Here's Class D-1 for reference
fridge man
that's
something
Touji Yukiharu, why does that give off jjk inspiration
...because he is partially inspired by jjk, Touji's not my OC [roughly a fourth of D-1 aren't, and are instead owned by other people who collaborate with me]
His original Quirk is directly based off of Dismantle, with me slightly modifying it to make it more distinct
More specifically, his Quirk [Remote Cutter] allows him to "mark" up to four objects at a time by simply touching them, and when he snaps the fingers of the arm he touched it with [he has four arms], the object will be bisected
wait have you finished the jjk manga per chance?
I don't like JJK all that much, but i do know a lot about it due to a friend of mine
So technically yes?
this ability is similar to yuji's dismantle
yujis dismantle marks any place it touches with scissor symbols before they get cut
so it is similar but the 4 arms aren't present
Oh lol
still good that you tied it with the 4 arms and specific hand used
that makes it different on it's own
go on
*its
Anyways
For more than obvious reasons, Touji is a capture/rescue hero
One of his go-to tactics is to use four support items similar to katanas, mark them with all four of his hands, and then slice them apart, with a ton of capsules containing built in nets flying from them
okay that's fire asf ngl
He also has decent skills in martial arts, and will often use his Quirk to alter the terrain to his advantage
what drawback does his quirk have?
if it has any
The Quirk's primary drawbacks are related to his range and mark limit
And, it has to be trained in order to be used on larger surfaces
It's similar to Tail in that it has no physical strain, but needs to be trained in order to be exceptionally useful
Touji can only cut the stuff he can cut by the time the story begins due to dedicating large portions of his time to improving his Quirk
Yeah that makes sense
so alr we learned about this guy
which character is your fav that is in that list
Hmmm, that's a tough one
I like all of them to varying degrees tbh
Even though they're still being developed as we speak
alright then which ones do you like the most
you can name all of em
abilities characters lore whatever
Alright, i'll start with good ol' Carlo
Ask away about em, he's one of the lesser developed class members
So, he won't take too long
start with his quirk
that's the first thing i wanna hear about your characters
Okay
Carlo's Quirk is a transformation type called Tungsten; he is capable of transforming his mouth into a much more simplified form similar to that of a snapping turtle, which allows him to consume metals with ease and also factors into his main ability;
Carlo, by eating metals of any sort, will have his skin transformed into an immensely durable alloy similar to that of tungsten, the more metal he eats, the more durable and monstrous he becomes, with his later forms possessing multiple eyes, immensely sharp teeth, and a build designed specifically for smashing through opponents with ease
However, if he eats exceptionally durable metals, he'll suffer from a toothache and indigestion
And if he doesn't eat metals for a while, his skin will begin softening and reverting back to its normal form
highkey can he use that snapping turtle like bite peoples head off
how long can he keep that form for
It's strong enough to break bones, but isn't THAT strong
alright
I mean hey
Project: LEGACY is a TV-14 fic just like its parent series, so no you won't be seeing that
if it was to (hypothetically) eat something non metal precisely human, can he still make use of it?
Nope, he can only eat metals in order to activate his form
i suppose that's fair enough
also
can he like use ranged attacks or smth, yk as a way that burn more metal but allow him to be more versatile?
or is it just eat = king kong
Essentially the latter, but he gets creative with how he fights
One of his signature techniques is to use his superior strength to send himself flying into a massive metallic structure, start swim-eating through it like a beast to reach his upper limit, and then jump down to wreck havoc
Okay that's actually fire as fuck who needs projectiles when you got this
alright we got this one out of the way
what other character you like
Also
Wanna hear some lore regarding D-1 as INDIVIDUALS?
Touji is Japanese, and Carlo's Jamacian [yes, he's black]
i would listen to it but i just hot hit with some work rn so we'll talk later
do you mind?
Okay sure
@static tendon
got it
Scroll up to read up on the stuff i've already written
I'll have to go afk for a while
We can do a proper qna once i return
Which is in about 30-40 minutes
That fine for u?
Ill maybe try to read it soon, not now tho
@open bough
woah
yes I WILL be reading all of that🙏
wait I see my name
erm...
Coincidence
Anyways yeah
Read up on the premise that was linked by Waffle, then we can begin
@cyan linden
@static tendon yo just gonna ping you as a reminder that this exists
Sorry if i'm disrupting anything
...
@unreal badger yooo dawg
shi dawg wsp
i'm free right now so we can continue
besides it's been a hot minute since i kept up w this
Also wanna hear a funny lil thing that i'm doing?
yes go on
I'm trying to decipher MHA's utter mess of a content rating, because it's utterly hillarious
Most streaming services and the broadcast versions are rated TV-14, while Netflix and Apple TV rate the entire series TV-MA [but curiously not individual episodes, at least in the case of the former]
On the other hand, the UK is a complete mess
The series as a whole is rated 15 [equivalent to a very hard PG-13 or soft R in America], but individual episodes vary from PG [self explanatory], 12 [soft PG-13] and the 15 ratings
Australia is an even bigger mess as their classification board rates seasons as a whole
can't mfs jst come to an agreement and list them the same or smth
i get it different laws and shi
but cmon why give yourself the headache 🥀
MHA itself is a tonal rollercoaster, so it honestly makes sense
Anyways, continue on with your questions
Alright
Touji just so happens to be the son of Latoria's most fearsome crime boss; Ryuji Yukiharu
He was primarily raised by his elder sister, Nova, who used to be a high ranking member of her dad's organization prior to defecting for reasons unknown
And in fact if it wasn't for her he'd be raised by his father into a hardened mafioso
Touji, and by extension his siblings, are part-Japanese, with him in particular being fluent in three seperate languages
Hella jjk inspiration i see
He performs exceptionally well in terms of academic studies, while his performance as a hero trainee has been deemed good by the school
He ain't my OC
i know i know
alright he has something's going on for him
that's something
However, despite being one of the most well-behaved members of the class, Touji isn't really the guy that likes social interaction
He has very few genuine friends amongst his peers, and he has a tendancy of taking too long to respond to questions, especially those that he feels conflicted on
hmmm so introverted
Yep, definitely an introvert
Also, one thing that Touji's ESPECIALLY weak to is women, if a girl that he finds attractive flirts with him, his mind will undergo a soft reboot as he tries to decide how to respond to that
However, despite his poor social skills, Touji is a VERY analytical person that can be an absolute NIGHTMARE to underestimate
And if you DO successfully manage to get through to him, he'll show you loyalty like no other
Though, while the vast majority of his overall personality is cool, collected and overall straight to the point, Touji DOES have a more firey side to him that is best shown when he's in combat or when he's joking, as he happened to inherit his father's sense of humor
hmmm that's interesting now
great duality i'll give it that
the women problem is also smth i like about this one
And underneath all of that, he's got a TON of issues related to his self worth due to the fact that he's related to a genuine monster of a human being + the fact that he was essentially groomed into becoming a hero by his sister, whom he idolizes to a near-unhealthy extent
It's essentially the type of motivation that goes "i didn't WANT to do this, but i HAVE to."
wait he didn't have ideals or thought about being a hero to begin with?
He had his ideals essentially CREATED by his sister, who deliberately told him EVERYTHING about their father, and didn't do anything while he was bullied by his peers due to the fact that he WAS related to Ryuji to begin with
So, over time, Touji started seeing his dad as the sole cause for his problems in life, and decided to become a hero to bring him down
.
Wait
Also
shi what else
When Ryuji is finally defeated in the 7th major story arc, the remainder of Touji's story arc revolves around him trying to find a way to continue on as a hero
As his main motivation [helping to imprison his dad] was fulfiled
To put it simply, this results in him eventually cutting ties with his sister, who turns herself in out of shame for what happened
And, given that no one knows the identity of Touji's mother or whether he even has any other living relatives, Rosanera Academy fully takes him in and lets him live in his dorm for summer break, at least until they can find someone to take care of him
my guy finally catching a break bru
so what happens after thid
this
or is it still on pause
yes
oh for fuck sake
dude my bad for the late reply
my wifi went out and shi and i'm using daya
data
i won't be active for a bit
Anyways yeah i'll be waiting here
patiently waits for someone to say something
@mild void
Ohh! Okay!
I should really do a QnA for mine… but people really don’t see my posts or have many questions. 😅 And I guess I should just get on making more chapters instead of entertaining passing fancies.
Okay fair enough
Soooo
Wanna hear something funny regarding google for a sec?
Yeah go on
Google's safesearch function is sometimes the funniest thing in existence
damn what it do
It's really inconsistent with what it censors
For instance the close up of Bakugo's corpse gets flagged, but at other angles and further away it's...allowed?
It also once censored a ben 10 fan alien because it mistook its head for a private part
at least if it's really far away
HOW
😭😭
I HAVE NO IDEA VRO
Also in general safesearch sometimes doesn't censor stuff at all
And sometimes it censors EDUCATIONAL SITES
Anyways
Small rant over, ready to continue?
Latoria's now a slightly smaller archipelago instead of a super large landmass, with it having roughly 16 islands in total
5 bigger ones, and 11 smaller ones that are "built into" one of the bigger ones
Though the general layout remains the same
well it still sounds giant af ngl
but okay it sounds neat shifting it
what else is there
I've further developed Latoria's government, and i'm planning to revamp their dominant religion [Luminescent Christianity]
Characters are about the same as ever
Tbh
If you want, you could ask about the OTHER characters who aren't related to D-1
There's a whole lot of em, so i'll start off with something simple
How about the TOP 10 of Latoria?
Alright, pick a number, and i'll tell you about its corresponding hero
5
Vincent Cornelius Sr. AKA Walloper is the #5 hero of both the province of Mehn and Latoria as a whole
His Quirk, an emitter type called Wall, allows him to sprout walls of any shape and size he desires from solid inorganic matter
The larger the wall, the more physical strain he'll suffer as he's raising it
This may sound stupid, but he's essentially an Earthbender when it comes to how he uses it
The walls can be any shape [for instance spikes or fists] he desires, and can be any length he wants too
can he just make them out of thin air or do they need a source?
like touching the ground for example
A source
Yep
Contact based
Also, his son, Vincent Cornelius Jr., is a member of Class D-1
He shares the same Quirk as his father
alright that's good
2 earth benders of some sorts
alr these 2 are something's
new hero
who is the current no1 hero in your lore
@hard dagger
welcome to this thing.
you may be wondering what this is, soooooo
scroll all the way up
and go to the place that toast linked
or alternatively
i can tell you
@hard dagger actually wait
do you wanna hear the basic fic lore here?
you still here bro?
Yes I am!
Sorry if it seems like I am not
I literally have only been reading what you sent in here and #written-works
I have a good chuck of it because of what you’ve already stated above
I agree I am curious what the #1 hero is known for as well as what they are capable of
A form of alchemy, reconfiguring the ground to be like a wall
Actually
What type of wall?
Brick?
Concrete?
Stone?
What is the quirk replicating?
@pallid latch
I have the premise based on what has already been said in the server
But I do wish to hear more about the different capitals and what type of citizens you could find there
What about the economy? When the story begins does it become stable?
aaahhhhh okay
I'll answer the worldbuilding stuff first
Latoria has a grand total of 60 notable settlements, each one of which belongs to a CLASS, alternatively known as a SECTOR
a settlement's class is determined by its population, crime rate, general standard of living as well as its overall usefulness to the country as a whole
the QUATERNARY SECTOR is the lowest and most plentiful class, with 32 settlements in total belonging to it
it primarily consists of larger villages (there exist a lot of small villages in Latoria that aren't notable enough to be officially classified fyi) and the absolute smallest of cities
life in the quaternary sector is the DEFINITION of a case by case basis, as some settlements are relatively peaceful, if not rather poor, while others are crime ridden hellholes where even being in the wrong place at the wrong time will get you robbed, killed or worse
though, despite the wildly inconsistent nature of this sector, there exist a lot of similarities between the various settlements of this class
namely their low populations (including scenarios where there's only one or two active pro heroes in a settlement), rural economies (a lot of quaternary settlements are villages that rely on agriculture and fishing to sustain themselves) and high presence of heteromorphs (Latoria itself has a lot of heteromorphs, which means that you can find both extremely successful and extremely UNsuccessful individuals in the same country, though the vast majority of them populate the lesser sectors for a large variety of reasons)
and even though they represent the country's poorest, several quaternary settlements DO have some role to play in the grand scheme of things, especially given that Latoria's currently undergoing a shortage of physical jobs
in terms of crime, the Quaternary Sector as a whole doesn't have THE most active Villains, but the ones that ARE active are often highly successful, with at least a dozen settlements currently being under partial or complete control of a Villain organization, which has proved to be especially hazardous for food production given that a sizeable chunk of settlements in this sector are responsible for filling up the country's food bank
overall though, the most dominant Villain groups in the Quaternary Sector are the SHARK CLANS
the Sharks are a loosely affiliated group of crime families that follow the code of a long dead Villain known as Selachian, who used to menace Latoria roughly 80 years ago
I'd compare them to irl mafia families in terms of how they operate, at least to SOME extent given that they're not at the top of the pecking order, at least not in the present day
You up to hear some lore about it?
welcome to Project: LEGACY, Fallen.
the overcomplicated BNHA AU that we all know and love/hate
(at least i hope the latter ain't true)
but anyways.
i've been working on this crap since 2023, and it turned 2 years old last month.
(also, there's a character that's similar to Toga here sooooo)
(yeah)
but anyways
enough yapping so time for me to begin with the premise
Project: LEGACY is a semi-prequel to BNHA that takes place roughly five years prior to the manga's beginning, albeit not in Mustafu City, NOR IN JAPAN, for that matter.
instead, the setting of the story is the fictional country of LATORIA
located on an artificial archipelago of islands somewhere in the atlantic ocean, has a population of 39 million as well as some of the highest crime rates in the developed world, which also means that there's a shit ton of pro heroes operating in the country.
long story short the country was formed by the leader of a Christian sect who REALLY encouraged his followers to do the deed, plus the fact that it became a refuge for dozens of people from war torn countries such as many African ones.
that's why it's so goddamn big in terms of population.
That makes sense 😭
anyways
the main story follows a seemingly ordinary class from the prestigous ROSANERA ACADEMY as they go through their hero academia, this time with ALL FOUR YEARS instead of just one (Latoria has four years of high school unlike Japan so yeah)
expect a shitload of bonding, t r a u m a and misadventures that make Class 1-A's future endeavors look tame.
so, without further ado, let's get to the MEAT of the story.
what do you wanna hear first?
the story's STRUCTURE, the CHARACTERS or the SETTING?
alright, ask away bout Latoria, how it functions and so on.
i like doin stuff qna style
so yeah
Im bad at doing questions tho 😭
what's the first thing you think of when someone mentions "new country"?
how it functions.. Yeah
as in the government?
alrighty
Latoria is officially a federal republic that's divided into six "provinces", all but one of them representing an island in the archipelago (and even the one that DOESN'T is a set of smaller islands that's "built into" the southern one)
these provinces, named after the islands they're on, are:
- MEHN, the central and most densely populated island as well as the government's headquarters
- DVAAR, the northern and second most populated island that's well known for its music scene and fishing industry
- EALPH, the eastern and least populated island, notorious for being EXTREMELY rainy up to the point where its entire coastline is flooded
- RIPTEL, the southern island, well known for its expansive cave system, extremely windy atmosphere, and general depressive attitude
- AZANTRA, the western island that acts as the heart of Latoria's mining industry which has the largest Muslim population in the entire country
- KAIV, a dense "sub-archipelago" of smaller islands that's built into Riptel from the south, acts as the headquarters of the Latorian Defense Forces
as for their names each one of them is supposed to allude to a species from a fantasy world of mine:
Mehn is supposed to sound like "Men"
Dvaar is a bastardized version of "Dwarf"
Ealph is "Elf" but spelled differently
Riptel is a weirdly pronounced version of "Reptile"
Azantra represents the word "Ascentrian"
and Kaiv is the word "Cave" but with a different spelling
due to Latoria being artificially created using a whole bunch of Quirks, each island making up the country has its own unique climate brought upon it by a set of colossal machines known as the SHEETS, which are also responsible for keeping the archipelago both invisible and intangible from the outside world unless you have a Latorian visa.
Mehn, constructed in an "ideal zone" where the effects of all four Sheets converge into an ideal climate for human life, is a bright, flowery set of plains.
Dvaar is mostly a freezing cold pine forest that houses a minature tundra in its northeastern coast.
Ealph is an overgrown, EXTREMELY moist rainforest that has dozens of swamps and lakes.
Riptel is an extremely windy set of hills, mountains and rock formations with a large cave system underneath.
Azantra is an arid region that transitions into a sizeable desert with a large canyon in the dead centre of it.
and Kaiv shares the same climate as Riptel due to technically being part of the same landmass.
enough regarding the islands though, and back to their government.
each province excluding Mehn & Kaiv has its own individual "government" led by a MINISTER (with their exact title depending on which island they're governing, so Northern Minister for Dvaar, Southern Minister for Riptel, and so on) and a so-called LOWER COUNCIL consisting of 5 members including the Minister themselves.
a Lower Council consists of:
- THE MINISTER [leads the council and the other members]
- THE DEPUTY FINANCER [responsible for managing the province's economy]
- THE ARCHITECT [responsible for overseeing construction and infrastructure in the province]
- THE VICE MANAGER [responsbile for managing the province's emergency services including the police, fire department & medical services]
- THE EXECUTIVE [a high ranking member of the Latorian Hero Foundation who's responsible for handling Quirk related issues within the province]
and before you ask the Latorian Hero Foundation is essentially their counterpart to the HPSC.
HOWEVER, you may be asking
"Who leads the country as a whole? and are there any other branches of the government?"
yep, there are, and the overall leaders of the country, as well as the governors of Mehn, are the UPPER COUNCIL, led by the CHANCELLOR and consisting of 7 members in total;
- THE CHANCELLOR [leads the council and Latoria as a whole]
- THE CHIEF FINANCER [responsible for overseeing the deputy financers & managing Latoria's economy]
- THE HEAD ARCHITECT [responsible for overseeing the architects & managing Latoria's infrastructure]
- THE MANAGER [responsible for overseeing the vice managers & managing Latoria's E.S]
- THE DIRECTOR [head of the LHF and the top dog when it comes to Quirk/Hero based stuff]
- THE GENERAL [head of the LDF and the "governor" of Kaiv]
- THE CENTRAL MINISTER [second in command of the council and the governor for Mehn itself]
How does Ealph’s tiny population even manage to live there? Living on an island that’s almost completely flooded sounds like a total nightmare
as for the legislative branch of the Latorian government, the HIGH COURT OF LATORIA is a group of 11 "supreme judges" who are responsible for passing laws-
Ealph is only flooded in its coastline
the whole island itself isn't flooded.
ooooh okay i see
Are there any historical conflicts between the islands?
Is Latoria completely isolated, or does it have secret diplomatic ties with other nations?

They're obviously communicating with other nations, but overall they mostly do their own shit seperate from the rest of the world.
they never saw war at any point in their history, but the islands DO have a competitive atmosphere between each other.
oooooh i see
well fuck i wish toga was born in latoria
so hypothetically if Toga were to have lived there the LHF would've found some way to calm her down.
what about the characters?
ah the characterse
lemme just blurt Class D-1 out.

fyi Latoria's extremely multicultural especially in the last 30 years
so there's people from all over the world here
also these are their hero names.
so without further ado
name a class D-1 member and i'll tell you a funny word that describes their personality, plus their Quirk.
ooooooohhh
i like their names!!
thats so cool

waiting
@static tendon you here?
well
nothing much
just waiting for you to name a D-1 member so i can start yapping
@static tendon sending so you see this
those two okay
first, a funni explanation of their personalities
Dominique is the living embodiment of "i'm a good girl who's DONE with society and everyone around me", while Isabel is an energetic tomboy with a heart as large as jupiter.
(do note these are VERY basic descriptions, both are far more complex than you'd think)
Dominique's Quirk is a mutant type called Artichoke, she's a tall, plantlike humanoid with hardened skin similar to that of an artichoke, which may seem ridiculous at first (and believe me, many think it is), she actually has more than a few tricks up her sleeve, but before we get to 'em, let's share some facts about her biology.
due to her body containing chlorofil and overall functioning like a plant, Dominique needs much more water and exposure to the sun than the average human being to survive, and she's exceptionally vulnerable to Quirks that poison or otherwise "decay" the opponent.
as for her capabilities in combat, Dominique's hands and feet are technically fused with her wrists and ankles into ovaluar structures similar to that of ACTUAL artichokes, which possess razor sharp leaves that she can unfurl and rotate as if they were BUZZSAWS.
combine this with her affinity for ballet and other sorts of dancing, and you've got yourself a FIERCELY acrobatic fighter who can cut you up like a birthday cake if you get on her wrong side.
other than that, though, she's the tallest girl in D-1 (standing at 1.83 meters tall) as well as the second tallest student overall, which is funny considering her cousin, Ivy, is the SHORTEST student in both Class D-1 and the ENTIRE first grade (standing at a measly 1.24 meters tall)
she was born on the 23rd of January, and is the 15th oldest in the class.
my HC VA for her is Luci Christian (it's 100% intentional considering who Ivy's HC VA is)
next up we got Isabel
Isabel's Quirk is an emitter type called Richochet, which gives her the ability to reflect anything thrown at her at twice the speed and at whatever angle she wants by simply flicking it with her fingers, the larger the object, the more fingers are needed to shoot it back, which also ties into her weakness:
overusing her Quirk will cause immense physical strain on her fingers, which will happen much earlier if she's reflecting a particularly large and/or hard object.
.
sorry accidentally typed Ivy instead of Isabel
but anyways
she also has bright red eyes that glow in the dark and almost sharklike teeth, which are mutations inherited from one of her grandparents instead of natural extensions of her Quirk.
she stands at 1.75 meters tall, being one of the taller girls, and was born on the 27th of January, making her the 16th oldest in the class and just a few days younger than Dominique.
her HC VA is Izzie Lotl, a VA and singer who's most prominently known for being part of Man On The Internet, a youtube based company that makes lyrical covers of various video game songs.
Isabel, due to having a not-so combat orientated Quirk, uses a pair of support items to fight, namely; a ball made out of hardened rubber and a glove specifically designed to ATTRACT rubber as if it were a magnet of sorts.
she throws the ball at her opponent, starts bringing it back with her glove, and then richochets it at twice the speed, wash, rinse, repeat.
she's also overall very agile, with her being one of the most skilled basketball players in the entire school.
as for where Dominique and Isabel hail from?
Dominique and Ivy are from Mehn, and Isabel is from Azantra.
and while we're at it i'll describe Ivy
Ivy's "personality quote" is "second biggest gremlin in the entire school who'll murder you if you spray plants with pesticide"
as for her Quirk, it's an emitter type called Eggplant, strap in, 'cause this one's a long one.
Ivy's Eggplant allows her to summon organic "cannons" via passively producing minature seeds on her skin that are filled up with water from her body and "throwing" on to a designated area, after which they'll burrow into the ground and immediately sprout into one of these cannons.
what do they shoot? you may ask?
Eggplants.
Exploding. Fucking. Eggplants.
The eggplants themselves possess explosive seeds that combust as they're launched from the cannon, with removal of these seeds being near-impossible due to how quickly they blow up.
And so you can't exactly GROW these exploding eggplants, as cool as that would be.
Upon wilting away after it runs out of ammo, the cannon disperses a small cloud of mist that Ivy inhales in order to regain a portion of the water used for the seed via a unique set of additional organs similar to those of a plant.
The cannons have also been noted to sprout much quicker while in sunlight, and exposure to rain will increase the amount of eggplants they launch by one.
However, due to Ivy's growth defect, she SHOULD have trouble generating large amounts of Eggplant cannons due to her body conserving much less water than that of an average human being.
BUT, due to her additional organs transforming evaporated water back into a liquid state, this weakness is circumvented entirely.
In case a cannon is destroyed prior to wilting away, no evaporated water would come out of it for Ivy to reabsorb.
Ivy can also manipulate the cannon's shape to some degree (such as the direction it'll fire in), but this ability will take time for her to fully master.
Ivy, as mentioned above, is 1.24 meters tall, making her the shortest student in Class D-1, and was born on the 10th of September, with her being the 8th oldest in the class.
her HC VA is Leah Clark (TOGA'S VA!!!!!) @static tendon
as for her fighting style, Ivy prefers to keep her distance while at the same time exploiting the enviornment to bombard her opponent with as many eggplants as possible, if the weather is on her side (that is either rainy or sunny) she'll be far more careless in how many cannons she generates at a time, especially given that they get an ammo and speed boost respectively.
but, if she's cornered and forced to fight hand-to-hand, you better be careful, ESPECIALLY if you're a dude, as Ivy won't hesitate to kick you full-force in the family lungnuts.
and overall she's VERY MUCH SO willing to use her small size to one-up her opponent.
and if she got them TOOLS, then HOOOO boy you're screwed.
as for their ethnicities.
Ivy's purely american in terms of heritage, Dominique's got some french blood due to her father being a frenchman, while Isabel's a mixed bag with some prominent argentinian heritage.
in fact, Isa's fluent in Spanish, and named herself Pelicula just to flex her knowledge of the language.
as for the other two
Ivy named herself Guardener because she liked the pun, while Dominique's Bellette nickname came from her hastily rewriting the word "Ballet" to sound both feminine and vaguely plantlike.
unlike Japanese heroes Latorian ones rarely have ephitets.
i did yet another student cause she's related to Dominique
WHOAAA
basic and simple just cause of that shes my favourite..
also
Dominique would be voiced by Ochako's VA
simply because having them interact would be HILLARIOUS
like
i only did it for shits and giggles.
thats hilarious indeed
Kuro Furukawa
oh you mean Isabel's bestie and later on boyfriend-
anyways yeah
Kuro's personality quote is "average shonen MC but on steroids and with a chill side."
his Quirk is a transformation type called Fist-Missile, which does exactly what the name implies; it allows Kuro to turn his hands into missiles by clenching them into fists for a few seconds (which is something he can turn off by the way given that it would be VERY inconvenient if this happened every time he makes a fist with his hands), the missiles explode as soon as they come into contact with whatever Kuro's firing at, and can have their speed altered via flexing before being fired out, however, this is also where the Quirk's primary weakness comes into play.
the faster Kuro makes his missiles, the longer it'll take for him to "reload" upon firing them, and extreme overuse of the Quirk has been noted to leave faint burn marks on his palms.
Kuro stands at 1.72 meters tall, and was born on the 29th of January, making him the 18th oldest in the class.
his HC VA is Travis Willingham (best known for being the dub VA of Ace from One Piece and Roy Mustang from FMA)
and as for his fighting style, Kuro's one of the most openly aggressive members of the class when it comes to combat, there's not a opponent that he won't turn back against, and there ain't anythin' that he can't blow up, his preferred methods are using his metallic fists to straight up PUNCH the opponents as hard as possible (there's also the fact that he knows some martial arts too) and simply firing them at whoever he's fighting.
his Quirk in particular synergizes really well with Isabel's, whom he typically fires a rocket at so she can richochet it at twice the speed at the opponent.
Kuro is primarily Japanese when it comes to his heritage, which is...reflected REALLY well by his name and general demeanor?
speaking of it, the main reason he named himself Mechataro is because of the legend of Momotaro coming to his mind as he was brainstorming a name, plus the fact that he adores giant robots.
i passed out omg
turning ur hands into missiles is crazy
thats so cool
i thought he would be taller
oooh
OHH
interesting
ur cooked with this!!
its really interesting
thank you for sharing all of this with me!

@static tendon sorry for pinging you but you ready to continue with le students?
Anyways here we gooo
VINCENT CORNELIUS JR.
Vincent's personality quote is "slightly psychotic and EXTREMELY incompetent egomaniac with a heart of gold"
His Quirk is an emitter type called Wall, which allows him to sprout walls of any shape and size from any solid, inorganic surface, with its primary weakness being that creating larger walls will cause physical strain on his arms.
The exact durability of a wall depends on what it's made from, and as mentioned above Vincent can essentially make its shape whatever the fuck he wants, so in practice the Quirk essentially makes him an Earthbender.
His overall fighting style is one of the most refined in the class due to him being personally trained to wield his Quirk in combat by his father [Vincent Cornelius Sr., the #5 hero of Latoria and member of the so-called Finest Generation] since childhood.
Vincent prefers to alter the terrain using his Quirk in order to trap and/or attack his opponents in some way, with his go-to tactic involving him incapacitating the opponent by trapping them in a dome made using his Quirk, after which he'll bombard them with spikelike walls from the inside.
He's also a very good hand to hand fighter, making him a decent threat even without his Quirk, albeit he's NOT all that agile and/or quick.
Vincent's height is 1.69 meters, and he was born on the 21st of December, making him the 14th oldest in the class.
His HC VA is Alex Riybitski, another member of Man On The Internet who is most well known for voicing Flowey and Berdly in their lyrical covers.
As for his hero name: Vincent named himself Vishvo because it's derived from the Indian god of architecture, essentially saying that he's a god at making stuff in all but name.
And fun fact, actually.
Wall is the oldest Quirk in Class D-1 in terms of when i came up with it.
next up we have LEVI BARUCH
Levi's personality quote is "smooth talking idiot who thinks he's Sherlock Holmes"
his Quirk is an emitter type called Rhetorical Question, strap in, 'cause this one's pretty long.
Levi's lungs possess a special pair of glands that passively produce and stockpile a cocktail of microscopic drugs that leave whoever inhales them in a trancelike state by affecting the mind, which can only be broken free with sufficient stimulation of the nervous system.
These glands, "programmed" to unleash the cocktail whenever Levi asks a rhetorical question, will immediately start "refueling" as soon as the drugs leave his body, with the exact time they take being near lightning fast according to internal tests.
However, what science CAN'T explain is the drugs' inability to affect the same person twice in a row, no matter the fact that they were as potent as the last time they were unleashed.
Levi himself is immune to the effects of all but the strongest narcotics, so it has nothing to do with that, but the whole thing overall is pretty damn confusing to say the least.
So i'm leaving it at that, it's up to your interpretation as to why he can't do that, but in my opinion?
Star and Stripes exists, so it's probably Quirk bullshit.
his overall fighting style is entirely based off of martial arts and weapon based support items, which also makes Levi the most skilled hand to hand combatant in the entire class, he primarily tries to fight against his opponent 1 on 1, as fighting multiple people at the same time is more than inconvenient for his Quirk, which starts selecting its target, including his ALLIES, at random.
and in the rare situation when he IS forced to fight with and against multiple people, he primarily acts as a support fighter that uses his gear to help or attack from afar.
he's 1.64 meters tall, and was born on the 7th of December, making him the 13th oldest in the class.
forgot to add something regarding Vincent, he's Australian in terms of heritage.
anyways.
Levi on the other hand is German in terms of heritage.
his HC VA is Tom Previte, who's yet another member of Man On The Internet (there's quite a lot of MOTI members as HC VAs here because i like em)
whose deep baritone almost COMICALLY contrasts with Levi's EXTREMELY feminine face.
one of Levi's main jokes is that he covers his entire face with an abnormally high collar and a set of opaque glasses regardless of what he's wearing.
and when they realize that Levi looks like a girl beneath it, he's made into the laughingstock of the entire class for a few short minutes.
this is similar to the main gag of ANOTHER D-1 student, AIMAN RAFIA, who i'll actually begin yapping about rn
Aiman's personality quote is "socially inept goofball with self esteem issues who literally masks his feelings to function in the presence of other people"
his Quirk is a mutant type called Catfish, which, evidenced by its name, gives the user a wide variety of abilities similar (and not so similar) to those of a catfish, or, to be more specific:
Aiman possesses the ability to swim at superhuman speeds, breathe underwater, extremely slippery skin that makes him near impossible to grip, a large mouth that functions like a vaccum, and the ability to emit BOLTS OF LIGHTNING from his whiskers.
however, he's also subject to the same WEAKNESSES as a catfish, most prominently the risk of dehydration if he spends too much time without water, as well as the typical "overuse combatative aspects of the Quirk and you'll suffer physical strain" type o' weaknesses.
this includes both his vaccum mouth and his whisker lightning, in which he'll suffer a throatache and burn marks respectively.
he's also naturally fit and an amazing swimmer as a side effect of his Quirk.
Aiman's general fighting style alternates between offensive and defensive depending on the situation at hand, if he determines that he's got the advantage in a fight, Aiman will continuously blast the opponent with his lightning, but if he's in a pickle, he'll try his absolute best to "run away" as he's fighting against the opponent, sort of like a tactical retreat if you will.
in the latter case, expect him to use his vaccum ability to suck up any physical projectiles thrown at him.
oh, i forgot to add.
Aiman can ingest a lot of stuff that would be highly toxic or fatal to most humans, including rotting fish and soap.
he also possesses mild bioluminescence.
anyways back to his combatative tactics
while Aiman is a decent enough threat on land, the SEA is where he truly shines, as he'll become an utterly relentless berserker that will probably overwhelm you with his sheer SPEED before you could even fight back.
Aiman was born on the 23rd of Feburary, making him one of the youngest members of the class (20th oldest fyi), and he stands at 1.79 meters tall, making him one of the tallest students in D-1
apart from that, though, he named himself "Thunder Shark" because he thinks that sharks are far more intimidating than catfish, and given that he wants to be treated seriously by others, he went with the name.
Aiman is Arabic in terms of heritage and is one of Class D-1's two token muslim characters, with the other being SALIMA ALSAADI
Sali's Quirk is an emitter type called Under The Weather, which allows her to exhale a gaseous pathogen that temporarily inflicts anyone who inhales it with a disease similar to the flu, the pathogen is far more effective while under cold temperatures, and overuse of her Quirk will result in HERSELF recieving the illness for a short amount of time.
she's incapable of altering the direction in which the "Salirus" flies in (it really depends on the wind) and the Quirk itself is not exactly suitable if you're fighting alongside other people.
which ties into her fighting style; due to her Quirk being AoE based, Sali typically goes alone against multiple opponents at once, as not only it'll disable them with ease, but it'll also prevent anyone from being hit by her own Quirk.
she also possesses innate knowledge of how pathogens spread and function, which is one of the several indicators that her Quirk may be a lot more complicated, and arguably ALIVE than it may seem.
her personality quote is "anxious smol bean that knows far too much for a then 14-15 year old and is actually a MENACE if you screw her or her friends over."
Sali was born on the 20th of October (making her the 11th oldest in the class) and stands at 1.54 meters tall.
she's also Arabic in terms of heritage, and as mentioned above is also a Muslim.
her hero name, "Remedy", was chosen by her so she can sound more heroic despite her decidingly NOT heroic Quirk, and because it fits the medical theme.
oh yeah i forgot to add the VAs for both Aiman and Sali
Aiman's HC VA is Joe Hernandez (best known for voicing Pesci in Jojo's), while Sali's VA is Maya Hawke (best known for playing Robin in Stranger Things and voicing Anxiety in Inside Out 2)
though, while wearing his mask, Aiman is voiced by David Matranga (Shoto's dub VA)

Hello!
Alright! 😊
PROJECT: LEGACY is a very, VERY interesting BNHA fanfic that, unlike most of its ilk, doesn't take place in Mustafu, nor in JAPAN, for that matter
Instead, the story, spread out over more than four in-universe years, follows the trials and tribulations faced by the hero society of a fictional country known as LATORIA, or to be more specific, a freshly admitted hero class in the prestigous ROSANERA ACADEMY
To put it mildly, this bunch of rowdy teenagers has what is quite possibly the most INSANE high school experience since the misadventures of Deku and co.
I love how it doesn't take place in Japan! It makes it so interesting to see it take place somewhere other than Japan!
Yep, really allows you to create a unique hero system
Yes! I'm interested in it!
Alright, let's start with Latoria as a country.
When you first hear the words "new country", what's the first thing you'd ask about it.
I like doing this qna style because yes
What is it like to live in that country?
How different is it from other countries?
Those questions came up in my head when I was thinking about the words "new country"!
Pretty good, if you ask me, sure, Latoria's not the best place in the world, especially given its relatively high crime rate, rather rampant isolationism and steadily increasing amounts of corruption, but if you know what you're doing and stay away from politics, it's a nice life
Latoria's got a surprisingly good economy, affordable housing and great education
And if you're lucky enough to land yourself a place in a major city, rest assure that you'll be safe, as A SHIT TON of pro heroes operate within them and will be swiftly dispatched to any threat that arises
But if you live out in the COUNTRYSIDE, then there's a risk of you being attacked by some low tier villains who may or may not be affiliated with the Sigil.
And unlike the cities there aren't many heroes who'll be there to respond for you
What's the Sigil? Are they a villain group?
The Blood Sigil, Latoria's biggest and most powerful crime syndicate.
Latoria sounds like a good place, but sometimes it has its ups and downs! I like it!
Yeah, and unlike BNHA its problems will be explored in far more detail
The Blood Sigil is like the League of Villains but different right?
Cool!
This is very interesting!
One of the more important D-1 members comes from the countryside and he eventually has to deal with the LHF [Latorian HPSC] fucking around with where exactly he can operate
Though i'll see what i can cook up with that
This story took you two years?! Its amazing!
This fic is still a heavy wip due to undergoing multiple reboots
Oh! Who's the OC?
Project: LEGACY's very rough MC is Shogi Uhara, a member of Class D-1 who we initially follow at the beginning of the story and still do as it goes on
Though i wouldn't consider him one
Project: LEGACY would have no true MC if you ask me, but there's definitely a group of characters that's more prominent than the rest
And Shogi's part of this group
Oh, okay! So, basically all of them are important in their own way?
This story is amazing! ❤️
Does Class D-1 train the same way as Class 1A or do they have their own way of training?
Rosanera as a school is somewhat similar to UA on paper, but in practice it's completely different
For starters Rosanera is far more unforgiving in its curriculum and often introduces sudden changes in training sessions to force the students to adapt to situations they don't like
It gauges its two hero classes [Classes C and D] on a point based leaderboard, with the lower scoring students having to take additional exams during the weekend and in some cases being moved down to the general course [which happens with Jolt at the end of their first semester]
That's interesting! It sounds a lot harder than UA!
And before you ask both Class C-1 and Class D-1 have 25 members each initially.
But early on the staff, unimpressed by how lax and generally unserious the two classes are, decides to cut the lowest scoring member of each class by the end of the semester
This gets announced early on, and the two classes, but ESPECIALLY D-1, enter panic mode and start competing among each other to ensure they stay in the hero course
Ultimately Class C-1 loses a nameless nobody, while Class D-1 loses Jolt, who still remains in the story as the main subplot of him trying to rejoin the hero course starting in the 11th grade/third year
Now, that's interesting! I like that!
Jolt eventually DOES succeed and rejoins his former classmates in the hero course, while Class C-1's initially expelled member fails the exam, with another student taking their place
At least Jolt makes it! How do they get their hero licenses? Do they do that differently too?
A provisional hero liscence can only be obtained if the student's at least 16 years old, part of a formally recognized hero course and has had consistently good grades to get them admitted to the liscencing exam in the first place.
Oh! Its very different from UA!
The exam itself is selected by the LHF, and most students typically take it in their second or third year [fourth years taking the exams for the first time are less common, however]
So, before because Vigilantes is a prequel! Awesome!
I think I ran out of questions to ask!
This story is really amazing!
Yes! I'm fine with it!

Makes me want to work more on my own project
Hello
Welcome!!!
Lemme copypaste the intro
Well
It's still a heavy wip
So don't expect it to be published in the near future.
Latoria flag reveal
Oh. Neat.
Anyways
The Soaring Seven [Tasanga's sole heroes] consist of:
- VANGA, the team leader and an expert martial artist who can see YEARS into the future by looking into her glass ball
- SHEDDER, a man who can turn himself smaller by "shedding" his skin, with him being able to grow back to normal by absorbing sunlight
- WHEELBARROW, who can turn his legs into a motorized unicycle that allows him to "drive" at immense speeds
- DARK MAN, who can create physical constructs out of his own shadow
- THE HUMAN OWL, a wise scholar who can do whatever an owl can
- COSHMA, who possesses the ability to bring the worst fears of anyone she's looking in the eyes to life
- OVERTIME, who can increase her physical capabilities to superhuman levels on every even hour of the day [2 AM, 4 AM, 6 AM, 8 AM etc.]
They're also backed by a rich benefactor known as EMILIAN SPECTRU, who's a very limited reality warper.
The Soaring Seven + Mr. Emilian are all based off of the OG JSA roster.
Vanga's Dr. Fate, Shedder's Atom, Wheelbarrow's Flash, Dark Man's Green Lantern, Human Owl's Hawkman, Coshma's Sandman & Overtime's Hourman
With Emilian being the Spectre.
And their Quirks are supposed to reflect this
Vanga, Human Owl & Coshma have original powersets that still keep the basic theme of their inspirations [Magic, Birds & Dreams respectively]
Shedder, Wheelbarrow & Dark Man have the exact same powersets as their inspirations but with an asthetic spin to them
Overtime has a buffed version of her inspiration's power, while Emilian has a heavily nerfed version of his.
OG influence
But anyways
The JSA isn’t something people touch often.
Also to anyone who may be reading this i was talking about some fictional countries that Latoria's in a pact with
Real.
I see.
I actually made some religious lore for it.
REAL?
YES.
AND ONE OF LATORIA'S PRIMARY CHRISTIAN BRANCHES IS FROM THE PHILIPPENES
YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT.
so
Wanna hear bout it?
Alr
Latoria's a religiously pretty diverse country whose top three religions are a branch of Christianity known as Phoenixism, another branch of Christianity known as Luminescism, as well as Sunni Islam
Out of the two actually original religions, which one interests you more?
Alright, preacher harold.
Consider this a dumping ground for anything related to the MHA AU my fan projects take place in
Oh i see
Sure
Yeah
My initial thought was how the liberal governments go against the hero society or socialists demanding heroes to divide their earnings to the whole people
I gotta real your holy lore first though lol 😄
Politics and religion combined?
Latoria is divided into three religional believes!?
Holy moly!
Huh
@dull raptor
Yes???
Welcome to this place.
This is a dumping ground for any and all lore regarding my interpretation of the BNHA world, including my fan projects.
Okii
Oh hi
Sure
So
I have these silly fictional countries i made.
Latoria, Nagaro, Sirpa, Tasanga & Achtar.
Plus some semi fictional ones like a united Korea, an independent French Guiana and a "central american republic"
Damn this sounds cool
Which one do you wanna hear first?
Maybe united Korea bc I got assumed for being North Korean by my substitute teacher yesterday for no reason ;-;
You south korean ooorrr
Actually nvm
But anyways.
Quirks in my interpretation of the BNHA world emerged in July 7th 2014, which means that Kim has only been ruling over the north for less than three years before the sudden emergence of powers resulted in the world going to Hell
Both North and South Korea were affected by this as the former went through a power struggle
/revolution between various higher ups while the latter descended into a mild anarchy.
Eventually however the north managed to stablize to the point where it took advantage of the chaos going around in the world to attack and successfully annex the south for roughly 30 or so years until the totalitarian regime was deposed by ANOTHER revolution.
Thus leaving the united Korea as a VERY economically divided post-communist state that's in an uncertain spot in the geopolitical world.
Though they're currently doing fine i'd say.
The southern part has managed to get back on track and is heavily advancing, while the northern part is limping behind, but definitely a godsend compared to what came before.
Korea has more than 100 thousand active heroes (a large chunk of which operate in the south) and is a member of the STALLION pact (a BRICS style alliance consisting solely of countries formed during the Quirk era), being arguably its most advanced member next to Latoria.
This country sound very concerning
Wanna hear what's the only reason they haven't erupted into a civil war again?
I love how you're putting like specific years and stuff bc fan fics often don't do that
Like
sure!
The sudden emergence of Quirks and the ensuing shitshow that happened on the pennisula essentially made the people of both the north and the south work together for a shared goal of survival upon their reunification.
And only now are the people of the north growing resentful of the south's prosperity once more.
Plus the rising trend of corruption in the country overall.
But yeah, so far the unified Korea's relatively okay i guess.
They've managed to rebound quite highly despite everything that happened with them, and they're one of Asia's biggest hero centres.
oh dang that's cool
Their #1 hero is known as KECHEON, and he possesses the ability to cut up to a thousand times with any bladed object at a lightning fast speed.
While the North's highest ranking hero and the #10 hero of Korea overall is known as SEUKWO, and possesses the ability to leap at immense heights, leaving powerful shockwaves as she lands.
Next country?
The CAR is a so-called "mega nation" located in Central America that consists of El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Hounduras and Guatemela.
It was initially formed as a defensive alliance between the governments of these five countries during the early Quirk era as a way to deal with the catastrophically increased crime rates in their respective societies, and stuck around after the rise of heroes due to the countries intertwining so many of their aspects, plus their cultural connection, that it would be needless to split apart again.
However, here's the thing
Although the five nations are represented as one on the world stage, all five of them are still technically independent and are bound by their own constitutions, laws and governments.
With the main reason they're a meganation being the fact that they all share the same hero system plus a "supreme constitution" that governs them all.
The Central American Republic has a rotating leader known as the CHAIRMAN, who is changed every five years and is typically the president of one of the five countries in the CAR.
However, in the present day, the government of Costa Rica [the most advanced and developed country in the union] is generally agreed to be the most influental one in the entire republic.
Despite ironically enough being the last one to join the Republic.
The Republic, as mentioned above, shares a hero system, with its #1 hero and the highest ranked from Costa Rica, known as SSSLITHERER, possessing the ability to turn his arms into elastic appedenges resembling coral snakes, complete with the ability to inject whoever they bite with venom.
Yo I love the naming sense for SSSLITHERER
Also i'm using caps to EMPHASIZE shit.
As for its other four top ranked heroes
El Salvador's highest ranking hero is known as TANKS-A-LOT, who is essentially a tank heteromorph with immense firepower.
Nicaragua's top hero is known as NARANJERA, who has the ability to telekinetically manipulate anything that's orange.
Hounduras's strongest hero, SPONGE BEN, has the ability to absorb water and convert it into any sort of energy.
Oh kind of like the black object manipulating guy in class 1-b I forgot the name
but orange
and Guatemela's best hero, MAMA PALIZA, has a strength quirk that grows stronger whenever she feels a protective instinct towards someone.
In total the Central American Republic has somewhere between 1500-2000 active heroes.
Actually wait wanna hear the STALLION pact's number of pro heroes?
From top to bottom?
1 - Korea
2 - Latoria
3 - Central America
4 - Nagaro
5 - Guiana
6 - Sirpa
7 - Tasanga
8 - Achtar
Anyways
Next country?
Sirpa's a muslim country located somewhere in africa [with it taking territory from egypt, libya, chad and sudan to be specific] that was formed in the anarchy period by an infamous warlord and revolutionary known only as Alshakhs Aladhi Tanzif Makhalibah Dmaan 'Ahmar, or simply Ahmar.
It has a population of roughly 20 million people, and is isolated from the rest of the continent using a large set of very durable walls.
It's unique in that it practices a unique form of Islam [mockingly referred to as Yanzif Islam] that outright refuses the Mecca and has FOUR pillars instead of five, which is part of the reason as to why they've got quite the reputation among the Muslim world.
However, no one can really do anything to them given that they're on good terms with both the USA [who sees its existence in their interest] and China [who they are trading partners with].
The country's a hereditary monarchy currently led by one of Ahmar's great grandsons, and doesn't have a traditional hero system.
Instead, the men dispatched to take care of highly destructive and/or powerful criminals are a religiously tied order of warriors known as the KEEPERS, who belong to a special caste that's trained from birth in the art of peacekeeping and combat.
There's roughly a hundred of them active across the country [it's very small despite its pretty large population], and all of them are pretty damn tough in combat.
While there exists no official ranking among them, the generally agreed to be strongest Keeper is a man simply known as QUALSHRA, who has these strange flowers growing on his body that can expel gaseous, EXTREMELY poisonous pollen as he pleases.
And yes, he has killed people.
Keepers are authorized to kill if a villain/criminal is deemed too strong and/or dangerous to be left alive.
This quirk reminds me of Kunieda + Mustard but with better aesthetic
N e x t?
gtg now!! But I’d love to hear more about your story later. Sounds super fun
thx for sharing with me! I really enjoyed reading it
Woah
I will read this but I have a manga volume to read
This looks very interesting tho 😋
Ty
Welcome I indeed am
So
Wanna hear the current Quirks of Rosanera Academy's Class D-2?
Aside from Hot Cheese
Sure
Kudzu: the user has what are essentially really long carnivorous plants instead of hair that grow faster and multiply the more they eat something.
Cycloptic: the user has a mechanical head with a laser cannon for an eye.
Mutation: the user can absorb radiation into their body and use it to manifest various benefitcial mutations.
Ball: the user can spit rubbery bouncy balls of any size from their mouth in a near unlimited quantity.
Wings: the user has razor sharp wings similar to that of a bat or pterosaur.
And Hot Cheese i just told you about.
In total Class D-2 has 22 members, i established the Quirks of six so far.
They had 25 initially but three of their students got expelled throughout their first year [out of four as Rosanera is in a different country]
Oh alr
Plus they're two big blades instead of many little ones.
But anyways it's all really cool
Also
Students in Rosanera typically get expelled due to poor grades, bad behavior or both
I have like one more idea and an idea for like a quirk awakening
As the school [while accepting a lot more students into its hero course than it did a few years back] prides itself on its high quality pro heroes.
That's cool
And so they don't really accept people who won't put in any effort or are bad examples to the public.
My idea is toy car
If we used this system and applied it to canon Class 1-A, Izuku, Bakugo, Mineta and Kaminari [and possibly Mina] would all get expelled.
Basically if the user has a toy car on them they can make the car bigger and shoot it at the enemy and the size is based on how big the toy car is
And I feel like the awakening would let the car be bigger and have a near indistructable plating
I'm calling the Quirk Maisto
That's a cooler name than what I chose
Anyways the idea is really cool and you have some neat quirks in there
If I have any cool ideas I'll tell you them here
Alright
Also
You know how we could churn out Quirks quicker?
Say a word or a basic type of Quirk and i'll make something regarding it
hiii
So
I have these fictional countries i developed for my MHA fanwork
You up to hear about some of em?
sure thing!
Alrighty
The most developed one overall is called LATORIA
So let's start with it first
ASK AWAY
What is Latoria inspired by which country irl?
also i may be slow with replies- it’s currently 7am where i’m at and i’m getting ready for the day
It has no real life inspiration, but both geographically and culturally it's firmly in the west.
ah ok i see!
Fictionally however its main inspirations are Krakoa, Wakanda and a bit of Latveria from Marvel, though mostly the first one.
The country fyi is located on an artificially built archipelago of 14 ish islands in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean [more specifically the stretch of water between Mexico and West Africa]
It's slightly smaller than Japan, and is kept both invisible and intangible from the outside world using a complicated set of Quirk powered machinery for safety reasons, with it only opening its doors every 10 years to let in thousands of immigrants who got their visas beforehand.
ah i see—is it safe to travel in as tourist? or do they not allow that?
Tourism IS allowed, and Latoria's relatively safe if you stay away from the countryside and smaller cities.
As villains and other criminals tend to lurk there.
The big cities have a shit ton of active heroes, an easily accessible police force, and are overall pretty safe unless you go into the bad parts
such as Ivoris/Eburia [its capital]'s infamous Sandway Road [essentially their slums]
ah okay!
Also
Latoria's official languages are English and Esperanto, and a lot of its cities have two names as a result of this.
For instance Ivoris as mentioned above
Next question?
gimme a moment, i’m currently making breakfast
gimme like a few more minutes-! i’ve been multitasking with doom scrolling, making cereal and drawing (don’t ask how, idk)
Don't doomscroll pls
