help but all the links i found were broken

though clearing the cache will very likely not work, 1003x errors (including 10033) are 100% connection issues. I know your internet is fine but that just means that the issue isnt with your internet. When you connect to honkai your connection goes through about 20 ish different data centers and probably half a dozen companies. one of those things in the middle is whats causing the issue and the 3rd pin has things to try to fix (more accurately, go around) that. since you've already restarted your modem i recommend the VPN solution. link to the 3rd pin is here: #štechnical-help message

Hello, does anyone have a link to download all game data manually on pc. yesterday I did a manual update, but it seems I chose the wrong server so after the update was complete I moved from the SEA server to Global. Or does anyone have another way to fix this apart from downloading from scratch?
for the least amount downloaded i'd recommend the community made collapse launcher. its the only launcher (official or community made) that can convert your existing GLB client to SEA https://github.com/neon-nyan/Collapse
if your glb client was installed in the default location it should auto pick it up to use and then theres an option in the settings i believe to convert it

unfortunately no, the way steam works is it uses your steamID to log in and stuff, it cant link to a hoyoverse account

np but i wouldnt hold your breath for them to fix it. steams tricky like that. any steam game that uses a 3rd party account system (a lot of mmo's for instance) just have the game launcher as the download and then essentially you're updating and doing stuff through the regular launcher if that makes sense. but otherwise steam forces the steamID to make an account and they dont have the ability to transfer accounts from one to another like that
I was able to link my accounts when I played Paladins and such with Steam way back. It's definitely possible, but I think it's more Mihoyo would need to let you link from their website via steam login like Paladins did.

change the graphics render to directx and at a minimum set it to 4 cpu cores and 6GB of ram though that doesnt look like it supports that so at least 4GB, the max... are you using bluestacks 4?

cuz bluestacks 5 lets you set it to more cores and more ram allowance, both of those settings are below the minimum requirements for the game which is why its lagging (the cpu core count and the ram allowance)
Last time I updated nothing was working properly
for instance, 5 lets you custom set to as many cores as your cpu has and as much ram as you have so if you cant custom set it any higher than 4GB of ram and 2core cpu then id update.
well try seeing if you can custom set the cpu to higher than 2 cores and max out that ram slider bar and change the render to directx
that might improve it a little but if its still laggy then you need to update to 5. im currently using 5 right this second and havent had issues so it might have been a buggy launch but it seems to be fine now for most people according to google

okie! but yeah your cpu, ram and integrated gpu (its part of your cpu) should be able to handle the game at the settings i think you have. if the driver update doesnt fix the bluescreening then turn your graphics down to performance preset (its like hd, performance, qulity and max iirc) basically the second from the bottom and that will almost guaranteed fix it. i guess if that still doesnt fix it then reinstall the game as its catastrophically failing but you should hopefully be fine with the driver update

and then it should add it to the list, click options and if there is more than one option select the high performance one (it should be the intel UHD 630)
that might fix it right there, but its still a good idea to update your drivers since they're old

as an example, my amd rx 5700xt with 8GB of vram hits about 70% usage on quality preset in apho2 or other new open world stuff so thats about 6gb right there which is the max that your card has
(im on quality preset)
so performance should hopefully fix it

yeah, sorry it'll be a bit of an adjustment, but yeah pretty much every update they add new shaders/graphics/bigger textures and stuff so the requirements goes up. idk about genshin but hopefully it'll stop bluescreening for a long while with that preset
yeah it seems to stop it for now and laptop doesn't seem to overheat as much.
I assume I only should let that preset if I do open world stuff then I can return back the normal settings if I do anything else? or should I just let it be like this?
umm you can change it back and forth if you want, its up to you. if it starts to bluescreen on older stuff then keep it at performance for good though

Hello, does anybody have any experience with the MuMu emulators? Im interested in the Hide UI feature but nowadays it doesn't seem to work.
Tried both the global versions of the emulator. Also tried the chinese version which used to work for me in the past.

Yeah it hid all the health bars and other buttons on the screen.

thats an in game setting, ai chan phone > settings > assist
theres option to hide the joystick and show button map and stuff
though there isnt a setting for the healthbar, i didnt think mumu had access to modify that. i'll look around

This used to work for me in the past too but now when i tried it didn't.
oh well it does say in the video that that only worked in the cn server. and honestly i wouldnt recommend trying it if you havent yet. something like hiding the UI would be messing with the game itself which could flag the account as a TOS violation and get a ban since its using a 3rd party app to modify the game
plus that video is 3 years old, the game has changed radically since then so im not sure if it would even work anymore

I tried it like a year ago and it still worked then.
Even on chinese emulator you can download regular google play and sign to EU servers. Back then it worked like that too.
And i mean now they have global english versions of this emulator too which also contain the hide ui feature
well the emulator will just run whatever .apk you install on it, if you install the global client it would run the global version of the game. but either way i wouldnt recommend trying it since that does in fact modify the game and can get a ban for it. its different than on screen keymappers which are essentially just pressing the screen at a certain spot but dont mess with the game itself
i mean if there is a way officially to do it you can always email customer support and ask them. just say like you want to make guide videos and want to hide the hud entirely for clean footage #how-to-contact-cs

Hello, recently every time I try to open the game with cellular data, it will stop loading at checking for settings updates and remain like that, both sound and animation are working, so it's only the loading that is bugging, any idea about how to fix?

You're really obsessed with this aren't you? But like I already explained the just time you asked about this stuff the density of the material in between your computer and the router affects it. More dense means more decrease in signal. So wood is more dense than air but less dense than concrete

in between the games minimum requirements being 8GB and your cpu reserving like 30% of what you do have for vram to do the game graphics you ran out of ram and it crashed
Is there a reason the game absolutely guts itself when the rendering accuracy is set to anything higher than medium even though it can clearly work at high?
I have been playing the game on high since i started and since early last year it started spiking my GPU to 100% sometimes when starting the game, before it always stayed at 25-40%, sometimes it's a mixed bag where it runs well until you check a weapon like in this clip, then it spikes to 100% and stays there for no reason.
Putting it below high also makes it look blurry...
yes, the rendering accuracy is the setting that single handedly makes the most dramatic difference in performance. idk what gpu you have and what resolution you have but it essentially doubles the graphical load per level its increased. as for why its spiking when you are viewing things like the weapon. its due to the this screen not lowing any of the graphical quality due to how close you can see it. during combat a lot of texture sizes are lowered for performance since you're father away from the character but at this screen there as high as you've set it to.
also as a note. pretty much every update the game gets a little more graphically intensive. devices that were barely above the minmimum needed to even run the game a year ago flat out cant launch the game without it crashing now
I have a 2070 super and it's running at 4k
For me
that 4k is whats killing it then at those settings. the textures are huge at high or better. for instance setting rendering accuracy to very high guarantees that anything below a 3090 will lag on a 2k or lower resolution.
for 4k you need to have it set to medium since your poor graphics card is taking the already large textures and blowing htem up to a very high resolution. if you put your game in windowed mode at a lower resolution that will let you run the rendering accuracy at high. something like a 2k your card should be able to handle it fine
if you want to stay at 4k you'll ahve to live with medium
I'd agree, but while you're right about games getting more intensive when they get updated, this issue is too inconsistent

but i do know that the valk screen and weapon screen are not optimized at all because you're supposed to see it close up in full detail so you'll see it at the max possible that your card/settings can do
oh and also double check your drivers, if your graphics driver is outdated that could cause stuff like this too
but tbh you're the first person to report it being that inconsistent in here
tbh I should check my usage as well but its like running fine for me except when its bosses like hod or something who are just responsible for memleak , a usual restart does fine if my frames dip as well 
My graphic driver is up to date, i didn't know why i had this issue either but from what i am seeing in logs people are playing on high since very high is the bottleneck,

How are you supposed to zoom in closely then? From the most i can zoom it runs and looks fine atm atleast. It looks detailed but that could be the 4k and AA talking but like i said medium looks blurry beyond belief so idk. Going very high just breaks the game from the login. But if the game is running better because the valk/wep screen isn't optimised even after a restart but still looks very good it just raises more questions. But i'll see about checking with CS.
Also is there a way to make the windowed resolution fullscreen?
sorry, when i said close up in full detail. i meant that the weapon selection screen has a higher zoom of the weapon than anywhere else in the game and for the valk's you can view them with the magnifying glass and zoom in pretty far.
you mean windowed borderless? no its not possible but that would just put more of a strain on your gpu than regular fullscreen if you did windowed 4k

I see, i can't record in 4k because the size of the files are too big, but being that close doesn't make GPU go up either atm, i'll just sum it up to shenanigans tbh
Biggest reason i wanted to ask is that, how it's completely fine usually and sometimes it goes haywire before i even log in and how it became a little more frequent, see if there was more insight.
but to sum up, spikes in usage are common in this game. some parts were made like 4 years ago and are easily runnable but the newer stuff is dramatically more intensive so in general, spikes are not uncommon. i do know that at the newer stuff like apho2 and stuff on a 4k resolution that you will have very high usage on your card just due to the texture size being put on that high of a resolution with your settings but it definitely shouldnt be that inconsistant when viewing the same exact thing (the weapons for instance) so thats what i'd pick customer supports brains about specifically.
you could always try rolling back your graphics driver to one in january since a recent update might be causing this too. but no ones reported anything like that (but then again there arent a ton of 4k 2070 super users.

But you could try codashop if you haven't. It's official partner with hoyo, only works on sea server though so you should be fine to try it
