Assuming the item is still active or on-going since it says 26 days and a few hours left until it expires. I've read the pinned message about it, and I still don't quite understand it. For the "province/state/city/district" boxes, it's still kind of confusing for me [even reading it again becomes more confusing]. Do I still fill it in, or can it be left out and what type of local information/supplement does it require? And, does it need to be filled in based on country, for this instance, I live in the United Kingdom, does the form need the information for "province/state/city/district"? Also, I haven't filled the information out yet, or submitted yet. I tried but I get stuck when it asks for "province/state/city/district" and I've been hesitating to ask for help because researching it is another way, but most of the time, not reliable because the results aren't clear enough or don't have any relevance to the search. ||Also, there is the part where it may have already ended, and it would be kind of embarrassing to ask about the topic if that happens.|| Not sure if this is the right place to ask about this topic. Idk what you mean by guaranteed item but yes it's legit you'll get it in the mail lol. But they had to phrase it like city\district or province\state because this is a general form for literally any place in the world and not everywhere calls it cities, in America it's cities and states but in Canada it's cities and provinces etc. For the UK it's "provinces" or "states" is it's country. So an example for UK address this form would be 123 street address, city you live in, postal code, country, UK (like Scotland or Wales, or England, etc)

The county inside the UK is important for international shipping.

But yes it's required that's why it has a red asterisk. You still have until Dec 29th to fill out out

but in the UK its called cities so put what city you live in

I know internal mail in the UK sometimes leaves that out but internationally or in lots of places in the UK the city is required

as of 5.8 there arent any subtitle files anymore. the cg file formats now are .usm which that file type has the subtitles baked right into the video. Thats why there isnt that subtitle issue anymore where a lot of cg's wouldnt have subtitles show up at all

so tbh the new chapter openworld is very graphics intensive compared to the rest of the game, even higher than APHO2 and bluestacks has always had performance issues with honkai. is your bluestacks cpu allocation, memory allocation set to high and performance mode set to high performance? and is the gpu and ASTC textures turned off and set to performance not compatability in the graphics settings?

but even with it all being high and plenty of cpu to compensate for the lack of GPU im still not entirely sure bluestacks runs the game well enough to do the new story open world. have you tried a higher performance emulator like memu or something like that?

because the base game, early chapters and stuff like memorial arena were all built a while ago and run fine even on devices that dont meet the MINIMUM requirements for the game. but the Elysian Realm, APHO 2 and the new open world story chapters are VERY graphic intensive compared to the rest of the game and will run less smooth/lag/not work

But either way the settings I mentioned will make BlueStacks work as well as it can with honkai. If it still is stuck with a black screen or is freezing or not loading that only really happens when the device isn't capable of rendering the game

I mean i saw it for a second before you deleted it, i saw that your cpu was on medium 2 cores and not high 4 cores. its gotta all be as high as it can go, even then it might not be enough because to be honest your graphics card is 512MB of vram, which is 25% of the minimum needed (2GB of vram)

if there are any more problems then sadly your only solution is to get a better computer, your cpu is 11 years old, your gpu is 14 years old and honestly im kinda surprised its even working, but the bottom line is that honkai shouldn't even start on your computer. I think you got bluestacks because the regular pc version wouldnt run the game right? but even bluestacks cant handle the new stuff.

im nowhere near as good as delta when it comes to hardware but i've been building my own pcs since i was a kid like 20 years ago. i remember getting an old junker windows 3.1 that wounldnt boot unless i was physically jiggling the ram stick while pushing the power button

so with brand mixing, do be aware that in like most cases theres no difference but it can sometimes make a negligible difference. note that its either negligible or its really incompatable. usually its fine though. keep in mind that different brands use different memory controllers, different dies, pcb's etc and like 99% of the time its benign differences but it has the possibility to just crash the whole thing until you rip the different ones out. theoretically you can use any clock speed, brand and whatever together as long as its teh same generation (DDR4 for instance) but if its different clock speeds it will default the upper one to the lower one, aka if you have a 3200mhz and a 2400mhz it will default both to 2400.

if they are different voltages then it may cause the more power-demanding ram unit to be given less voltage and possibly not enough to keep it functioning at its full potential. it'll still run but possibly be less stable and wont get to its peak frequency.

also it is important to note that if you have mis matched sizes paired up in the same dual channel (aka an 8gb and a 16gb) then 8gb of the 16gb will be in dual channel and the other half of the 8gb of the 16gb will be in single channel. which will not really affect performance at all but is something to keep in mind.

you will almost certainly run into issues though if they are different speeds, not only will it default both to the smaller speed in most cases it will also be running on different latencies which will really screw with some programs

TL;DR now that you're maybe more educated to sum up make sure they are the same Size and Mhz for maximum working. if same MHz the CL should be close enough to not matter. brands wont matter in most cases but keep your recipt for return reasons in case its not compatible. voltage doesnt matter really either but if it is different then be aware that it might not run at peak.

Same Ram is recommended

DDR4 should be using same Voltage 1.2v (DDR3 1.5v , DDR3L 1.35v and DDR5 1.1v)
for the CL (Latency) it will follow the Slowest Latency Ram (for example if you have DDR4-3200MHz with CL20 and CL18 ram , the CL18 ram will follow the slowest RAM Latency)
For Different Size , i would recommend not to do it (for example 16GB + 8GB) Because you have the Integrated graphics and its better for Dual Channel Memory Configuration (not Flex Mode Memory Configuration)

I wanted to start the game after few years
I can't find my big account, where i had my Flame Kiana, Nyx seele, Nymph seele, bronya hersch...
I mean, i tried all the mails i have, all passwords, all names, i found few accounts that i don't care about but not my big one

A friend took a screen from his list friend where my account is still there
I can see my UID, name Hexolus, lvl 61 and my Nyx in profile

But when i try to recover my mihoyo account by the Hexolus name, i get one of my accounts that i don't want, with a different UID, same name, and lvl 20

ok thanks for the answers, so first off your account is not gone as you noticed and it is possible to get it back.

considering you've already tried everything you can think of then I would just go ahead and email customer support, emails below. The english email responds faster (usually within 1 day, sometimes 3.) but they do have a french speaking email but they do not have as many people so they respond a little slower.

email them and tell them that you are a returning player but cannot remember which hoyoverse account your honkai is on and give them the UID of your honkai account. They will respond with a partially censored version of which hoyoverse account your honkai is linked to. If you recognize it then make sure that the server is set to europe (in the upper right corner of the login page) and just log in. If you do not recognize the email then tell them that you do not recognize that and they will start the account recovery process. If they say it is not linked to any hoyoverse account then they should help you figure out which login to use for the account retrieval button to link your honkai to a hoyoverse account.

if you played anytime after july of this year then your honkai is linked to a hoyoverse account. so you're either using the wrong account to log in or the wrong server. can you log into hoyolab.com with what you think your account is and then check the battle chronicles for honkai? it will show any honkai characters connected to your hoyoverse account, even if you have multiple honkai characters spread across multiple servers.

That's because like 95% of the people filling out this form are doing it for their old accounts which DO exist in the old mihoyo system. For that old mihoyo pass email question obviously your new account doesn't exist in it so you would put [e-mail] and the last login time just needs to match the account they're going to unbind, which is your new one so like in the last few days.

Keep in mind this form was made for unbinding old accounts, which you're not trying to do

If you submit the form with a mishmash of conflicting data then they'll probably reject it

Because it won't match the info of the account you're trying to unbind

How to redirect Honkai impact download to an external drive

before i tell you how, i would advise that its not recommended to move the game to an external drive, the data transfer speed can easily cause lag so just be warned that you might have to undo it and put it back on your main drive if its bad performance.

how to do it tho:

• make a folder on your external hdd, call it like honkai or something.
• go to your honkai installation and copy just the Games folder to your honkai folder in your external hdd.
• open launcher, for the default pc launcher you can go to settings and then find game files. Select the games folder that is now in your external hdd.

its just after launching the game IF its really laggy and has long loading times because its reading and writing from your USB hard drive as opposed to your internal hard drive then you can just move the games folder back to your internal hard drive and tell the launcher where it is

but the reason you cant "link" the two is because you cant just combine two hoyoverse accounts together like that. your honkai has to be unbound to a hoyoverse account to begin with to link it to a hoyoverse account. The only way to link a honkai account to a hoyoverse account is to first have an unbound honkai account and then do the account retreival button on the login page to link the unbound honkai account to a hoyoverse account that doesnt have a honkai account bound to it. so to do this you'd need to unbind both your old and your new honkai accounts so that your old honkai account is not bound to any hoyoverse account and your genshin hoyoverse does not have any honkai account bound to it.

the only people with the ability to do that is customer support but to be honest if you can access your account they usually cant help since the whole unbind process is strictly for account recovery (people that havent played in years and quite literally cannot log into their account) and requires a lengthy process to prove you're the true owner of that account, they'd have to do that twice for each account and since you can log in they might not. You can try but im just letting you know ahead of time it might not work. but you can find their email addresses in #how-to-contact-cs

not really, in fact its probably more secure that way since quite a few account hacks are because the hacker goes after the genshin, not the honkai account but since they're both on the hoyoverse account they get both.

for security reasons though I would highly recommend setting a username since that CANNOT be changed. and also maybe making an email address for forgot password reasons and using it just for the honkai hoyoverse and nothing else

that is correct, your in game nickname is not related to any account username or anything like that. you can change your in game nick name multiple times a day if you want lol but a hoyoverse username cannot be changed. "linking" a username in account.hoyoverse.com's account security settings is basically just setting a username.

but it sounds like you need to probably link your account to a hoyoverse. you'll need to click on account retrieval on the login screen for honkai and try different things like google account login or facebook or try forgot password with your main (or any email really) that you have access to, maybe you'll get lucky and see your old account info like your UID and account level and stuff which at that point all you ahve to do is link it to a hoyoverse account in the next step

if you dont already have a hoyoverse account just click register now on the second part of the account retrieval thing in the game (the hoyoverse login)

The whole point of the form is to prove you're the account owner, it has to be accurate info because they're not going to just give anyone access to your account. if its accurate they'll approve it. if they reject it then you can try again and try to be more accurate, i've seen people get it right on their 4th try so you can try again if they reject it

the first device login is the device you were using when you first logged into the game. if you are talking about the honkai one then that is your old phone. if you are talking about the hoyoverse registration device then that is the device you used when you created the hoyoverse account which in most peoples cases is the device they were using when they first played genshin.

very buggy on release and immediately dropped for 2000 so none of the issues it had got fixed in the like 1 year it ran, very few drivers made for it too for obvious reasons but one of the computers in my school ran ME and it took me the better part of like 2 days to get an old printer installed on it. I even had the right drivers for it and everything (half the time spent was finding them tho lol) but it just did not want to even detect the printer basically. i think it just randomly started working so i told the teacher to never unplug the printer

yup, but get this. it restricted real mode dos so things like config.sys or autoexec.bat would only be used to set global environment variables lol

you could get into real mode though with a recovery cd apparently. but yeah it was a mess of stuff and was designed exclusively for home use back in 1999 so a lot of its functionality was stripped down

I remember the Beta Windows Neptune edition , its using Windows NT but it have so many MS-DOS Programs and it did not work properly

after a quick wikipedia i can see why none of it works. it never made it out of beta and was to be the first home use OS built off of NT code but you know how microsoft loves to.... leave things lying around to put it one way lol so it was probably still a huge amount of dos left in, especially since it never made it past beta

you can use the AMD FSR Upscaling method , i heard its added in Genshin

V-sync + AA = Off = Increased fps

FSR will increase the FPS , because FSR will render the game with Lower resolution and it will Upscale it to make it similar to the real resolution of the games

AMD FSR , Nvidia DLSS and Intel XeSS do that

Genshin FSR makes the game characters blurry and on full screen there's a problem with artifacts making the player having motion sickness
