click download and assuming the download is in the right folder and you deleted the tmp file it'll just start unzipping instead of redownloading

yeah if you want to clean your installation up a bit then move both of those things from your this screenshot to the Honkai Impact 3 SEA folder a couple of folders up. then delete the HI3SEA folder and then in your launcher settings set it to the same folder that your bh3.exe file is at.

Hello today i started the game and i have few questions

When i open the events tab it's not loading

Only a blank screen is appearing?

but in case it dont work i'll walk you through manually updating it so you dont have to wait on the launcher to do it.

1. Close launcher
2. Open folder \Honkai Impact 3######\Games (by default its on C:\program files\Honkai impact 3rd glb\games)
3. Delete /BH3_v6.3.0_XXXXXXXXXXXX.7z_tmp file (if present)
4. Download through link below and place in the folder

right click the .7z file and click extract here, dont put it in its own folder but just extract here. and let it overwrite any files that it asks to (it should overwrite several files so if it doesnt do that then you probably accidentally let it extract to its own folder.)

5. open launcher and it should update without unzipping files.

hmm well you can test real fast if its a connection issue by just connecting to a VPN before you launch the game. but it didnt sound like a connection issue since its "always been like this"

thanks, so those are corrupted files. go ahead and delete the ones in the error message and the game will redownload them. this error message only shows a few though so if there is lets say 15 corrupted files you might get this message a few times until its redownloaded all the corrupt ones

even if you can change the VRAM in Dedicated graphics card with Soldering new VRAM Chip , you will need to Modify the VBIOS of the card
Only for Nvidia Kepler or Lower and AMD GCN 3.0 or Lower is possible , but Modifying requires to edit the Hex files to accept the VRAM that you just install it in the Dedicated graphics card

most likely is a corrupted download, you can try one of this:
-(only PC) Delete the 7z + temp file in ...\Honkai Impact 3## ###\Games\ and start again the download
-(only PC) Download the files via mirror (2º | 3º pin 📌 )
-Restart Router

yeah no driver issues there either. i guess then that theres some broken game files, you can click the red repair icon at the elevator login screen to check for broken assets and then restart your computer again. if its still happening and it ran perfectly fine before the update then you might just need to reinsatll the game

yes and no. they can unlink the honkai account but they cannot delete it.

if you just want to use the email but dont care about the hoyoverse account itself and any games on it you can just change the email yourself of that old hoyoverse account to some junk email which would free up the email address to be used for a different hoyoverse account.

but if you want to keep the hoyoverse account itself then hopefully customer support can help

a "complete in-game purchase" in steam sometimes can have a delay for the funds to show in game or to show in your wallet again... most of the time for F2P because there is a 3rd party involved (not always)
next time if you have problems, in the same purchase history of steam you can press the name of the purchase to view details and in there you can ask for help if you don't get the item to steam

Hello, I am playing in a PC Client and earlier when I was doing Story Quest, my internet went out and came back for a few seconds but the game was still stuck in loading then I forced quit the game. However, upon restarting the game it did not let me open the game and I was stuck in an error loop so I decided to reinstall it. genshin and honkai servers are not in the same spot but they're close enough that its not impossible to have the same issue cause it for both.

but for why its happening i assume you play on the SEA server and the honkai SEA servers use international internet traffic to connect to them which means your connection is going through a dozen or so different ISPs/companies and countries before getting to honkai servers and somewhere along the way theres one that likes to throttle their connections or is struggling becuase its a bottleneck and drops connections frequently which doesnt really work well with updating via large single files or checking into the server for updates

the reason using a different wifi or a VPN can fix it is because the other wifi might route your connection differently and using a VPN makes your connection begin its journey from a totally different spot so it'll make a different route and let it connect properly

like its pretty rare, and most things on teh internet are websites where all it has to do is get like a small amount of data at once to your computer then its done which is very different from connection to an always connected game server, etc so even if ou have a similar connection issue to lets say your email, it'll just take like 10 more seconds to load then normal

When I had one years ago for some reason have a mode for using the Joystick as a dpad that you activate via buttons combination and in heavy action games most of the time I ended up activating that in the middle of the gameplay

In such case, they usually already have access to your email.

but they tweaked it from just leveling up to get rewards to completing things in teh guide which works as a longer tutorial to the game while also giving more rewards than before for playing the game

but as a side note, the fact genshin runs fine doesnt really mean anything. they're different games and stuff.

but the computers might have memory virtualization turned on, and when someone played on 6.1 it might have been turned off and a windows update turned it back on. also can check memory isolation (its the same thing just different names) if its on then it needs to be off

if it comes down to it you can also contact customer support #how-to-contact-cs but generally speaking this error is due to memory virtualization being turned on or a virtual machine software running in the background or something
